For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Hello! Why does it look like this? The window for seeing the files is tiny. This is on Opera browser and I also tried Google Chrome - same view.

  7. to be able to change signatures on mobile phones

    Hi there,
    On mobile phone, when we use the adobe sign to sign the documents, it seems we cannot change the signatures. we can do so on laptops and PCs only. As it is supposed to be convenient and user-friendly, the feature of swopping the signatures stored should work on mobile phones too. Please help look into it. Thanks

  9. Update your help docs

    Please update your help docs for the new Adobe Sign (which is terrible by the way). I just need a document to be initialed and you won't let me do it ... why? Your help docs suggest clicking an 'advanced editing' button to allow for this, but there isn't one with the new system.

  10. Inconsistent request e-signatures?

    Hello - for Adobe E-sign, I am confused as to why when i click request e-signatures, the platform looks different each time - see attached photos. Can this be more consistent?

  11. Dislike having to use the web

    I really dislike that I am forced to use a web browser to combine and organize pages in Adobe. I hate that I am forced to use the web instead of the app. I have looked online and cannot find a way to do it in the app. Please stop.

  17. Non-display of data

    MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro seems to not correctly display data of month-end Bank of America (BoA) credit card accounts. Some of the general structure of the statements is shown but not the data. This is true for three different BoA credit card account statements, my personal Frederick S Hagen account, and business credit card accounts for Icogenex and 454 Viking LLC. On the other hand BoA “bank account” month end statements, display properly and PDFs from other sources display properly with MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro. Also, all files display properly with MAC Preview.app, so it seems that MAC Adobe Acrobat…
