The selected credentials for signing is invalid
If you add a new certificate to the keychain access application (MacOS) and try to sign any PDF, you will success. However, after that, If you delete the certificate added before and try to sign same original document, you will get "The selected credentials for signing is invalid". The same certificate is still valid because I can authenticate on websites and also I sign documents with other tools (Autofirma)
I think there are a few things here to improve:
- The error message: It would be great if the error says why the credential is invalid, and also a possible solution.

Download a PDF option is buried and not easy to find
The option to download a PDF to my desktop is buried and frustrating to find.
When logged online in to my account and looking at my documents tab, each file has three little dots to the far right. These dots have many of the document options I would expect, except there is download feature. Make Adobe Great Again
Not having the ability to utilize the 64bit versions of Pro and Reader is enraging and short sighted. People who develop PDFs need the ability to test them in Reader as the vast majority of users install Reader. There are also use cases where it is impractical to be consistently signed in, which then means you can no longer utilize PDFs at all. Edit Wrongly entered email address during e-signature request
After sending a request for e-signature, there is no provision to edit a wrongly entered email address especially if the document is to be signed by many people and the wrong address is in the middle of the signing order. Attempts to edit are thwarted by the restriction of "this document has been signed and cannot be edited"! Output File Names from Files in an Adobe Folder or Album etc
I need to compare a long list of file names (~150) to the list from my friend to see what pdf files I am missing.
I need a way to print the list of the names of the files from a folder and export to EXCEL.
My workaround for now is to take a screenshot of the File List, then “Import Data From Picture” in EXCEL. Which sometimes is not very accurate.

Signature Pages vs field
Since titles and duties change frequently, we spend a lot of time recrafting signatures and sending documents back for re-signing. It would be awesome to let other office that have to endorse or approve a document to insert their signature page into a signed (and locked) Document. (or an endorsement memo in front). Not change the core document. It would make staffing so much easier. (Or Lock by section vs the entire document).

Notes on Signed documents
While reviewing a signed document depending on security you can or can not make comments or highlight areas. Makes it difficult to review or mark text/images for follow up. This would allow you to make notes and provide comments or analysis to support signing or returning a document for editing. Especially documents that have multiple reviewers or signers this allows the analyst to provide supporting info on the document itself. Grouped graphics with a figure tag overlap text content when viewed in Acrobat Reflow
When viewing a document in reflow, complex grouped graphics (including text, for example, a large map with countries/cities) tagged as figures with alternate text overlap text when viewed in reflow mode. If graphics are ungrouped, they appear fine within the text flow. How can grouped graphics be tagged to allow them to appear without overlap in reflow for accessibility?

White text on a default white background in PDF reflow mode is not visible and the option to change color choices in accessibility preferences does not yield consistent results for viewing all text within a PDF in reflow.

Requesting the addition of the time zone for Newfoundland, GMT-3:30
My time zone is not in the drop down list of my settings for Adobe Acrobat online. I am requesting two features:
I would like to have my time zone added to the dropdown list in my settings (my time zone is Newfoundland).
I would like to have my time zone reflected in the audit report that is generated with a signed document.

Allow for text to be populated in rows upon a button click
In button actions, allow users to be able to create an action where if a button is pressed, text will appear. Please see the attached picture for further clarification.

BioPharma compatability with Bulk Send in Adobe Sign
Bulk Send Identity Verification method not compatible with BioPharma settings enabled. Neither Acrobat Sign nor Phone authentication methods are allowed for Send in Bulk feature making it incompatible with BioPharma settings enabled. I cannot bulk send and also be Part 11 compliant with Adobe Sign. Please add this feature; it would make creating training records for my company much much easier.

Brighter "X" for Find Box
Make the "X" in the text Find box brighter. It is now dark grey and the box is black. Very difficult to see.
