  2. The current licensing requires an Enterprise admin to touch every single user to have them logout, then log back in whenever the license renews. Adobe also sends users an email directly stating that their license is about to expire, creating unneeded panic among users. For the Enterprise version this should only happen with the Admins. Regular users should never know or have to touch their applications other than to just use them.

  3. Hello there! This is James Robert. I had a jam-packed schedule with 2 quizzes, 2 assignments, and 1 project due. Fortunately, I found Assignment Help Expert, which provides timely and professional assignments. My assignment was free from errors, mistakes, or plagiarism and I received excellent marks in my assignments and was praised by my teachers. I'm glad I found this website just in time as it truly saved me.

  4. To ensure our client/users fully utilize our license subscription or as PDF reader only, it really appreciates if we can have a tools/inventory report where we can view the usage of the license as well which Acrobat type and version installed to ensure it synchronize and updated to latest release version. It will be an excellence Inventory tools where we can monitor, manage, and take appropriate action where client always installed acrobat with latest version updated.
If the tools can also reflect if there is an issue (error code) why the version installed is not updated to latest version -…

  6. Templates are missing from the Acrobat desktop app. I have created a template online to request signature on a standard document, shared it with my organization, but there seems to be no way to access this template from the desktop app. Please add templates to the Home screen in Acrobat.

  7. When sending a document for signatures, with the new acrobat there is no longer the ability to add a CC.

Important to note that if you are going to be needing that and want to update.

Can we please have that added to the software again?

  9. InDesign creates PDFs with measurements to 4 decimal places.

Acrobat rounds all measurements to 3 decimal places.

We make print-ready files with measurements up to 1/32nd of an inch (0.03125"). That's 5 decimal places.

Many of our print vendors insist we use 5 decimal places. (But they accept InDesign only goes to 4.)

The issue is we go to edit things like Trim size or page size in Acrobat, and all those measurements are rounded to 3 decimals.

North American book production uses Inches for units. Our prepress production staff are now in the process of converting everything to Points,…

  10. Adobe needs to create a functionality that distinguishes highlights from comments. I have a long PDF with several thousand highlights, and it's nearly impossible to find my comments (which is the point of adding them) because you can't filter solely for comments when they're attached to highlights. if Kindle can do it, so can Adobe! Please add this feature; it is long overdue and makes operating within PDF so tedious.

    Dear User,

Thank you for your valuable feedback!

We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with more details about the feature improvement you are suggesting. If possible, sharing a screenshot or screen recording of the issue you are facing would be incredibly helpful for us to better understand your concern.

Based on your feedback, our understanding is that you would like a filter option that distinguishes between empty highlights and highlights that contain notes. Please confirm if our understanding aligns with your request.

Your input is essential in helping us improve our services, and we are eager to address any issues you may encounter. Please feel free to share any additional information you think might be relevant.

    Regards,

    Arvind

  11. It would be great to have the Layers feature in Acrobat. That way a person could always have signatures visible and not hidden behind a form field!

  12. When using the Find Text Tool, it doesn't recognize symbols anymore (e.g. : ; #), and for entertainers, actors, editors, etc, reading a script on PDF, this is a huge issue because that symbol is the only differentiating factor in looking through 100s of pages of dialogue (e.g. "Bill was running to the scene" vs "Bill: Hi, everyone!"). Now people have to spend hours going through a script instead of minutes.

  14. As the title, I shared a file. Users have left comments.
When a user leaves a comment I get an email which links to my shared PDF.
When I click on the link to the file, I don't have permission.

I'm logged in using the same account, same email. I only have the one account.

    What gives?

  15. Huge resource hog and cannot export Combine PDFs. Go to save and a blank window appears. Adobe DC is a piece of garbage. I've seen nothing but problems after XI. It's gotten slower, more buggy and the interface and process of using is even more cumbersome than ever. If your idea was to cause more users to spend more time on your software... good job! Mission accomplished! Now I need a solution since you've totally ruined me being able to use it for anything. Oh, but I pay for keeping it updated.

  16. Please restore compatibility between the Mac OS accessibility key strokes and Adobe pdf reader/editing software. The Mac OS keystrokes opt+esc definitely don't work within Acrobat Pro. Within Acrobat the system just reads the title of the document and stops. When I take the same pdf file and open it in an alternate software like Preview, the key strokes work to read selections aloud. Please fix this bug. Afterall, you don't want users to give up on your software and use other products to get around Acrobat accessibility issues, right? :)

  18. Adobe Acrobat Reader is behaving like malware. I choose to use another PDF reader as my default for opening PDFs, every now and then the Adobe Acrobat Reader updates itself (also without my permission, or any option for control I can find), it takes the liberty to change my default settings for PDF files. This is not OK!

It even changes my Windows PC's default PDF reader if I make an certain changes to the Adobe Reader Preferences.

Is uninstalling Adobe Reader the only way I can fix this?

  19. The posted instructions for adding "attachments" inside a PDF document are missing a crucial step toward the end. If it's a file or PDF already "attached" to the main PDF, a user must OPEN the attachment BEFORE clicking on SET LINK or the link will NOT FUNCTION. See attached screen shot or this URL: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/links-attachments-pdfs.html

  20. Hello. For the latest version (23.0) of Adobe Acrobat, I found it is not possible to change the distance between the Thumbnail Images. The distance right now is too large, especially when I have more columns (See my screenshot attached). Compared with the earlier versions, this new feature is really not very helpful. It is quite inefficient to overview many pages together. It would be helpful to include an extra conntrol parameter to not only change the sizes of the Thumbnail Images but also their in-between distances.
