For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Recently this service has been terrible. We use Adobe to send contracts for our business and it has been problem after problem. Documents aren't sending, having trouble saving documents, a client wasn't able to sign a contract yesterday, and the software is often not responding. It worked great before, but something is not right now.

    I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the recent updates implemented into the Adobe Sign feature of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. We are a school that regularly utilizes your products, particularly Adobe Sign, for enrollment and recruitment purposes.

    Thank you for your suggestion! We're excited to let you know that you can now use send multiple templates for signing.

    To use it please follow below steps:

    1. Click on E-Sign option in the top bar at Home page

    2. Click on Request E-Signatures card

    3. This will open the file picker, then select the E-Sign template option and select multiple templates, then click on Continue

  4. The latest update is not working properly. The e-signature fields are not where we are placing them in the documents and our clients are not able to sign properl;y.

Another thing to try is update the browser, the app works better with recent versions. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  5. I combined pdf files to create one document and in the past, it would take the title of each individual file and AUTO create bookmarks for each file. So you can find pages within the new document. Your new update removed that. Now I have to go back and individually name each file's bookmarks making double work for me.

  6. In the old version we could drop multiple documents into the drop and drag box which was very useful as we attach multiple schedules to our documents. Now it only allows us to drop one document and then we have to go in and take additional steps to add more documents and it takes more time and takes longer to load.

    However, it's important to mention that current version of the app does allows dragging and dropping multiple files for different features of the same, could you tell us the steps you took when encountering this issue?   9. Bonjour, Depuis la nouvelle mise à jour d'Acrobat Pro, il y a plusieurs bugs notamment quand on ouvre un nouveau document, quand on crée un formulaire à signer et quand on veut sauvegarder. J'ai l'impression que le programme est devenu trop lourd à faire fonctionner... pouvez-vous nous aider?

Hola, sugiero que vendáis suscripciones premium de 1 día o similares, de un precio así bajito, porque yo mismo pagaría en ocasiones un poquito para editar cuatro cosas y quizás mucha gente se animaría, que es un palo hacer cosas raras y peligrosas en internet para conseguir editar un pdf, etc. Por favor, pensándlo, a mí almenos me vendría muy bien y creo que se podría convencer a mucha gente.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.   Click on your profile icon.
    2.   Select "Settings".
    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  15. I would like to know why I can't convert a jpg to pdf when it is included in my plan. I could do one, but now it tells me I have to sign up for Adobe Pro in order to use this feature.

  18. Let the designer accept/complete the comment without it disappearing from the list for everyone to see.

    Create an opportunity for the sender to check off comments that have been corrected so that the comments stay in the list for all to see but the designer can track what has been corrected.

  19. Adobe Acrobat has been freezing repeatedly the past 48 hours. It freezes momentarily (frequently) and stops responding (where I have to task manage>end task to shut it down). This problem just began a couple of days ago, I was previously very satisfied with Adobe Acrobat.
