  2. When using the "Correct Recognized Text" feature, the UI is cumbersome and requires either hitting Tab repeatedly or constantly switching between the mouse and the keyboard.

The user should be able to cycle through multiple corrections using only the keyboard:
    1. Press "Correct recognized text"
    2. In the resulting dialog, the text entry cursor should automatically be placed in the "Recognized as" field.
    3. When the user hits Enter/Return, it should be as if the user pressed the "Accept" button on the UI.
    4. The next potential correction should appear, and the cursor should once again be placed in the…

  4. In the Swedish version, the ALT command for creating PDF/A is "colliding" with another command (In Swedish "Reader-utökad PDF").

    To create a PDF/A file you pressed ALT + A + R + A in the previous version. In this new version it's ALT + F + N + A. But since A is "doubled" it doesn't work.

The other option that now also has A as short command, had U in the previous version. U is available, so please change that back to U.

  5. When opening some documents, the text is being replaced by wingdings. When checking what font is used in the Acrobat editor, the font is named "Z@RFC4D.tmp". The original font that's displayed when the file is opened on another computer is basic Arial. Colleagues at work have no issue when they open the same document.

I had to reinstall Adobe Acrobat to have it fixed. Then, it happened again a couple days later. I'm using Adobe Acrobat PRO 32 bits with paid license.

  6. When tagging a table in Acrobat Pro, the Title property (of a <table> tag) doesn't seem to get exported in the PDF, resulting into untitled tables and therefore not ADA compliant.

  7. When I use the organize pages tool and select odd pages, Acrobat quits. I can select even pages with no issues, so I have no clue what is going on. It happens EVERY TIME.

I do have the latest version of Enfocus PitStop installed, but I haven't had a chance to uninstall PitStop to see if that is part of the problem.

I am on Mac OS Sonoma 14.0.

  8. You can open pdf files in separate windows if you have Office 365 and store documents on One Drive. After opening one file in Acrobat, on file explorer: right click on the 2nd file and choose View online. Then you can compare the two documents side by side.

  9. When i use CTRL+F (Find), the software does not find any match in this PDF. In Google Chrome the FIND in this PDF works very well. Why does Acrobat Reader 2023.01.20143 not work with this PDF?

    1. FILE ORGANIZATION WITH DRAG & DROP - Organizing files on Adobe takes longer than actually printing a hardcopy, labeling it, alphabetizing it, and climbing up a ladder to file it in heaven. The "Move" file option should be found in every dropdown on every page.

    2. NEED MORE FILTER OPTIONS - We should be able to filter by recipient's names, file name, dates, signed/unsigned, starred, modified, etc.

    3. CHECK BOXES - When a document has been completed and uploaded - check the "Completed" box. The completed document should not keep showing up in the same list. This will help prevent reopening the…

  12. SEO stands for search engine optimization. It is the process of improving the visibility and ranking of a website or web page in search engine results pages (SERPs). SERPs are the pages that are displayed when a user searches for a keyword or phrase on a search engine like Google, Bing, or Yahoo.

SEO is important because it can help businesses to attract more visitors to their websites, which can lead to more sales and leads. According to a study by BrightEdge, organic search traffic accounts for 53% of all website traffic. This means that if a website is not…

  14. I don't like the new 2024 format and understand that the previous format will not be available after the end of 2023. 2024 is hard to navigate. Confusing with switching left and right displays. Not happy with the new version at all.

  15. You probably have a lot of in-house UI/UX designers who are pretentious and completely incompetent, and that means your HR must also suck.

Debug your organization. Whoever is in charge of your app design is a lunatic.

  18. I use the comments a lot. With this new update, you can't use [space bar] to grab and scroll in the comments section, like you can do in the section on the left where your document is.

And the arrows don't work well either, because if you use them in the long list of comments, they jump further in a way you get lost!

If the scroll bar wasn't hidden and a bit wider in the comments section, this would solve this problem partially. Using [space] to grab and navigate would be best. I think it was like that before...

  19. The font and font color of the header & footer are currently the same.
I would like to be able to change the font size and font color for each of the header and footer.
