2. Unsharing a PDF should not remove any comments

   Unsharing the PDF removes comments collaborators added during their review of the PDF (added at such time when share was permitted). It's really not acceptable for unsharing a PDF to affect the comments in any way! :( Please fix this.

4. Non-display of data

   MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro seems to not correctly display data of month-end Bank of America (BoA) credit card accounts. Some of the general structure of the statements is shown but not the data. This is true for three different BoA credit card account statements, my personal Frederick S Hagen account, and business credit card accounts for Icogenex and 454 Viking LLC. On the other hand BoA “bank account” month end statements, display properly and PDFs from other sources display properly with MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro. Also, all files display properly with MAC Preview.app, so it seems that MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro does not handle BoA month end credit card statements properly with MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro, current version 2025.001.20432.

5. let people use e-sign

   I used the E-sign yesterday, and now it wont work. We pay for adobe and other things from our company, so i dont understand why we cant use your E-sign system..

6. change tool functionality

   the tool section functionality is HORRIBLE.. since you changed to not having to click the selection each time it is FRUSTRATING to edit the original selection (arrow, line, box, comment).

9. Signature Requests going to SPAM folders

   As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.
   Anything Adobe could do to help avoid these requests going to people's SPAM folders would be much appreciated.

14. Very Frustrated and Disappointed in This New Adobe - I like the old desktop versions better

    I thought I was paying for adobe professional but this acts nothing like it, it's clunky and continues to spin on save endlessly, changes the orientation of my pdfs when i go to edit them and screws everything up. I've wasted the last 4 hours messing with this program to do simple crop and save tasks. What a waste. Forums state there are setting options, but I guess I'm not allowed to access those as I can't locate any options other than a very basic few that have nothing to do with the actual program settings. SO happy to see a great product go to **** because it has to be online!

15. pdf to word conversion is horrible

    The conversion of PDF to word is horrible. The fonts gets missed and the logos gets missed. It looks to be waste of having bought this from you

17. Adobe needs to fix their presence in Google's ecosystem

    The aggravating thing with Adobe is this: on Microsoft, Adobe has built an empire. In Google's world...not much to show, other than Android, and the lack of apps on Chrome OS. Chrome OS are laptops too, so please give us the same apps Windows and Mac get, so we don't have to hear "Windows and Mac" over and over again! For Acrobat on web, we can't even edit files on the device without uploading to cloud storage, meaning if we can't add Adobe to our Google Drive, Chrome OS users that also use Google Classroom can make changes, but they won't show up if they are assigned as PDFs. Sad.

18. AI Assistant is a hoax

    Tried my first document with AI Assistant. It's a 15 page PDF. I got error messages and "this document is not supported", but no information why. It's a PDF with text. What kind of AI just leaves it at that? Why can't I ask it what is wrong with the document. Is it really AI if it's just following pre-programmed messages that don't give you any actual infromation? "An error occurred" is not an appropriate response and then that's it. So far not impressed with Adobe's versions of AI. It's still a flow chart of actions that are made to look intelligent.

19. Not free as advertised.

    Many acrobat functions are advertised as free but are not actually free. For example, adobe advertises that I can split a pdf for free, but then when I sign in I must purchase a subscription if I am to continue to split a page.
