1. i still think this apps great though

   I like this app very much I am in class 7th and this app improved and made my projects so much easier but in middle of when i am creating it has some technical issues so i get logged out and this keeps happening so i have to log in again and again so in my thoughts its great but the problem i said may be can help many people out there who loves this app

3. Why does this paid service do nothing useful?

   Make this service at least 50% less buggy and terrible. Copy and paste does not work, images appear as blank boxes, and the app crashes every three seconds.

5. Update is Not Good

   Whatever update you all just did, it won't let me minimize the screen. It won't open the PDF's without delay or at all. It is very glitchy. Co-workers are experiencing same issues.

6. Problems with Adobe Reader

   Adobe Reader is going exceptionally slow and occasionally stopping altogether at the moment. it doesn't let me open PDFs for than once.

   The front page is annoying. I want to change it.
   Also, stop saying "..., Mun" "..., Mun" - there's a way to address people properly, and cutting off people's names into bits isn't one of them. If you really must address me directly, "Mr. Choi" is fine; we're not on first name terms, and it's not professional of you. If you really want to dispense with formalities, then at least have the courtesy to use my full name. Whichever way you go, no more of this "Hi, Mun" ****, please.

9. Online version - can't save

   I use the browser version because the Desktop version doesn't seem to cope with fonts, but on my browser version, after editing a document, I have no idea how to 'save' or 'close' the document. Please help.

10. Seriously, enough with the constant "upgrades"

    Why do you keep changing the way this program works? I feel like it has been changed 3 or 4 times now in the past few years. Why are you making your users constantly re-learn how to set up documents? This is contrary to every principle of UX design, it puts too great a burden on users to have to constantly figure out how to set up documents because you ******* decided to **** with the layout and process to set up a simple ******* document. If this happens again I am cancelling my subscription, I'll just use Docu-sign. I'm completely over the constant 'upgrades' that demand I relearn the same ******* thing, again. I don't have time for this BS. I want this to be a fast, painless process. I want to learn it once and then streamline my process so I don't have to think about how to do something that DOES NOT MATTER. I don't want to have to spend any more time on it than absolutely necessary. When you change **** around, you WASTE MY TIME having to go find it and relearn the same process just to set up a ******* document. Never do you make it easier. You just make it different. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY, STOP THIS *. JUST STOP. SERIOUSLY, ***** ALL.

11. Adobe Sign approver initial glitch

    There is a glitch in Adobe sign. Approvers are able to hit start and it activates the click to approve button without initialing the document.

    Hi Alex Ramirez,

    Thanks for asking and give as the opportunity to help you. The Approver would be able to "Approve" the document when all the required fields are filled, if there's no required field, the user can click to approve without filling any field. To make a field required, after adding the field to the document, there's two ways to find the "required" checkbox, one is by double clicking on the desired field, on left hand panel the option would be available. The other way is by using left click over the field, this would display a context menu, which has the option.

    If you have any other doubt, we will be happy to resolve it.

    I would like to comment on your latest update 20 Jan 2024) on the apps. First, the signature field size cannot be adjusted to the user needs. Second, the signature field is sometimes misplaced upon being received by the recipient. Third, the signature field has name and initial in its box that confuses the user when using it for the first time, suspecting whether once signed later on, recipient signature is going to appear with their name and initial or only the signature itself. Fourth, when using the update for the first time, I couldn't find the send button and it turns out that I have to minimize the display of my screen to be able to locate the button. Overall, it is not so nice update you guys did with the apps.
