For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Assigned fields need to be reassigned every time a template is used

    • Create a template using Acrobat Web
    • Add fields and assign to Signer or Prefill
    • Save template
    • Select Use template
    • Some of the fields assigned for Prefill are no longer assigned
    • Some fields assigned to Signer are no longer assigned

  3. Unable to add a template to another template.
    - Select to use a template in Acrobat web
    - Select Edit -> Organize pages -> Insert Pages
    - No option to select another template created in Acrobat web, only 'My Documents' folder is accessible

    If trying to download template to insert page from my computer, an error shows up

  4. Recently a change was made that disallowed me to send multiple documents for signature to the same person at the same time. I now have to send them separately which takes three times as long to do. Please revert it to the way that it was.

    Hello Julia,

    We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:

    1. Click on your profile
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

  5. The new update is awful! The text does not auto-size anymore so you can't see the full text in the form fields and my templates are now not working properly.

  6. Please allow for PDF redaction in the online tool. It is the only tool I have to open the desktop app for but I don't always have access to a machine with the app.

  8. This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

    1. Door pagina's te laten laden zoals het hoort. Vaak zijn er blanco pagina's en moet je het via een andere weg naar hetzelfde gaan.

    2. De nieuwste versie van "Vragen om e-handtekeningen" zorgt alleen voor extra werk zonder enige verbetering. Er is geen correcte migratie van oude templates. Er zou dus uren werk zijn om dit te fixen.

  9. Lately I keep being told I am not able to see pdfs because I am not signed into Acrobat- I pay monthly for my Acrobat subscription, for several years now- this is really annoying and not helpful.

  11. When sending documents for e-signatures, it would be nice to be able to send documents from email addresses other than the email my Adobe ID is with.
    I run multiple businesses and don't want clients from Business B knowing my personal email or email for Business A.

    Many people these days have multiple email addresses.

    It would also be nice to be able to edit the email subject line when requesting an e-signature on a document.

  14. For electronic signatures, it has an error 70% of the time. During the 30% of time where there is no error, it says the storage limit is exceeded. I just signed up and haven't used any documents.

  16. Why can't I send out two templates? I used to be able to do so. One is my contract. And, the second is the attached scope of services. And, the scope may change for different jobs. This makes no sense. Please fix this.

  18. Recently your e-sign process has changed and since the new format the process either lags or freezes everytime. This is a headache when trying to send time sensitive documents for signatures.
