  2. Inconsistent and incoherent pricing

    When I needed to renew my annual plan I decided to try Adobe Acrobat pdf Pack, so paid for that, not realizing I would not be able to edit pdfs, only export them. At that time, renewal was $159. Then i Just went to upgrade and it tells me $239. When I go to sign up rather than upgrade, the annual price is $179. What the ****?!?!

  3. OCR Tool is laughably limited.

    Your OCR tool is..........................less functional than a free version. And I'm paying for your service...

    It keeps getting stuck on "Recognizing Text" and won't complete the task and then gets an error and stops.

    Before, it had a 100 page limit, which is absurdly small. I don't see that limit right now but if expanding beyond 100 pages broke your tool, you need to really reassess your program.

  4. Can't open/download an document from an Adobe Link

    I cannot open an adobe pdf link as it KEEPS ON SAYING TO DOWNLOAD ADOBE ON MY LAPTOP EVEN THOUGH IT IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED. Please fix the issue or tell me on how to open the link as I need the file for my college.

  13. Acrobat Tools Linking to Web App without Notice / Context (Legal Forms)

    I don't understand why a "new" feature in my Acrobat Pro is taking me to a general web app and seemingly with no context or information about the new feature I was trying to use.

    a) I hate when executables hand off to web apps without warning.

    b) that it does so without actually informing the web app of the feature I was trying to use is a wasteful pain **********

    c) This only further complicates and infuriates with Adobe's obtuse UX changes

    I think your electronic signature service is amazing. I am proud to be associated with your brand. The only feature that I wish you had is the ability to embed a Vimeo video directly within a signable document. It can still be a traditional, classic portrait-shaped document that prints well as a static PDF. However, video matters a lot for proposals in 2025. PandaDoc and GoHighLevel both have traditional classic style of documents for print, but they offer embeddable YouTube and Vimeo videos.
