For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Is it a PDF someone else sent to you to sign or are you trying to fill & sign your PDF?

  2. Searching for a tool to convert PST email files in PDF for a long period of time but was unable to find the right solution to solve my issue of PST email file migration in PDF file format. Even tested some manual processes to extract PST data in PDF but accomplishes not finding the solution useful. If you know any helpful information about PST file transformation into PDF then please let me know.

  3. Really really frustrating....Bizarrely when sent by others, my signature and initials are showing up in documents in really small image. It is not my signature which fills the signature so some bug in the formatting. Wish I could contact someone but seems that it is almost impossible to find a chat....

  4. It would be great to see if the signee has read or opened the envelope. This information is crucial in getting documents signed or better yet, to at least provide sender info that it didn't just go anywhere. Please create this feature as the other competitor is already doing this.

  5. I already pay for this every single month. With this sign in info. Yet you want me to pay again to use this on my laptop, which I am tying to get up to date as my regular computer is slowly dying and I don't want to be caught w/o a functioning computer.

  8. Your Adobe Sign product is a mess. Any time there is a change of license, access is lost to the previous documents on the account. The only way to expect any reliability is to never make any changes, including any possible upgrades.

  9. Why are PDF forms so awful? I have to remake PDF forms in Word or Google Docs so that I can have a shared for the form.
    10+ years of clouds services and Adobe still is miles behind everyone on shared doc editing. It's mind blowing.

  11. Where do I start? The online Adobe really sucks when compared to the downloaded version. I hate that may files are saved to the cloud instead of directly to my desktop. There is no save function like on the downloaded version. I was told that I would be happy with the online version. That is not the case. I pay every month for the services, but it is not more convenient.

  14. When I upload a document and attempt to send for signatures, I can write the message to those I'm sending it to, adding their email addresses but that's it. When I click "Specify Where to Sign" it gets stuck @72% loading or it gives me the error message "Could Not Send, An invalid JSON was specified.

  17. I hate acrobat online. It ALWAYS freezes when I am trying to upload a document to request a signature from a client. This has cost me so much time refreshing and it messing up each time until the 10th time is the charm. So annoying please fix.

    Did you use Request Signatures to request someone else to sign? Or did you use Fill and Sign to sign it yourself? Did it happen to all documents or just some? Is it possible for you to share the documents with us so we can investigate?

  20. I am not able to save PDF files after editing them using this service. Gives me an error number of 105. Says the file cannot be read when saving. Really need this solved since I am working from home.
