1. option to not show delete page confirmation

   Show an option to not show a confirmation dialogue when deleting a page from a multi-paged pdf. Deleting pages from combined pdf documents is a dialy routine for me and after so many years it is pretty annoying to always use my mouse to go click OK. It's a small thing to program, so please people vote it up, it would my life easier. Thanks

2. Bug Report: Acumin Pro Condensed Semibold font not showing up when Word doc exported as PDF.

   Environment: PC running Windows Pro 10. OS Build: 19045.3086

   I am running what I believe Is the current Office version (not sure where I find the Word version). Acrobat Pro is 2023.003.20215.

   The problem occurs whether I open a Word file from within Acrobat, use the Create PDF button the Acrobat menu in Word, or use the Save As option in Word - the exact same problems happens in all instances.

   When I export the document, any text using the Acumin Pro Condensed Semibold font is turned into Times-New Roman and the letters are squished together as if there was a negative tracking value.

   The problem does NOT occur with text using the Acumin Pro Condensed or Acumin Pro fonts - only the Semibold variation has the problem.

   All three of these fonts are not on my computer but instead are activated using Adobe Creative Cloud.

   Note that this is a recent problem - the last time I edited this document was in February of 2023 and this issue did not occur.

4. Issue with PDF commenting feature

   New Adobe UI has removed the ability to type over text in order to add PDF mark-up. Now you have to right-click and select 'Add Note to Replace Text'. This is very time-consuming for editors. Previous UI was much better.

   My colleagues and I have reverted to the old version for now but hope the new UI will include the ability to type over text to add PDF mark-up.

7. Acrobat not recognize PNG's files to Combine

8. How to fix QuickBooks error code 1903?

9. FORCED Acrobat updates & NO response when attempting to open a file

   Why is Acrobat different from all of the other Adobe applications ?
   It waits until I double click a PDF file to inform me that I must wait while an update is installed, and there is no progression feedback, just sit and wait.
   Also lately Acrobat opens multiple (10-15) instances of many "Acrobat" Background processes. I have found this when Acrobat becomes unresponsive to an attempt to open a PDF file, like Acrobat Collaboration Synchronizer and Acrobat Update Service.
   Can Acrobat use the same method that the other Adobe apps use to inform me that an update is available, but not force it on me when I just want to open a file to view or print?

10. User interface Bug

    When asking field properties on Mac French version :
    The text in the bottom of the windows appears in a wrong position.
    You need to do a screen copy, then, with Aperture or other, you need to do a vertical switch to see correctly the text.

11. 64 bit version won't install

    I go to the download site and specifically select the 64 bit English version for Win10 it downloads but the installer runs a 32 bit version and won't open properly once installed

13. Make 'Restore last view settings…' document-specific

    At the moment, 'Restore last view settings when reopening documents' is application-wide but it would be much more helpful and useful if it could be specific to certain documents, i.e., when reading through a particular long PDF over several sessions.

15. Have a tool that will allow you to hide a page or pages then when prompted become visible in the desired location without having to use java

    In order to keep PDF forms as clean and short as possible, it is often helpful to hide pages in a form unless they are needed. The only current way to accomplish this is to write a Javascript that retrieves a template using this script: var a = getTemplate("");a.spawn(); the template however goes to the end of the form instead of the desired location. The template also changes the text box names ruining the functionality of the boxes. This could be fixed by better Javascript instructions or even better an option to accomplish this task in the text box actions.

16. Fix scanning option for creating new document

    When scanning a new document, Adobe automatically pulls up the latest document when you have multiple Adobe files open. Adobe then automatically checks the box "Append to current document". This can cause unwanted pages added to a separate file that is being worked. Suggest you fix Adobe so that the Append Box is unchecked as a default and/or "create new document" or "append to current document" options are added that do not pull up the last open file automatically. Then if the user wants to Append to an existing document, they can, but it is then a conscious decision. I've had too many important documents corrupted by unwanted "appending" taking place after a scan, and the corrupted documents emailed before the mistake is discovered.

    Das Update sieht an sich gut aus. Ich finde es nur sehr schlecht, dass die Lesezeichenliste und somit auch das Inhaltsverzeichnis auf die rechte Seite gewandert ist. Ich verstehe es nicht, warum es nicht auf der rechten Seite lässt, wie alle anderen Webseiten und Programme.

18. Comments property: Subject needs to be made visible, filterable/sortable on the Comments List

    Hi,
    There is a 'Comments property: Subject' choosable from the right-clicking on the Commentts List annotation type>Properties>General tab, where one might be able to give more individual Subjects to the same annotation type.

    As an example,
    yellow Highlighted Text Subject: Note, Follow,
    blue Highlighted Text Subject: Refer, Read-it-Later, Look After, Download
    orange Highlighted Text Subject: Revision, In-Progress, Important
    etc.

    It would be so great to make visible (chosen from the Commenting Preferences) the given Subject in an annotation on the Comments List next to the Author and Date. Even more, would be great to allow to Sort and Filter the Comments List by Subject.

    The idea behind this feature is to help and give a guide to the annotator and also the reviewer to distinguish the function and meaning of the annotations using fewer colors and oversee more simply (by sorting and filtering) the several annotation subjects.

    Many thanks for considering developing this feature in the coming versions.

19. BUG - Acrobat Preflight Droplets don't work on Mac Studio

    Preflight Droplets dont work on Mac Studio running macOS Ventura. When dropping a pdf into the droplet an error message come up saying "Droplet" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to bin. This file was downloaded on an unknown date.

    Using the Combine function does not work like it use to. Now when us the Combine function it does the following:
    1. Open Abode -> Combine function
    2. Move the documents that I would like to combine to be one PDF document
    3. Select the Combine button
    4. Adobe will start processing, but it will try to save the first document as a PDF and Word will try to print the document, not sure why.
    5. If I do nothing (waiting for the App to continue processing the other documents) Adobe will not get past the first document.
    6. I never end up with all of my documents in one PDF
