Full Tools, Menu customisationAcrobat DC wastes so much screen space in non-customisable areas - It is common to 'snap' the Acrobat Application to Half-Screen - but doing so hides many menu Tools, but ALWAYS leaves 'Home, Tools, Document & then The Login Name. - These are rarely (never) used.
Please allow them to be Hidden, Or return Menu/Tool icons to a 'normal' design/style as used in the previous 10 versions of Acrobat.

UI ThemesThere needs to be UI themes that don't use the same scheme as MS Office. It is like giving a room a clean look by having the walls, furniture and art be monochrome and close to the same shade. Any designer is going to tell you contrast is important. If everything blends together, it becomes more difficult to see, strains the eyes and thus more difficult to use and rather visually unappealing. It needs contrast between elements to guide the eye, making things more efficient and visually appealing. Please give us more themes or tap into all the artists that… 1 vote

Cursor not accessibility friendly for visually impairedI am visually impaired and have implemented the Windows accessibility features that allow me to make my mouse pointer dark, inverted and larger, so that I can more easily locate the cursor on the page. However in Adobe Acrobat DC, your default cursor does not allow this Windows feature to carry over. Honestly it is terrible and should really be fixed to be at least darker, larger and bold so that visually impaired clientele can use your products. 11 votes

Save As PDF dialogHate the save as dialog. Why can't we have the same save as that every other app uses? Consistency please. 3 votesGood to know that this is fixed.

Oversimplified or just not user friendly? This is just a general reflection that I, as a occasional user to Acrobat DC, no longer understand how simple things like draw lines and write text on a existing PDF work. More complex things like sign, sharing etc - functions that I don't have any interest in using, is easier to understand. Is this really the functions the ordinary user wants? Or is Acrobat no longer a tool for me? 2 votesHi, Since we haven’t heard back from you for so long, We are closing this thread. If you still face any issue, do let us know Thanks

I hate everything about the acrobat pro DC menusSo far I hate everything about the acrobat pro DC menus and it has been 2 years, I keep hoping for an update backward for the old menu.
Changing the way pdf are managed and adding additional features, is great but why would you change menus commands and locations.
We are all using computers not tablets, and the so called lighter theme sucks.16 votes

Bug Report: Viewing pdfs from task bar- Viewing pdfs from task bar flickering
- After minimizing the opened pdfs, I try to go to the task bar to view the 4 or more pdfs that I have running. It wont view all of them (flickers the images) so I cant select the one to open up when I hover over the icon in the task bar until after several tries?
- Windows edition: Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1

- Expected result: Show opened pdfs when hovering over task bar Adobe icon.
- Observed result: Place pointer over Adobe icon in task bar flickers opened…

Home/Tools/Document Tabs are intrusive and annoyingIt's pointless to customize and 'show' tool icons in the toolbar, because those tools that I want and use are hidden under the 3 dots. And that happens because Home, Tools, Document, and My Account is stuck permanently and uselessly in the toolbar. I have set the program to open multiple files in separate windows, so I don't need the Document tab. The Tools sidebar can be opened by clicking in the margin at the edge of the window, so I don't need that. And if users need to open and close files within the program (can't understand why), then… 17 votes

Permanently hide Navigation PaneAdobe, please give users the option to permanently hide the Navigation Pane. I have to click the arrow on every single doc I open in order to hide it! Give me a simple option to disable that stupid pane. Do a google search on this and you'll find countless users asking for the same thing...since the last 5 years. Fix it already! 23 votes

Shortcut to Refresh/Reload PDF while working with LaTeXBrief title for your desired feature: Refresh/Reload PDF How would you like the feature to work? A keyboard shortcut or button that reloads the PDF currently being viewed. Why is this feature important to you? I work with LaTeX a lot and the Acrobat Reader is the best PDF reader out there, but I frequently recompile a document and always have to close and reopen it to get the latest version. This is a hassle that could be made easy with a simple keyboard shortcut. 13 votes

Fit page to windowNew update moved the fit page to window button to a hidden drop out floating toolbar. I use this tool and family of tools every time I am in Acrobat I should have the option of making always visible is the top docked quick tools toolbar like it was in the previous versions just the other day. 5 votes

Missing ZoomDid you already notice that in Acrobat / Adobe Reader there is now no way to zoom the document, except with a mouse click on the corresponding buttons? Previously, as in Indesign and Photoshop, you could use Space + Alt + Control and Mouse Action to select areas or Zoom by Alt + mouse wheel.
It would be nice if these possibilities are finally reactivated!9 votes

Size Customization for MAC OSWhen opening a PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro on a Mac, have an option to let the customer decide the default opening size. Right now, the application opens to FULL SCREEN, when it would be much more convenient to have the opening to a smaller size, such as 100% of the page width (such as 8.5 "). When working on more than one document and opening the PDF to check a point, it is very annoying to have the PDF load in full screen, blocking all other things on the desktop, including the customer's primary document. 1 voteHi, Since we haven’t heard back from you for so long, We are closing this thread. Time saving toolbarsGive us more useful Toolbar with plenty of stuff - must make endless useless clicks to access simple things. Just to Open a page needs 2 clicks! This wastes time. Hover over text that fan open files would help. This is a terrible product to use - thank goodness for the free stuff Foxit and PDF Creator. Not user friendly and pro-production at all. 269 votes

Acrobat Pro DC crasches when dragged tot external screenOn Macbook Pro, OS Mojave: when Acrobat Pro DC starts it's always at the main 15" screen of the Macbook when i simply want to drag the window to my external 27" screen (LG) it crashes instantly. Note that that it does not matter if Acrobat is in fullscreen or regular floating screen modus. I also tried to move the screen by using the Mac OS Mission Control but Acrobat crashes anyway. After crashing i get only the error report: "Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly"'. 1 voteThanks for confirming that the issue is fixed now.
So i am closing this thread now.

Page NavigationWhen using the arrows to scroll page by page through a file, the navigation arrows jump back and forth across the top of the page if the length of the page title differs, making it impossible to quickly click through the document without chasing the arrows around. This is a clear oversight and design flaw. 4 votesHi, Thanks for reaching out to us .
Could you please send a Sample file and possibly a video recording of the screen explaining the issue so that we can understand it better. You can send it at ajain@adobe.com Thanks

new measure tool is uselessI want my old desktop downloaded 2011 version back with all of the functions intact. Paying an annual subscription for less functions and usability is garbage. We are a construction company that gets hundreds of project drawings in pdf format from owners and contractors. The new measure tool is one of my biggest complaints about the updated software. The measure tool basically has 1 function and it never works properly. If you do not have an original CAD or DWG file and the software to support it you cannot measure anything properly. I can no longer check or measure angles… 7 votes
