Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Are you still seeing the issue? It'd help us on investigating the problem if you could provide more details. Which tool were you using? Did you see the issue with any PDF or a particular PDF? Could you share the document with us?

  3. How can I remove the unnecessary speech bubbles that cover up all the comments made on a marked up pdf? you are making the markup feature useless by adding these speech bubbles, anyone I send the document to cannot read the comments because they are covered by a big red box, Adobe needs to remove this, I know how to turn it off in the desktop app, but the Adobe links open in a web browser and I cannot get rid of these speech bubbles

  4. For some reason once I edit a pdf once, it will no longer allow me to add more text to it if I try to edit it a second time

  5. I have signed up for a plan of 24 pounds a month and it doesnt let me split documents, I cannot use anything from my plan. I am very disapointed

  6. My product experience could be improved by having any of the programs I am needing to use work consistently. 75% of the time, nothing works... I get a blank screen when I use a product. This morning, I attempted to combine 12 single PDF files into one... BLANK SCREEN. Yesterday, I tried to convert a PDF file into a Word document... BLANK SCREEN.

  7. When viewing an Activity for a document that is Out for Signature, the activity list does not show the Reminders that have also been sent. The activity list is misleading and incomplete.

  9. I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.

  10. I used to have a whole bunch of options when I wanted to send a document for e-signature. Now, it doesn't give me any options, and it doesn't do what I want! I can't change the message like I used to, I can't add more receipients like I used to, I can't say that I've already created my signature fields like I used to. Document signing has always been frustrating, because the options change every single time, but now it is REALLY frustrating!

  11. When reviewing and commenting a PDF file in the Acrobat web version, it does not recognise the "Delete" button, or simple keyboard input as is the case in the desktop version.

  12. Forms filled on the Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App are botched when uploaded to the adobe cloud. Alignment, font szie all messed up.

    Hours spent creating a template that can be editted in future is rendered into an illegible mess.

  13. Ik heb nu 10 maanden van mijn jaarabonnement erop zitten en nu kan ik geen jpg naar pdf converteren omdat ik zogenaamd inlog met een proefversie..... Ik heb niets veranderd maar ineens lijkt het erop dat ik geen abonnement meer heb.

  17. i’m so sorry I had to disconnect from our conversation concerning your offer. However, I am still not able to do this. I have just retired and now going through several medical procedures that is keeping me pretty broke so adobe unless it is free or five dollars a month which I know is ridiculous is not going to help me at this time.   18. The "upgrade" is terrible!! I use the fill & sign feature regularly and to say that you have made it so much worse is an understatement. I used to be able to click where I was going to type and then use the arrow keys to get it exactly where I needed it. I could also tab between the places I was going to enter data, but that doesn't work anymore either. AND in multiple instances I would type a character and the text box would disappear so I would have to click on it for EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER!! A…

  19. Acrobat Pro on Windows 10 is not working. Internet Explorer 11 support has ended and this keeps causing issues with logging in via the Windows program. The browser window to sign in never launches, making it impossible to use the software. Please fix!

  20. I purchased acrobat a few weeks ago but the software is completely unstable and almost unusable. Whenever i open a document i get error messages and the screen freezes, i will be cancelling my subscription and seeking an alternative PDF software if this is not solved quickly
