For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The updates to adobe sign are causing issues with block placement. The signature blocks look fine in the "review" but when they are saved and sent, the block move to different areas of the document and shift places. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

    This will switch you to the earlier version for this specific draft only. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  3. Recently a change was made that disallowed me to send multiple documents for signature to the same person at the same time. I now have to send them separately which takes three times as long to do. Please revert it to the way that it was.

    Hello Julia,

    We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:

    1. Click on your profile
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

  5. I freaking hate your pop ups. I can no longer x out of them, so I can't actually use your web app because I can't navigate to the correct buttons to proceed through the adobe sign process. They give repetitive and unhelpful information. They come up EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document via adobe sign. I don't want a response, I just want them to be turned off.

  7. My Acrobat interface continually fades to gray and does not allow me access to any controls. It is frustrating and so annoying!!! WTH?? Its almost like it's locking me out for not being signed in, but I clearly am!!

  9. Qu'est devenu Adobe Acrobat Pro pour lequel j'avais une clé de sécurité il y a environ 4 ans ? Il n'était pas question d'abonnement alors !! Adobe devient cher et ces abonnements ne sont que du vol !

  10. My customers are confused by the button to complete signing the documents that we send them. They don't understand that in order to complete the signatures, they have to click or tap on the "Sign" button at the top of the page. I think it would be more simple to change the word on the "Sign" button to "Click to Complete Your Signature" or Click to Finish your Signature" or "Finish" or "Complete" and to move the button to the bottom of the document, which for most other e-sign services, is the most logical location.

  11. I wanted to recover my last deleted file. It was a pdf of the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. I want my copy because I had highlighted content and comments in that file.

    Not having a recycle bin or trash is very inconvenient in my opinion.

  17. Bug report: when using the online pdf fill & sign tool, I filled a form and signed it. When I downloaded it, I discovered all signatures and filled data was OK, except fields filled with Hebrew text. English or numbers were OK. Since this was a government issued form, the only acceptable language is Hebrew and I wasn't able to fill it. Note that the Hebrew text was saved and appeared online fine - it's the downloaded version that was faulty.
