Problems with Adobe Reader
Adobe Reader is going exceptionally slow and occasionally stopping altogether at the moment. it doesn't let me open PDFs for than once.

The front page is annoying. I want to change it.
Also, stop saying "..., Mun" "..., Mun" - there's a way to address people properly, and cutting off people's names into bits isn't one of them. If you really must address me directly, "Mr. Choi" is fine; we're not on first name terms, and it's not professional of you. If you really want to dispense with formalities, then at least have the courtesy to use my full name. Whichever way you go, no more of this "Hi, Mun" ****, please.

Online version - can't save
I use the browser version because the Desktop version doesn't seem to cope with fonts, but on my browser version, after editing a document, I have no idea how to 'save' or 'close' the document. Please help.

Seriously, enough with the constant "upgrades"
Why do you keep changing the way this program works? I feel like it has been changed 3 or 4 times now in the past few years. Why are you making your users constantly re-learn how to set up documents? This is contrary to every principle of UX design, it puts too great a burden on users to have to constantly figure out how to set up documents because you ******* decided to **** with the layout and process to set up a simple ******* document. Adobe Sign approver initial glitch
There is a glitch in Adobe sign. Approvers are able to hit start and it activates the click to approve button without initialing the document.

Thanks for asking and give as the opportunity to help you. The Approver would be able to "Approve" the document when all the required fields are filled, if there's no required field, the user can click to approve without filling any field. To make a field required, after adding the field to the document, there's two ways to find the "required" checkbox, one is by double clicking on the desired field, on left hand panel the option would be available. The other way is by using left click over the field, this would display a context menu, which has the option.

Terrible free trial experience
Possibly the worst free trial experience on the internet. It's not really a trial if I can do one file. Not a chance I subscribe as I assume this is indicative of the continued experience.

Worst Support ever
The people that are in support at Adobe are the worst support I've ever encountered. None of them know anything about the product they are supporting.

Compression issue
I mean it's great you have this site because Acrobat compression literally does nothing, but why does it offer me a much smaller file size to download and then say "The file is already compressed"?

On Adobe Acrobat web, if you have an unlicensed AKA FREE account, you can integrate 3rd party storage by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > ADD STORAGE. For my account, the options include OneDrive and Google Drive.
The moment I add an Acrobat Pro subscription to my account, this entire OTHER STORAGE section disappears.
I remove the subscription and the OTHER STORAGE comes back.I have tested this on the following operating systems and browsers in all combinations:

the function doesn't work the app corrupt your documents.
Each time I save, download and covert files and combine my document. My document doesn't save or inserts. corrupting my documents. somewhere theirs a big and it's not fully operations.

Editing PDF's is impossible. why am I paying for that feature but unable to use it.... unable select text and when typing replacement it is not a font but symbols. I hate this updated version

Option to remove Ask AI Assistant messaging
I am receiving several complaints from multiple coworkers about the attached pop-up message. There is no option to remove or request to no longer show after a user's initial acknowledgement.
I realize this is a campaign you are pushing, but having no option to remove this message and it's consistence reappearances is growing troubling and distracting to my associates.
