Mutiple documents for signature
Recently a change was made that disallowed me to send multiple documents for signature to the same person at the same time. I now have to send them separately which takes three times as long to do. Please revert it to the way that it was.

We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

ACROBAT INTERFACE LOCKING ME OUT!
My Acrobat interface continually fades to gray and does not allow me access to any controls. It is frustrating and so annoying!!! WTH?? Its almost like it's locking me out for not being signed in, but I clearly am!!

Tap & Sign?
My customers are confused by the button to complete signing the documents that we send them. They don't understand that in order to complete the signatures, they have to click or tap on the "Sign" button at the top of the page. I think it would be more simple to change the word on the "Sign" button to "Click to Complete Your Signature" or Click to Finish your Signature" or "Finish" or "Complete" and to move the button to the bottom of the document, which for most other e-sign services, is the most logical location.

Recover deleted file
I wanted to recover my last deleted file. It was a pdf of the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. I want my copy because I had highlighted content and comments in that file.
Not having a recycle bin or trash is very inconvenient in my opinion.

Cookie pop up problems
Please move your cookie bar. Our clients continually think they've signed their documents bust haven't seen the "click to sign" button because it's under the cookie notice. This happens constantly and necessitates numerous emails and phone calls to explain what should be a fast and easy way to get documents signed.

I'm not able to request e-signatures, although I had been able to in the past. Has something changed with my account?

Resolved/Unresolved Comments Display
The recent change to show only resolved or unresolved comments caused a lot of confusion on our end because the interface isn't clear about what you're looking at. Multiple people independently thought comments were being deleted from the server.
In the collapsed view (the number at the top in the screenshot), you see the number of comments as a result of your filter. When you open the filter tab, at the bottom of the tab you can see the total number of comments. But there's nothing to indicate what the difference between these numbers mean intuitively.
Something like "15/37 comments"…

Carry over bookmark property settings
In Acrobat, I modified some of the bookmark properties color to red. But the bookmarks do not appear red in the document cloud.
When I open the PDF in the document cloud and when I share the PDF via this method, all should should the bookmark properties set in Acrobat.3 votes -
E-Signature funktioniert nicht

ich habe ein Abo für Adobe Acrobar Pro. Dennoch ist es nicht möglich, E-Signaturen einzuholen. Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung "You arenot authorized to send documents for signature". Unser Admin sagt, er kann für unsere Accounts keine dedizierte Einstellung dafür machen. Unsere Accounts sind aktiviert oder deaktiviert. Meiner ist aktiviert. Dennoch funktioniert das Einholen von E-Signaturen nicht. Bitte helfen Sie mir, dieses Problem zu lösen.3 votes -
