Signature Certificate needs more details
Is there a way to include IP Address and Location for Signature Certificates? I think timestamps / timelines sometimes do not suffice. For example, I've attached a Signature Certificate from our current document signature handler.

Keyboard shortcut for sending/posting a comment
It would be AWESOME if there were a keyboard shortcut to post a comment. Mousing around is pretty clumsy. Thanks!

Changing payment method???
How the **** do I change my payment method? No option anywhere and the drop down has one 1 option. Making me waste my freaking time. SMH.

Very bad, does not work
Want to edit a file? - just upload one. uploaded? - just register or sign in. signed in? - just take a free trial. Get uploaded - everything froze and nothing works. Make a fair service that works!

Google Drive integration
I've been using Google Drive for years. You allowed me to connect my GDrive account within Adobe online, yet there is no way to clearly send a file which I scanned with Adobe Scan to my GDrive account to save in my repository. Perhaps this is intentional, perhaps not. But it's absolutely ridiculous that you do not make this more obvious. If you are attempting to force me to use your cloud repository, you will fail. I will never use this for more than temporary storage, so you may as well provide proper integration functionality.

financial stress and you are charging me and i thought i had only a month of use!

Can't get my Adobe to work.
Ordering for an old guy (80) that doesn't understand a whole lot of today's Hi-Tech jargon is a bit daunting. I've used Adobe for years with good success, but lately I can't seem to get my subscription to your software to work properly, and that is disappointing.
Talking to my with technical jargon is like me asking you how to set the valve lifters on a 1948 Flathead Mercury V-8 (I know how to do that) LoL.

lagging scrolling file on website
too lagging when scroling the pdf file, when using Adobe reader app on desktop, it does not lagging, but web too lag, happen on any laptop

Product disappeared--billing still active
My Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro disappeared, along with all my Recent File History. I've worked for about 2 hours trying to get it going again. One screen says I paid my monthly subs 2 weeks ago (for 5 years!) and another screen says "no active subscription". I can access the Web App, but its slow and its recent files stop 3 months ago. Bad quality useless - tricked my first compression attempt so I had to sign uop
The first free compression that you allowed reduced the file to terrible quality ( ususable), I had clicked the box for compression to a final file of 12mb, yet it gave me a 525k file that was useless. Now you want me to do a free trial. I feel that you are not being honest and tricking me to sign up. Not happy and would appreciate another attempt before I have to sign up

Compress, combine etc features are not available
