For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Fields have been created for me but some are not actually places for the signer to enter information, and when I click "Delete Field", the field will not be deleted/removed. So I have to go back to the old version which is frustrating.

  2. The acrobat product does not really work. There is way too much latency in network for this product to be useful. It takes way too much time. I tried once. Paid for another 6 or so months when not using the product because of lack of usefulness. On top of that I learned Adobe requires a cancellation fee worth around 3 months of subscription. Very poor customer experience, I would actively advise anyone to not use this very poor service, that hits you with cancellation fee. Very poor!

  3. Website not working, it says "Unable to display Recent files. Please check later." Not able to view uploaded document. I recheck my connection as well but progress bar is running without any output.

  4. There are signed documents that are appearing in the "Waiting for you section". They are completed and not in fact waiting for a signature. Please fix asap.

  5. I pay $20 per month for a fragmented, scewed up process that i expected to be seamless within my operating system. Fix it or I will do everything within my power to get rid of Adobe.
    Extremely frustrating.

  7. My customers are confused by the button to complete signing the documents that we send them. They don't understand that in order to complete the signatures, they have to click or tap on the "Sign" button at the top of the page. I think it would be more simple to change the word on the "Sign" button to "Click to Complete Your Signature" or Click to Finish your Signature" or "Finish" or "Complete" and to move the button to the bottom of the document, which for most other e-sign services, is the most logical location.

  8. WTF happened to extract pages?

    When I try to do this I'm taken to this unhelpful URL:

    It amazes me how often you all fix things that aren't broken and in the process break them.

  9. My Signature was deleted from my Adobe Account. Your technical support team refused to help restore it. I have hundreds of saved documents in Adobe that are signed with this signature. Adobe could recover that signature from any of these documents, but refuses to help

  10. There used to be the ability to copy and paste a message into the message box, but now you have to type it in and if you make a mistake, it won't let you backspace or delete it to correct the mistake.

  11. Since the update, signatures and dates are not appearing in the spots they're supposed to be, or where the blanks appear to be before the form is sent for e-signature. Usually the signature/date is higher than the blank line, appearing in the form writing.

Hi there, my team and I are experiencing issues with Adobe Sign documents not updating the status and signatures completed within the documents screen even though when you go into the document all signatures are completed. From the main screen the document is stuck on 'out for signature'. Can this technical issue please be investigated and fixed? thanks

  16. The updates made to the "Request E-Signatures" in Adobe Acrobat have made things a lot more difficult to use.

    I use a template form to send multiple documents for sign-off by up to 4 people at a time. Each person has their section to complete and sign.

    I used to be able to open one document, select "Request E-Signatures" and the "more options" would allow me to add more documents and add the template form I created online.

    I am no longer able to do this through the Adobe Acrobat desktop application but have to do a long-winded roundabout way…

    Thanks for asking, I'm glad to help, the following steps might help you to use Prefill role:

    • Open a file with Request Signature
    • On Recipient modal: Allow sequential signing by checking the box,
    • On Recipient modal: The very first recipient shouldn't be yourself, or the "account user", please enter a different recipient than yourself.
    • Prepare document as usual.
    • Prefill role should be enabled through Context Menu (Click the desired field on page > Change recipient > Prefill)
    • Review & Send

    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

  17. Your program doesn't work!!! I tried in legacy, I tried in the new version I just keep getting errors. I have used your program for many years and now I am going to look elsewhere. This is ridiculous. It is overwriting all of my pdfs and thinking I want the signer to fill in every field. It is trying to do too much now. And it doesn't work to turn off the advanced editing.
