  5. Cancellation done too dfficult

    I want to cancel the order, and it is impossible to do it, as one cannot find the function anywhere in your page. I just changed the billing info, and want to cancel and get the payment back!

  6. It was good when I had a helpful person on the line

    Hi there, I just called in to cancel a recurring adobe charge for a terminated employee; I called this #408-536-600. I had to call three different times before I could get someone able to help me. The first two times I called, Rhea was the one who answered and she was extremely careless and unhelpful. I have a recording of my experience and can share if you want.     Your website is full of *! First PDF you let me combine without signing in, for the second one you required me to sign up "for free", third one you want me to buy a subscription. Why not be upfront?? Such **** ********.

  11. Hebrew text deleted when download

    Bug report:
    Entering Hebrew language text is supported and works well, but once you download, all the Hebrew text is removed.
    Tried with multiple OS / Computers. It also worked in the past, I used to work with it using Hebrew.

  12. PDF to Word converter not working. Website problem, not file

    Convert PDF to Word is not working. It worked once yesterday, then I have been trying again since, and nothing happens. When I click on the option for PDF to Word, either from the top option bar, or from below, the page dims and I see at the bottom a notification for "Waiting for Adobe". The text disappears quickly and the page remains dim and unchanged. Nothing changes or pops up. I tried refreshing, I tried again holding the Ctrl key to see if a window was being blocked. I turned off adblockers, but no progress.

  17. Poor quality when converting PDF to PNG file

    I convert a PDF file to, e.g., a PNG file with maximum quality. However, I find the resolution of the PNG file disappointing, at most being medium quality. Hence, I'm still using Adobe Pro on a Citrix server to obtain PNG files in the highest quality. I hope that this issue can be solved. This would really improve the usability of the Adobe Pro online and would be consistent with what is being promised: "maximum quality".

  18. Word to PDF has odd font

    When I convert to PDF from Word the font is distorted on the output PDF. So I've been uploading it for conversion online, and it looks great. Can you help me to be able to convert without going online? I wasn't able to upload samples from here.

    What would be really good is if I could search by a particular word/name through the signature request documents - I find myself searching by eye for an agreement between x and x, would be great if there was a way to just search for it

  20. a glitch with right-to-left signatures

    Hi, I noticed that when a customer chooses to sign his name in Hebrew- the signature showen the opposite way- from left to right instead of right to left like it should be in Hebrew
