adobe crashes when highlighting
Adobe crashes when using the highlighter feature from the commenting menu. I can add other markups without any issues but this causes the program to Not Respond then crashes and closes all documents. On average it happens approx. 5-6 times an hour. Typically this happens when trying to change the color of the highlighter by right clicking and accessing the properties.

important buttons in notification corner
How about moving all of the buttons with useful features out of the bottom right corner? I'm not sure how this is a surprise but when I receive a notification, email, TEAMS message, update message, every single one of them obscures all the buttons that have been inexplicably placed in one of the only high-traffic corners of a screen when using an application.

sending responses via online form to a different email address.
Please could we have the option to create an online form, but choose to have responses go to a different email address so it can be used to send info to other team members or external parties?

request a signaure
I am experiencing issues when sending files for signature request where the programme crashes before sending, predominantly when filling in the name box and text box on the review screen before sending. Ending the programme on task manager does not seem to resolve the matter.

Add support for 3rd party plugins in Acrobat Unified Installer reduced mode
Currently 3rd party plugins are not supported with the Acrobat Unified Installer when it is running in reduced mode (running as Reader instead of Acrobat Pro). We are looking for plugins to be supported in reduced mode as well.

Convert PDF to PowerPoint Options
When converting a PDF to a PowerPoint file, Acrobat automatically attempts to convert individual slide elements such as text into editable content.
This is useful for many users, but that makes PDF a far less useful intermediate filetype for locking and preserving PowerPoint formatting than it should otherwise be. In an ideal world, one would be able to turn off that feature and create a PowerPoint file where each individual slide is a static image— leaving zero opportunity for a missing font or any other weird issues to appear whatsoever.

Hyperlink Capability
The Message field under the Recipient tab in Agreement Templates for Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce needs to be changed from a plain text field to rich text or another format that supports hyperlinks. The package my company is sending out contains a URL for the customer to access but they currently have to copy and paste the URL into a browser instead of being able to click the link.

Adobe Acrobat Reader crashes when I use the keyboard when QuickBooks is open
Adobe Acrobat Reader crashes when I use the keyboard when QuickBooks is open. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2024.002.20687, 64-bit; Windows 10 on a PC; and QuickBooks Enterprise 23.0. When I hit any key, I get an error box titled "Windows - Entry Point Not Found", with the message "Exception Processing Message -xc0000139 - Unexpected parameters". When I click the "OK" button on the error message, the same error message reappears. The only way to get rid of the error message is to go into the Task Manager, select Reader, and end that task.

STABILIZE COMMENTING BOX FOR EDITING PLEASE
When I return to a previously inserted comment box to edit. The previously typed texts gets grayed out and the entire comment box then 'disappears' on the page. I have to retype everything again. Sometimes that invisible comment box reappears somewhere else. Sometimes there are hidden boxes from previous comments which has to be deleted. Please Stabilize the comment box, do not override previously entered texts. Allow one to edit previously typed texts without making the text 'disappear'

highlighting
It would be fantastic if highlighting could be done by selecting two points on the PDF, and Adobe creating a straight highlighted line connecting the two points. While annotating documents that are photographs of a text and Adobe consequently doesn't recognize the text, it's incredibly inconvenient having to highlight manually. Despite me trying to create a straight line, Adobe inevitably doesn't correct to straighten it, which becomes really tiresome when I repeatedly have to retry highlighting lines to get them straight enough. It would make highlighting much faster if users could simply indicate two endpoints on the document and the…

Subject name prepopulation with name of PDF file when emailing PDF
The only way to re-apply this feature, as per the Adobe Tech, is to Disable New Acrobat.
This is like taking 2 steps backward, in order to take 1 step forward. I am unable to use the latest Adobe version because the most critical component of my workflow doesn't exist in the modern (current) interface.
Please add this concept back in.

In order to put data into a fillable PDF, I must have the E-Sign side window open. This is very inconvenient.
Without the E-sign side menu open, I cannot enter by clicking into a field. It turns it blue and cannot type. (see attached screenshot)
I contacted tech support and they said to choose "All Tools" and "Fill & Sign" - that allows typing into the field by clicking into it, but now that E-Sign menu eats up a large portion of my screen. (see other attached screenshot).
This is very inconvenient to be forced into having that side panel open. I wish you would change it back to the way it was.2 votes -
auto zoom document when larger sidebars are opened - Like comments or thumbnails so that you dont need manually reduce size to view page.
The new larger sidebars make it so that when activated, you have to zoom out the document in order to view the fully width of page. If page view is set to automatic, it should automatically reduce the size of the page to accommodate the side bars.

BUG: Cmd+Tilde (~) to switch between Acrobat windows no longer cycles infinitely.
Pressing Cmd+Tilde (~) in Acrobat used to cycle between all active windows. A recent update changed that behaviour and it now stops after one window change. there is no easy way to flick back and forth between documents. This is different to how it works in other CC apps, eg, InDesign and Illustrator, so I can only assume this is a bug. I use Cmd+Tilde constantly. Please fix! Thanks!
