2. ÄRGER ZAHLUNG

   Seit Januar, also Zahlung, werde ich bombardiert, zu zahlen erneut, immer wieder. Ich kann nicht PDV in Word umwandeln, es heisst immer wieder, ich müsse zahlen. Ich habe noch nie so blöd Fr. 140 ausgegeben. Nie mehr werde ich zahlen bei Ihnen, da ich bis dahin noch nichts nutzen konnte. IIh bin sauer.

3. Surface Pro X Professional

   Hi - I have a new Surface Pro X Professional. When will the desktop version of Adobe work on this system? I have a great deal of use for Acrobat Pro desktop - but obviously cannot use it right now.

13. No help at all. Total waste of money

    I put in a paper that was several pages long and wanted to convert from PDF to Word. It converted one page and that was it. Why should I pay for this?

14. Fehler Abo

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    hier muss ein Fehler vorliege -
    ich habe mein Probeabo fristgemäß gekündigt uns nun trotzdem zwei Rechnungen erhalten.
    Nur zufällig habe ich gerade gesehen, dass trotz der Kündigung das Abo verlängert wurde und habe daraufhin erneut gekündigt.

    Ich bitte um eine Rückerstattung für den Monat Januar und Februar. Ich habe das Progamm nur während der Probezeit kurz ausprobiert und dann nie wieder benutzt.

15. PRIVACY VIOLATION -

    It is an absolutely atrocious gross violation of privacy that Adobe documents are uploaded to your cloud as a DEFAULT setting. Only in very rare circumstances do I want to upload any Adobe document to share or to use across my different devices. This option should appear every time someone uses an Adobe feature. This is such a massive invasion of privacy and makes me absolutely hate your product, your business model, and you software engineers for making it nearly impossible to figure out how to deactivate this.

    Get rid of the bottom 10 per cent screen occupied by "Make It Your Own". I set my preferences and it is still there and keeps between page visits!

17. Need the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro!!!

    I got a new macbook and it will not let me download Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my new computer. It says it is not supported on my platform but I am paying for it. I need to be able to use it without being connected to the internet- not on the web!

20. Revisie PDF online werkt niet

    De PDF die ik voor Revisie doeleinden verstuurd hebt kan niet geopend worden. Het voortgangswieltje blijft maar draaien en er gebeurd niets. - Hoe kan mijn klant nu opmerkingen toevoegen?
