  3. How do I speak to a live person at Sun Country Airlines?

    For the quickest live‑agent pickup, follow these guidelines: call on Wednesday or Thursday, when both call volume and wait times are lowest

    . Avoid Mondays (the busiest) and Tuesdays (longest hold times)
    . Try early morning after 6 AM CT, or late evening just before 11 PM CT. Once through the initial auto‑menu, dial 1 → 1 → 0 to bypass unnecessary options
    . Having your reservation details ready helps the agent assist you faster.

  5. Display measurements label for areas

    When using the measure objects tools, the measurement is conveniently displayed against lengths, however not when measuring areas. The only way of knowing the calculated area is by hovering over it, or viewing the comments bar, which is not useful when sharing a locked version or printing off the document.

  7. BUG czech languange in OCR

    Hi, today I tested a PDF with an OCR layer with the Czech language, that when I copy the text in Adobe Reader (tested on the current 2025.001.20531 and today's version 20566) czech version) and if I paste the copied text from the OCR layer into Word, it does not correctly recognize the characters (ýáíé) and instead it produces characters without commas (yaie), other programs like PDF Xchange can read this layer correctly and completely without problems with commas above the letters.   9. Cannot disable AI assistant and it is bloody annoying. I don't want to use it and turning off in AI Generator doesn't permanently turn it of

    Turn off AI Assistant. There are hundreds of requests from other users and we still continue to be ignored. We don't want it and the disable feature DOESN'T WORK!!!

  10. The "x" for deleting "fill and sign yourself" signatures and initials does not work

    This is a bug.

    The X needs to be clicked over and over again before it clears the previous signature. Some time the previous signature comes back even after changing it.

  12. Import data from csv/txt file to fillable pdf

    In my older version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, I have an "Import Data" function under Tools\Manage Form. I don't see that in my current version under Prepare form.
    I have data in csv/txt file, I need to import into my fillable PDF. I was told by an online agent to contact an engineer to get this resolve.

  18. BUG: Ctrl+Backspace Does Not Function Properly

    BUG:
    In Windows, Ctrl+Backspace erases the word to the LEFT of the caret/text cursor, while Ctrl+Delete erases the word to the RIGHT of the caret.
    In Acrobat, if editing a form text field, both shortcuts behave identically, erasing the word to the RIGHT of the caret.

    Additionally, in the "Find Text or Tools" box, Ctrl+Backspace does neither action, instead entering an unknown character glyph.

    Hello Adobe Team,

    I use Adobe Acrobat extensively throughout my workday and appreciate the tabbed interface. However, I would love the flexibility to open certain PDFs in new windows while keeping others in tabs within the same window.

    Currently, the setting to open PDFs in tabs or new windows is global and requires a restart to change. It would greatly improve the workflow if there were a way to:

    Right-click and choose "Open in New Window"

    Or, more preferably:

    Use a modifier key (e.g., Shift + Click) to open a file in a new window

  20. Deleting even/odd pages does not work

    In a recent update, acrobat has an issue with selecting and deleting even or odd pages. When even or odd pages are selected and I try to delete them, it will reset the selection to the first page. If I continue to delete, it will only delete the first page and not the even/odd selection from before. In addition to that, if you deselect the first page before you select even/odd pages in page select, I'm given a prompt that says 'Please choose a valid page range'. If the even/odd page option in the dropdown is selected again, Acrobat now…
