  3. Actual "Print Page" Fixture dont do it; it only print the linked page / pages associated with selected bookmarks, but not the bookmark names /structure as a list itself.

    This list has many uses

  4. It would be great if I can drag an open (pdf) file by dragging it to an open email as attachment, without using the insert file in Outlook. I often use a hyperlink within an excel file to the pdf, and this option would spare me a lot of time. Thanks!

  8. When I created a form in Excel, and tried to Convert to PDF, the borders around the cells show up as various weights. Please add a tool that can make the weights uniform.

  9. By productizing every feature, over engineering the UI. Adobe has rendered Acrobat DC effectively unuseable.

  10. I have a email address (abc@X-XXXX.de) added to the footer (!) of my word file, the email address contains a '-' (minus) and if I copy&paste it to the mail program, I have no issue.

If I convert it to a PDF, copy&paste the address to a email, I get an DNS error after sending. The error message complain about a not allowed sign (U+2010, DNS domain xn--XXXXX-bg0c.de does not exist). BTW, the mail address is automatically recognized as email (mailto:) by the PDF (-> clickable).

If I place the same email address to the normal text area…

  11. Provide ability to hide the Tools Pane to increase the field of content.
I review and markup engineering drawings and other documents. Some of these are quite large. I need the maximum amount of content in the window. As long as I can access the comment menu in the tool bar above, I have what I need.

  12. Yeah, so you know those "helpful" tips that pop up in little blue boxes when you start the program? Those are annoying. There is nothing in Adobe Acrobat that is not too straightforward to understand, and I do not need help using the program. Please add an option to disable these.

  13. Please allow form padding options/properties for form fields. The top margin padding is too much and can't be adjusted. There are no options for left/right padding. This is especially problematic when autocreating form fields where you have large text boxes created to match borders you designed in the template. The form fields created expand to the borders and so the text is right up against the side borders.

  14. I am requesting all professionals that work with me, my accountants, property manager, banks, etc, to not use Adobe because when they send me a "locked" or "password protected" file, I cannot create an unlocked version on my side. They all come up with random passwords and it is impossible over the years to access my documents when they are locked with a hundred different security codes. I am sure a hacker can access these documents faster and better than I who have paid accountants and the like to create them. Please, please, allow the recipient to create an unlocked,…

  18. I currently have to edit the appearance of every field (except the Signature) to change the default font from Auto to 10pt. Most of my forms require 12 input fields for multiple signatures and this is time consuming and tedious. Please add a feature for users to set program default preferences for the appearance of fields that are added to a Fill & Sign document.

    Hi,

Thanks for providing your valuable feedback. We will share it with the Product management team and let you know once we have some updates.

  19. Adobe Pro needs to have a feature to create expandable drop down lists. I have seen it in other products, but it fits well with the PDF Pro.

I would like to be able to create easy drop down check lists, divided by topic, so the user can expand the form in the areas they need. This will reduce time for the customer to have to scroll through the document to find what they are looking for and will increase the functionality of the document.

I would like it to contain a plus box and minus box, so people can…
