For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I use features from the classic version such as file attachment, that are not currently available on this version. On the new version we cannot cc a person until the end of the process, but on the classic version we can cc someone at the beginning. We lose the ability to cc someone immediately upon switching from the new to classic. Can the cc option be available to us at the beginning of the process on the new version?

    I'm also having issues with the signature lines getting moved to a different location on the form after it is signed…

  3. This version of Adobe E-Sign sucks. How do I go back to the old version where things just worked?

    Adobe now balloons up files and then limits the amount for Adobe E-sign. It used to just work. I would question anyone's sanity if they recommended this iteration of Adobe.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  4. Very dissapointed with this service and their customer service!!! i will give it a -0. We are a busy company and i contacted to ask for help while also working, i've vbeen oput on hold and waited more than 15 minutes, but when i had to let them wait for an emergency they quickly closed the chat not even helping me resolve the issue!! i will not recommend this service to anyone!

  5. I use this tool to create and edit PDFs and collect e-signatures using "Create Web Form" and "Request E-Signatures." Adobe seems to get more complicated and more difficult to use. A few specific complaints:
    (1) stop with all the interruptions about your new features. I don't want to take tours and learn about new features. I don’t need to learn how to edit a PDF. I don’t want to watch videos about Adobe. I have work to do and you're getting in my way.
    (2) I pay for this, it's buggy, it crashes. I just had to uninstall and re-install…

  6. I am subscribed to Adobe pro but I cannot edit a booklet and see the hyperlinks neither via iPad nor in safari, chrome or firefox. I only can add text or pages. When I added text, it changed my previous hyperlinks and moved them so the hyperlinks do not correspond to the right pages. The icon hyperlink does not appear anymore in editing. It is very frustrating. It also asks to constantly refresh the page. I susbcribed to Pro because of the editing but if I cannot edit anymore I will cancel my susbription.

  7. I would like an option to invert the order of pages for an entire document with a single action, i.e., in a 20 page document I could click on one thing to make page 1 become page 20, page 2 becomes page 19, page 3 becomes page 18, and so on. The only way I see to do this currently is to drag and drop every single page with the "Reorder" feature.

  9. Quit saying you will convert pdfs to jpgs for free when you don't. I had 4 pdfs that needed to be jpgs, and you only let me do 3 until you just kept trying to get me on the free trial which I don't want. you have such ******** subscription prices. Why can't you have a fee for just pages?

  10. Being throttled on the number of e-signature files I can send is frustrating. If you would just tell me what it would cost to increase that limit for just two months, that would be super helpful. I'm sending out about 750 files for e-signatures, only until June. Help!!

  11. I used to be able to rotate and save pages of a PDF for free here. Now it forwards me to another page and I have to pay £20 a month to do it. This is ridiculous for such a basic feature.

  12. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.

  18. Under E-sign option, it would be good to have a popup to confirm if the a document needs to be signed by recipients in order. Recently we missed checking the option of recipients will sign in order and we had to cancel the agreement and send it again

  20. The new placement of text/signing boxes works well for completing documents electronically. The uploading and sending of those documents? Not working well. Takes 3 or more times sometimes of prepping a document, entering remarks, and trying to send before it actually gets sent out.
