comment bubbles need to be eliminated
How can I remove the unnecessary speech bubbles that cover up all the comments made on a marked up pdf? you are making the markup feature useless by adding these speech bubbles, anyone I send the document to cannot read the comments because they are covered by a big red box, Adobe needs to remove this, I know how to turn it off in the desktop app, but the Adobe links open in a web browser and I cannot get rid of these speech bubbles

BUG WITH FREE TRIAL SIGNUP
Um I just signed up for a 7 day free trial, yet I cannot convert Jpg to pdf without the popup window demanding I start a free trial. When I go through the motions again, with the free trial signup, I am met by the same error and popup window in a endless loop. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG.

Signatures not in the correct place
I placed boxes for signatures. The document is coming back with separate signature areas nowhere near where the boxes are placed. How can this happen?

horrible product... would select multiple categories if that were an option
My product experience could be improved by having any of the programs I am needing to use work consistently. 75% of the time, nothing works... I get a blank screen when I use a product. This morning, I attempted to combine 12 single PDF files into one... BLANK SCREEN. Yesterday, I tried to convert a PDF file into a Word document... BLANK SCREEN.

Cancel & Refund Subscription
I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.
Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.
If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.
There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

Activity list not complete
When viewing an Activity for a document that is Out for Signature, the activity list does not show the Reminders that have also been sent. The activity list is misleading and incomplete.

Please stop the auto pop ups, they keep locking the app and I cannot study for law school

PRINT OPTION SINGLE CLICK
Place the PRINT option immediately available for a single click rather than having to select the 3 dots then select Print. 99% of the time all we want to do is print something so your goal should be to eliminate clicks to the absolute minimum for your customers. If I use something a lot as a percentage of times, it should be immediately visible and selectable with one click. Thanks.

can't find how to download Acrobat pro
you make it IMPOSSIBLE to simply download Adobe Acrobat Pro. IMPOSSIBLE!!!! I have spent over 15 min searching this site and GOOGLING how to simply get a program I pay for onto my computer. It should be immediately accessible.

I am not happy. I am blocked from using the program by subscription pop up.
Using the free version of Adobe software is frustrating due to the pop up to suscribe to the paid subscription not allowing me to use the program 😕.

Adobe sent my document to the wrong recipient
Hi, I sent a confidential document for signature to one person through the E-Signature option. I then received an email back from a different person with an almost identical email address - who had received the agreement from Adobe, although I had entered the intended recipient's email accurately. I do not understand how this happened, and it is is significant breach of privacy. Can you please contact me to explain?
