For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Latest update is awful

    Whoever approved the latest update to Acrobat needs to lose their job. It is almost unuseable.

  3. Abrir documentos, simples assim

    O adobe Acrobat está um lixo, toda vez que vai abri um pdf ele trava após abrir, fica uma tela de login travada. Nunca mais me ofereçam um programa tão lixo como esse, por favor. Agora estou usando o Adobe Reader. Por favor, voltem a oferecer a opção de não instalar o anti virus. A empresa que trabalho já tem um anti virus padrão e meu pc quase travou por ter dois anti virus. Eu pago o serviço de vocês, me dem prioridade do que o parceiro de negócios de vocês, por favor.

  4. Revert to the legacy version of signing Please

    Your new signing service is terrible unintuitive and has less functionality and ease of use than the legacy version. Please revert back to the legacy version.

  5. Hebrew text is gone when exporting

    I can add text in Hebrew, but when I download or print the PDF, all Hebrew text is gone!

  6. Recover deleted file

    I wanted to recover my last deleted file. It was a pdf of the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. I want my copy because I had highlighted content and comments in that file.

    Not having a recycle bin or trash is very inconvenient in my opinion.

  9. Cookie pop up problems

    Please move your cookie bar. Our clients continually think they've signed their documents bust haven't seen the "click to sign" button because it's under the cookie notice. This happens constantly and necessitates numerous emails and phone calls to explain what should be a fast and easy way to get documents signed.

  10. Cancel free trial

    I signed up for a free 7 day trial and was told that I would be charged for this plan if not canceled by 3/30/23. I have just spent 45 minutes with your automated system and it could not find my plan in the system. Please cancel it effective immediately.

  11. Can't request e-signatures

    使っている途中で何度も頻繁にエラー表示される。またどこにも保存されず、ダウンロードをしようとするとエラーとなり、リクエストを送信できませんでしたと表示される。

  14. angry

    actually just working - I am trying to save a document for a client and it just keeps saying an error has occurred - I have tried several different ways- your software needs to be more reliable considering how much I am paying. I will need to use something else instead because this just can't do the most simple tasks like combining a document.

  15. Help to cancel free 7 day trial

    I tried to cancel my subscription on Plans page, but there is no plan. However the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application shows : 2 days left in trial.

  16. E-Signing Documents Sucks

    I used to have a whole bunch of options when I wanted to send a document for e-signature. Now, it doesn't give me any options, and it doesn't do what I want! I can't change the message like I used to, I can't add more receipients like I used to, I can't say that I've already created my signature fields like I used to. Document signing has always been frustrating, because the options change every single time, but now it is REALLY frustrating!

  17. Keyboard input/actions are ignored

    When reviewing and commenting a PDF file in the Acrobat web version, it does not recognise the "Delete" button, or simple keyboard input as is the case in the desktop version.
