1. Missing a step in instructions for adding a attached PDF as a link in another PDF

   The posted instructions for adding "attachments" inside a PDF document are missing a crucial step toward the end. If it's a file or PDF already "attached" to the main PDF, a user must OPEN the attachment BEFORE clicking on SET LINK or the link will NOT FUNCTION. 2. Needs more internet bandwidth than Adobe Pro?

   I work from home in a rural setting -- I have fast internet but not as fast as in a city.

   Acrobat Pro always worked perfectly, fast and efficient. But Acrobat DC keeps stalling out, briefly showing one window layout (all buttons are dead) then flips to different window layout which eventually settles in and works.

   This means every time I open a doc or switch between open docs, I have to wait for this stall-window flip-open which adds time and great frustration. Please fix this bug!

4. Application level 'Document Actions'

   Currently under the 'JavaScript' menu, you can execute a piece of java code within a document on a specific document action.

   The current options are as below:
   Document Will Close
   Document Will Save
   Document Will Print
   Document Did Save
   Document Did Print

   Our company of 1800+ would like the option for this to also be applicable at an application level.
   The intention is for every document saved to execute a piece of java code and not just the individual document.
   One use-case is for a liability disclaimer to be applied to all documents without the need for manual intervention.

5. Larger print preview

   As far as I'm aware on the standard adobe version, the print preview box is this teeny tiny window where you can barely see the details of the page. Is there not a way to have this as a larger option? When printing in google chrome the preview fills up the majority of the screen. This is a general issue and an accessibility issue for people with visual impairment.

6. Include "Inherit Zoom" in Preferences > default layout and zoom settings

   As many people have requested and reported the same problem, I spoke with a higher level support staff person, whom then spoke with the development team, they reported adding Inherit Zoom to the default settings list was not possible, yet already accomplished for Bookmarks as reported in a post for version 20.012.20041.
   The courts require all links and bookmarks to be set to inherit zoom. To set a link, it currently requires FOURTEEN STEPS per link to set it (see attached visual). Briefs will commonly have 100 or more links in them. And links can only be set, once everything is done, and just prior to submitting to the courts. This process can take 2 hours, while under extreme stress, yet 1,400 or more repetitive steps are required before a brief can be submitted. Meanwhile the rights of regular people hang in the balance.
   The staff did show me a process that reduces this to 5 steps, but without inherit zoom as a default setting option, it requires all 14 steps to implement anyway.

   Even if the staff were just to remove the double presence of highlighted buttons the process would be greatly improved, as half allow hitting enter/return, then the next step mandates use of the cursor (see attached visual.)
   Currently Adobe has created immense labor intensive steps that are unnecessary if a few simple adjustments are made. This labor affects thousands of users that in turn affects the legal rights of thousands of the people that depend on those users.
   As many people have pleaded for Adobe to implement this, it is clearly a highly needed aspect that has already been done for bookmarks. Please implement.

7. Floating tool bar on left covers text in documents

   Please move the quick access tool bar that is floating on the left side to the top again. It covers part of the document and that is really bad when one needs several documents open next to each other!

8. A bug in the split function

   I use the bookmarks and split pages by them, but the new version of View has a bug.
   The function doesn't save the files in my destination folder and also forgets the choice to use the "Top level bookmarks" option and has just split the files in the original folder.
   I didn't have a problem splitting pages in the previous view.
   I hope you can fix this.
   I have to do the same thing repeatedly, sometimes it works, but usually it doesn't.

9. Split Pages Output Options Bug

   Ever since the update my work computer got for Adobe Acrobat - splitting invoices has been even more time consuming. There's this new bug where every time I change my output options it doesn't save and defaults to "the same folder selected at start." This happens every time. I have to repeat this process a second time for the location to save. Also whenever I close output options window, the "Split" window should not close after I make my selection. This was not an issue in the previous version of Adobe I had.

10. When combining files in Acrobat there is a new pop-up ”Confirm Security”. I am combining multiple pages, it take too much time to check all

    Please remove this step or add a box to check all items in bulk. It takes too much time and is annoying when working with a 20+ pages document

11. Fill & Sign only works with side panel open

    Similar to the bug labeled 'fill and sign', but I have more details to share:
    1) The old Fill & Sign icon was in a side panel on the right. The Fill & Sign icon could be selected and should the side panel be collapsed, the Fill capability would still work.
    2) Now the ability to collapse the side panel and still use Fill capability is no longer an option. For the current Fill & Sign to work the new side panel must remain open.
    3) For example, I select Fill & Sign under the All Tools tab. The Side Panel changes to the Sign tab and the Fill & Sign capability is enabled.
    4) If I close the Sign tab side panel, the All Tools tab is again displayed, but Fill & Sign is disabled.
    5) Operators are forced to have the Sign tab side panel open in order to use the Fill portion of Fill & Sign.

    I have attached a file with options to Fill.

13. Update was Terrible

    The recent update completely messed up how Adobe works on my desktop. pdf files are not opening and the system is not working at all. I have to access Adobe services online which is not ideal in my business

14. Adobe Sign Click to Sign

    Instead of Click to Sign or Tap to Sign at the end of the document, can it be changed to Click to Send or Tap to Send? It is very confusing when you have already signed the document, and you have to Click on Click to Sign in order for the signed document to be sent.

    BUG: Organize Pages -> Split

    Using "New" Acrobat. Entering numbers using the keypad on Windows 10 returns non-numerical characters. Num lock is on. In the provided example, I typed 2800 in the pages box and it returned bh``. Entering numbers from top row of keyboard works as expected.

16. Shared Document Bug

    For a shared document, the menu providing the 'copy shared link' function won't load, no matter how long you let it sit. I have to go out of the document, to the 'shared by you' tab in order to copy the link.

17. Bug: After recent update to 20269 text in text box turns gibrish after save.

    After the recent update to 20269, During Fill & sign, adding text in text box in the Hebrew language. It looks OK and I save the file. After reopening the file the Hebrew text turns into unreadable symbols. Numbers and English text looks Ok.
    Every time other parts of the Hebrew text turns to symbols. tried different fonts. It happens in several other computers too.

18. Document signing doesn't work

    I'm trying to sign a PDF file using a scanned signature. When I drag it onto the document, I'm getting an error (see the screenshot). When I click ok, the strange popup disappears, along with my signature. The same happens with a drawn signature, as well as with a typed one.

    I'm using Acrobat Reader, version up to date as of 22/08/2023, Windows 10. This is a problem specific to one PDF file (presumably).

19. the zoom in/out % box is so annoying

    (Windows users) after using Ctrl + mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out, the % box appears at the bottom right for a while, that makes me cannot use the space bar to scroll the screen immediately. It needs to wait for a while for the box to disappear. This is stupid and very bad user experience, pls fix it.

20. Page content truncated "The dimensions of this page are out of range."

    In the new version of Acrobat Reader, when I attempt to open files I've opened previously in an older version, I receive the following error message (and the top few inches of my file is missing: "The dimensions of this page are out of range. Page content might be truncated."

    The file is a Google Analytics 4 report which I had saved to PDF in June. The same thing happens when I download a new version of the same report.
