text flow to next page
Why are text edits confined to the current page? The capability to drag a text block to another page is a must-have. Ability to have text flow to the next page is much needed.

Bounce Back/ Undelivered Report
We need the ability to generate a report that shows agreement sends that are not delivered or have bounced back. This report needs to have date ranges, so the user can pull more than just a few days of activity at a time.

Save tool bar display settings when reopening documents
I want the comment tools to remain as a toolbar. At present it goes away every time I close a document, and I have to bring it back every time I open a new document.

The description on our invoices currently says:

Come on guys. i have been saving Word files for years as PDFs.
I'm an Adobe ACI in five Adobe products. I know what I'm doing but tonight I'm tryiing to save a Word document as a PDF and now it's saying I have to register the product.... which is on the Cloud? ... and I've already downloaded the latest version. and registered it...
Oh yes, am tryinjg to register.... but no options to do so.... it just basically says.......... well........ you know...... xxxxxxx

Press Quality Preset - Default PDF v1.7 needed
I am a Prepress tech using an APPE workflow, the most current release. I have been seeing problems, since my upgrade and the advent of the CC, with PDF 1.4 being submitted for print. Mostly transparency problems. I have people modify their Adobe Press Quality PDF Preset to PDF 1.7, from InDesign. It helps greatly. Also makes me feel more confident in the soft proofing process, as v1.7 passes my EnFocus and RIP preflights better than lesser PDF versions. And I know this is an InDesign PDF export setting problem, but it is a Distiller preset, available within Indy. Can…

Drawing polygon always ended a triangle
This is no an idea. It is a utter disappointment that I paid for perpetual license for Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and I am getting nowhere to be able to draw multi-sided polygons. Always automatically ended a triangle after the third click. Same happens when drawing clouds. Cannot draw multiple segments of connected lines in the same line, always terminated after the second segment.

Send & Track Personalized Invitations E-Mail
Allow senders of Send & Track personal invitations to create a closing signature block or a letterhead that includes the senders contact info (such as sender's name, company name, street address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, website address) within the e-mail. It's time-consuming to type the same info every time I send the invitations.

expired trial
I keep getting offers to try out Acrobat Pro DC. I install it. It says I have zero days left, since I used my trial when it first came out. Since this is going to be an evergreen product, I'd like to see the "timer" on the trial expire, so that I can see if the newest version is something I'm interested in/features improved, etc.

Provide date with 'signature block' when recipient chooses image.
Using 'Send for Signature' with added signature block. Date does not appear when uploading an image. Unlike type and draw which has the date automatically added under the signature. See tickets #0188780191 and #0188780008 on 3/21/17.

Improve the Bates Numbering
Currently the Bates Numbering option does not allow the user to select folder and subfolders to the window for incorporating Bates Numbering. Users currently have to separate the subfolders onto the desktop and then add each folder separately to the list, once all the folders are added, the functionality can then be operated. However, most of the time users have up to 500 subfolders, so its essential that the subfolders are numbered to that the Bates numbering follows numerically correctly. Support for opening and combining OpenOffice Documents, odt and the like.
Simply format support for OpenOffice formats used by OpenOffice and LibreOffice.
This is vital for those that prefer those formats over Microsoft Office formats. While they aren't as fully featured or useful in some cases they are free and open source making them a great alternative to the closed source formats of their Microsoft counterparts. Plus my book features some of these formats and i'm too lazy to convert them over...

detect and redact sensitive information based on local ai
I need to remove a lot of sensitive informations before I can hand off a pdf to an AI tool or agent. Things like names, emails, adress or contact informations, prices, dates, urls, health data and so on. I would love to have a local AI-tool in Acrobat Desktop/Mobile to investigate one or more PDF files, telling me what kind of sensitive information was found and then giving me options to redact these data. Basically like the remove tool in Photoshop which shows different categories of things it detected in an image and then I can select what I want…

Get rid of the stupid "Summarise your PDF Quickly" that pops up EVERYTIME I start Adobe
This is idiotic and invasive. It pops up even if I open a one page form that clearly cannot be summarised and there would be zero point in summarising it. If your dumba5s AI cannot tell when it is not needed, why the **** would l use it?
Pop ups that cannot be turned off are completely unacceptable. If I had any other choice, I would be quitting Adobe.

Certificate errors
When using a certificate through either the Digitally Sign or Certify (Visible Signature) options, multiple errors occur that prevent the signature from being successfully applied, even after completing the signing process. In some instances, the signature appears to process and load but then disappears as if it was never applied. fix edit menu
Editing text: pasting text onto pdf ends up with letters very widely spaced and unreadable. Prior version did not have this undesirable feature. Through trial/error, I found this could be avoided by extra step of selecting "0" on the "VA" menu button, even though it says "0" to start with. Ironically it says "0" as default, but if I do not set it to "0" again (even though the default shows "0"), "VA" now will read "14" for my copy-pasted text edit, and individual letters are so far apart as to be unreadable. Text Box not working after June 2026 update
When trying to add text to a pdf the box will appear; but, when typing in a word the cursor will move; but, no characters appear.

AI Sever Bug
the Acrobat gray hover comments boxes generated by AI are now a very serious nuisance and should be removed. Have an image of a sign post and the generated AI comment is about a mans large *****.
Fo crying out loud! Please give us a way to turn this off or completely disable it!
