  1. I bought Acrobat Standard DC but unfortunately I did not see that I could download it in French. It is therefore in English. Can I just change the language in the software or do I have to uninstall it to reinstall it in French?

  3. I want tabs back, I don't want multiple PDF documents opening up new windows. This is so important to me I purchased another product and convinced my company IT department to replace my Adobe license with that product.

  4. We have invested very large in SCCM infrastructure to support Global distribution of client applications. To speed up distriution of Adobe product versions we have analysed Adobe Update Server solution.
    Based on our global environment that would require an enourmous investment create a Adobe Update Server at every site location.

    We would like Adobe to add support for Microsoft SCUM, that would speed up product distribution without very large investment.

  7. We need a way to manage user assignments, audit administrative actions, and report on when particular users are assigned Adobe licenses. There currently is no report that can be run to show who assigned a license, or when a license was assigned, outside of reviewing individual users.

  8. Well, the idea is to stop the friggin' crashing of Acrobat! Just about the time that I upgraded to macOS High Sierra (currently 10.13.3), the Acrobat plug-in StatusCheck2 began crashing. Now, it crashes numerous times a day. I have found nothing to stop it.
    I also have Enfocus PitStop Pro, if that makes a diff.

  9. Just wasted over an hour of my life trying to check out the free trial. It just freezes up and I wasn't able to actually try anything out. Doesn't inspire me to purchase the product.

  14. I've spent over an hour trying to figure out how to activate Acrobat DC Pro with a license number. Help is useless... the instructions only say how to activate using a serial number. I tried doing a chat session to support... somebody answered, then immediately closed the session. And then it too me 15 minutes going in circles to find a phone number to call... put on hold fo 5 minutes, then transferred twice. Just to activiate a license. That's ridiculous.

  15. The team license has an assumption:
    One license can be assgined to one "emailId", which can be activated across two computers.

    PROBLEM:
    Consider a person who has 4 computers, all of them belong to the same person (same EMAIL ID).
    In the admin console the admin assigns 2 licenses to same "email Id".

    The user activates 2 out of 4 computers with one license.
    Next, upon trying to activate the 3rd computer with the second license with the same "email Id", the activation fails.

    This is an incorrect licensing design.

    Thanks for the feedback. I will put forward your feedback to concerned team.

    There is a workaround for your issue to use email alias for the same email ID. For example in gmail user has ability to create aliases as youremailid+account1@gmail.com, youremailid+account2@gmail.com and mails sent to anyone of these will land in youremailid@gmail.com. Something like these can be setup for your teams. And, you can use above two “different” email ids as two Adobe IDs for the same person.

  16. I had pdf writer installed on my Mac when it died. I tried bringing it to this new machine from my backup disk and it now wants me to buy some adobe cloud. Been on the phone on hold for hours, been on chat for hours, frankly the customer service is horrible or non-existent. Please help men get back up and running.

  20. Hello Adobe Company,

    We've been your customer for 10 years. We have about 400 users that have a lot PDF requirement of use but not frequently. So, we worked with Adobe supporter to deploy Acrobat to our server for user working with PDF in order.
    However, Adobe suppoter confirmed that Adobe company hasn't had any solution for license management which control users using license at a point time or kick someone who forget exiting Acrobat after using.
    So i hope Adobe company can develop this solution it's very very important with a company has >400 users like us that the…
