requirement to login after update
I hope Adobe will re-think the requirement to sign in after an update is applied to Acrobat. From an enterprise change management perspective we are required to notify 4k+ users every time we need to update Acrobat, that's a whole lot of email just because they will have to sign in again. 99 days makes a whole lot more sense. Let whatever cookie is set persist across updates please!

Autotag a table or a portion of a page
I am interested in being able to auto-tag a part of a page, such as a table, for example. Can you let me know where Adobe is in term of implementing the partial auto-tag suggestion. Thanks.

Acrobat adds unusable OCSP to documents with long-term validation
Due to OCSP caching, Acrobat most of the time adds stale OCSP to digitally signed documents with long-term validation (LTV)
PAdES-LT and -LTA profiles require signature to include qualified timestamp and OCSP's thisUpdate time must be AFTER signature time as certified by qualified timestamp - otherwise OCSP can't be used for signature validation.
Thus, when adding LTV data to signed documents, Acrobat should always check:
1) whether the signature contains qualified timestamp
2) whether OCSP's thisUpdate time is AFTER the timestamp time (it's not allowed to consider any clock skew here since qualified timestamp servers and OCSP responders should be…2 votes -
In the requesting signatures tool it would be nice to be able to verify the addressee
In the requesting signatures tool it would be nice to be able to verify the addressee, in other words to be able to see or check whom I am sending it too to be sure it is correct.

Scanning Issues
During a recent update the ability to scan the backside of documents is gone. There used to be 3 options after a scan was complete; Scan Compete, Scan More, Scan Reverse. Scan reverse would allow you to run the back pages though and the program would auto-sort those pages in reverse order. Now you don't have that option and it only allows to Scan More and then you have to manually move the pages where you need them.

FFS remember my scrolling preferences
Whoever had the dumb idea to default to single page view should be fired immediately, then the person who though that it should default back after another selection is made should be fired as well.

Sorting when Merging Components of Portfolio to a Single PDF
Right now, if I create a Portfolio using emails from outlook, I can sort the components by the email date so that they are sorted from earliest received to latest received. However when I open the portfolio, sort it, and select File > Create > Combine Files into a Single PDF > Add Open Files, the components of the Portfolio are sorted alphabetically instead of by the date as I have them displayed in the portfolio view panel. This means that I have to individually sort each component by date using the organize pages option before I can actually complete…

Single page view doesn't fully "Zoom to Page Level"
If I "Zoom to Page Level" a document in portrait orientation, the calculated zoom factor is a little bit too high and leaves a few pixel in the document height not to show. Hence, you have to press the page down key twice to get to the next page (same with page up and previous page).

Allow preference to always open desired toolbars especially the comment toolbar
I copied the following because this user said it better than me...except he was referencing Reader, not Acrobat Pro. I am an Acrobat Pro DC subscriber. I relied on this feature in Pro 8.1 until recently upgrading.
COPIED: I almost always use adobe ACROBAT in exactly the same way: I mostly read scientific papers and use the comment tools to highlight and/or make notes for myself. This means that almost every time I open up ACROBAT, I will want the comment tools open and it's irritating to have to re-open the comment tools every single time. #FirstWorldProblems I know, but…

Mandatory Response Dialog Box Behind Another Window -- Requires Force Quit
I use Acrobat extensively, and have a recurring problem that is driving me nuts.
Often, if I close a file or take some action that throws up a dialog box, the dialog box will be placed behind another active window and I can't get to it. As a result, I can't take action on the dialog box and the program is effectively locked.
Example: I have six PDF tabs open. I closed a file. It threw off a dialog box, which I can't see, but which presumably asked me if I want to save changes. But that box is behind…

Acrobat DC needs to be able to work without an internet connection
Adobe Acrobat DC requires you to sign in in order to view and create PDFs. While I understand the logic behind that, if you do not have Internet access then you cannot use the app which makes it useless when traveling or when you are in an area that does not have access. This feature makes it impossible to make Acrobat DC as a standard app in our enterprise and will need to utilize a 3rd party app instead. Big loss in revenue for Adobe. I hope they can figure out a way that one you are logged in it…

2. Just press ctrl+f

Left/right scroll option.
It would be great to have a function that allows you to scroll left to right - as well as - up and down.

File menu Compress PDF. Select same folder/name click yes to over right. Error File is already compressed to maximum.... I know that can't be true. Closed Acrobat Pro. Narration feature added to documents.
A "Narrator" feature added to documents, files, and forms. This would allow users with impaired vision to interact with Windows, and Mac in a way that isn't commonly found. In this way, languages may be learned as well.

Add a "Find and Replace ALL" button to find and replace menu
It would be an awesome idea to add a "Find and replace ALL" instances of the found sentence/word when in the find menu (the one circled in the screenshot). We know that acrobat is not a "word for pdfs" but can be useful if a product name or feature was to be slightly changed or translated and it is repeated many times. That surely would save users's time.

Allow Duplex Printing for Duplex enabled Printers from DC
I can print in duplex from my Brother MFC-J835DW printer when printing from every other program I can think of and Adobe on the web, the fact that I cannot from Adobe DC when I pay to use this software? Get with it and join the 21st century, I ESPECIALLY want duplex capability in ADOBE as most large files and forms that require printing are typically shared as pdf files and I certainly don't want to be wasteful or kill excess trees, but it would certainly appear this isn't a concern of Adobe, noted guess it is time to look…
