  1. Cannot Combine PDF Fillable Field Forms with Same Fillable Field Names

    I am trying to combine multiple template PDFs that have fillable fields. These fillable fields have unique information in each PDF document. Since this is a template document, the fillable fields are the same name. When combining the PDFs, the data from page 2 onwards gets overwritten by the data that was entered in the first document. Refer to case # ADB-29950592-T4D3. Customers should be able to combine PDF forms that have identical field names in the forms.
    Also, customers should be able to "Request e-signatures" with Adobe Portfolio files.

    We need the ability to group Starred documents in Adobe into folders for quicker access to specific topics.

  4. File saving is needlessly complicated.

    The introduction of what I'll dub the "save helper" is one of the dumbest ideas I've ever seen implemented in a well known software. In no circumstance does it do anything than take more time since you have to open a file dialog no matter what you click - all it does is introduce another impediment to workflow.

    The best thing to do is remove this "feature" and have it actually default to where you opened the file from! You know, like software has been doing for the last 30 years?

  7. send for comments in the cloud

    Our team uses "send for comments" all day everyday. Currently we can only use "local server" to collect comments. When we use "send for comments" using adobe cloud, we lose most of the mark-up tools for collaborators to post comments. I recommend Adobe figure out how to have a full functional shared review via adobe cloud- same functionality / markup tools that are available in the local server option.

    This is basic functionality that Adobe's competitors has already, and I think will end up leading to Adobe losing customers if the functionality is not expanded/improved.

  8. How to apply for ebaymastercard?

    If you want to apply for ebaymastercard then first you have to visit the credit card page. Then press apply now. Then use your username if you are already registered on website, if not then register on site by press the option of create an account. Then register option. Then at last click on submit.

    When I try to use the fill & sign in the Address field of my PDF template Acrobat hangs when typing in the number combination 170. If i use any other number combination I dont have the problem. I have attached the template being used if you want to test. Type in 170 in the address field.

  10. NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager

    NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager options (and many other options) will not properly work on Adobe Acrobat Pro (e.g., Hand tool does not work with NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager installed and enabled). All other programs on computer work properly with NVIDIA graphics card driver / software options and features. Your attention to fixing this matter will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

  11. AdobePro is not GCC High Tenant FedRamp Certified with SharePoint

    Adobe marketing web site is misleading when it comes to GCC tenant security. We spent over a month of our IT engineering time along with Adobe support and Microsoft support to integrate AdobePro into our SharePoint GCC high tenant. The root of the problem is how Adobe obtains its hash credentials from Microsoft GCC authorities. There are different credentialling authorities between business, GCC, and GCC High. The hashing is partially baked using credentialing authorities from the business .com domain as opposed to the government .us domain for credential verification within Adobes SharePoint integration.   12. Current TAB Gradient, 3 or more open files... viewing which document currently? Who Knows?

    Updated today, had to contact support, had to revert. The TABS at the top do not indicate which TAB you are currently viewing. The Gradient, if it is there, is far too subtle for either of my monitors to differentiate. Which file am I looking at? I cannot tell ya!!
    EXTREMELY URGENT as a lot of businesses use this to view PO/SO/Invoices that all look the same. So which file did I need to move a page from? Who knows.

  13. Always open in seperate window

    When opening an existing .pdf, provide the option to "Always Open In New Window" instead of the existing one. We are filling information into one document, from a SERIES of other documents, and do not want them opening in the same window all the time. Also, it would GREATLY help, if the "All tools" sidebar would remain CLOSED during this.

  14. CRITICAL BUG: Link Alternative text is NOT accessible (07_11_23)

    Link Alternative text is not accessible -- the latest version of Acrobat is not creating an /Alt entry in the Tag Element when you add alternative text using the Link Alternative text box. Therefore, alternative text added with version 2023.003.20215 Acrobat DC Pro will not be read by a screen reader or other AT. Previous versions of Acrobat created an /Alt entry in the Tag Element when Alternative text was added to a Link Tag. This version does not.

  16. Cannot upload images to create new pdf

    Ever since the new Adobe update I cannot combine 4-5 photos to create a single PDF. I used to do this all the time, but now it does not let me. Extremely frustrating as I am trying to get work done and I cannot do a basic function. Ive tried downloading the photos all sorts of ways, and even tried to work around the error through dropbox. Nothing works. I cannot upload the photos.

  17. Update/change shared review document server location

    Provide a way to change/update the server location or file path for shared reviews after they have been sent out for review. There is no way to reconfigure or repoint the network directory location for Adobe shared review files. Once the Shared Review is sent out, Adobe loses all the comments if the server location is ever renamed or if supporting comment files are moved from their original location.

  18. Shortcuts and Hotkeys

    The process of making an Adobe e-sign with the most current update (7-5-2023) has become at least twice as long. The new features are amazing, but with an update that includes as many features without customizability and optimization makes these features hinder some users instead of enabling them. My idea is to add shortcuts and hotkeys, with the availability to keymap these features in settings. For example, pressing (ctrl. i) for initial, (ctrl. s) for Signature, or (ctrl. t) for text.
