Saving error

Questions & Comments
Questions: Is the paid version able to handle original novels I create of 300+ pages?
Comment: the summarizations were very credible, but there were separate ones for each chapter. I ask that they be combined into one document so I could copy/print. I was told, no problem. What I got was the first X number of chapters and when I ask for the remaining it was 'No problem" and then I got 6 more chapters. I asked one more time, same response, and this time the summaries were entirely made up and unrelated to my document. Not helpful.

Cannot delete web forms
Many customers have complained for YEARS now that Adobe removed the ability to delete web forms from Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Sign. Please respond to let me know when you have fixed this problem, because if I can't delete forms, it means I can't control my data, and it means Adobe cannot be trusted with customer data. Which means we may have to look for an alternative and end our relationship with Adobe. I appreciate your prompt response to address this very serious concern. Thank you - Lisa

Why is it impossible to rename a file that is saved in a folder?

Everytime an update is implemented, the configuration changes. Keep configuration the same.
Since last update, the program freezes up and I have to restart.

Technical issues
This is the worst version of Adobe signature. There is no push notification, there is no link to get you back to homepage when you decline signature, and every time I close the app, I have to signing again. And the best part, there is no way to issue a ticket. Only F** robot responding and not understanding these issues

Scan and OCR error
Hi,
I am unable to do the Scan and OCR step on my computer, for Japanese.
It comes up with the error "Acrobat could not perform Text Recognition on this page because
Unknown error".
I can convert the same using the Acrobat Export PDF web interface.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe on my computer. Can you please tell me how to fix this error.1 vote -
E-sign templates aren't working properly.
E-sign templates aren't working properly. The window says the document is not sent but when I look at my email it looks like it was sent out. This has caused duplicates to be sent out.

E-sign Needs to be Changed
The e-sign changes have been very confusing for most of our clients. They don't see the "click to sign" "continue" buttons and about 90% of them miss the final submit button. I have had to get on video screen shares and follow up with clients on outstanding signatures 9/10 for every agreement that gets sent out. It is unsustainable, instead of doing billable work I have to walk them through how to complete an e-signature. I would like you to change this part of your platform into a more user friendly and or obvious format. So that I can stop…

You can have the people who back up your personal assistant actually answer me as to why we were overcharged for our subscription. But the person hung up on me without one response. Wow.

You can improve your product by not stealing from people. You charged us $21.77/mo for a $12.99/mo subscription and then charged us for a whole year when we only wanted a month. Then had the nerve to charge us another $12.99 for the last 8 days of the year long obligation that we inadvertantly (elderly spouse with poor online skills) signed up for and were not allowed to cancel early. Adobe Acrobat cheated us, charged us $21.77/mo for a $12.99/mo subscription
Adobe Acrobat ROBBED us. We inadvertantly signed up for a year subscription when we only wanted it for a month. We were charged $21.77 per month for a year and then I go to finally cancel and find out that our subscription cost only $12.99 per month. Adobe Acrobat are cheaters and theives. Shame on you. SHAME!!!!
