  1. It would be hugely beneficial to have seamless integration of the Snipping Tool and Adobe DC with one-click creation of a PDF from a screen shot or screen selection. For the purpose of this request I am using a Windows laptop with the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud. I can already create PDFs with one-click from most other Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook, but having Adobe be able to handle screen shots and even combine/edit them without going through file/save/rename/export/save will be a great enhancement to Adobe DC which is already a great product.

  2. I cannot save my PDF's with their original file name.
    I get the pop-up, "The document could not be saved. The file may be a read only or another user may have it open. Please save this document with a different name or in a different folder."

    I know that the document is not a read only and is not opened by another user.

    There are many solutions posted on line, but none of them work.

    What can I do? Please help.

  3. The name of the checkbox is confusing. “Transparent”, in the design field, means something totally different that what it does in Acrobat. Transparency can have degrees, and not so with a checkbox. The industry standard term that should be used is “No Fill”.

    Users are clamoring for the ability to have No Fill, and they don’t know that it already exists because the naming is inconsistent and the feature is only implemented in 2 of the 4 different dialog boxes that are available to choose colors.

  4. I am a long-time subscriber to the full Creative Cloud. Recently Acrobat DC asks me to sign in every time I open a PDF (when it is not already running) even though I am signed in to my Creative Cloud account and using one or more applications.

    After I sign in successfully, in the upper right corner it still says, "Sign In."

    I've tried all the troubleshooting steps on the support page. Nothing works.

    This is very annoying to say the least.

  5. We combine upwards of 20 documents from various formats and sources into a single pdf file. We need a way to append an existing pdf without having to create 20 different pdf documents and then combine or merge into 1 file. Having the ability to append the original pdf when utilizing Acrobat from a print file would save a large amount of time and work. Instead of just a "replace" feature, couldn't there be an "append" feature as well? Many employees within our organization would find this extremely beneficial.

  6. I consider your entire software to be one big bug, a total *-up of a so called program. But to be sepcific: If I enter a signed doc into another big doc, I get no warning (!). HOWEVER - If I later need to delete that signed doc, or the entire doc, I'm not allowed. So the entire main big doc is ***! The "reasonining" acc to your "support" is that a signed doc should not be possible to "alter". Well - I'm not trying to ALTER it by means of changing the content (which makes snese

  10. It shows I have two signatures, choose one, then I go to sign and there is NO SIGNATURE available and requests to add one (resin there were two in the first place! once I sign AGAIN, there is still NO signature available for me!!!!!! Frustrating

  11. Please add a setting to preferences to hide page controls by default on each new PDF.

    I don't want page controls docked to the top of the screen because I never use them, so when I choose "Hide Page Controls" I would like it if they stayed hidden. Yet, every time I open a new PDF, there they are again. I have to choose "hide page controls" on every new document. They hide content on the PDF by constantly getting in the way. You either have to drag it around or choose the setting I mentioned earlier to see the…

  13. I wish the application can convert outlook email with attachments into a single pdf with attachments immediately following the email. It will be ideal if a whole folder of emails can be converted with same format of file names that can be chosen by the user

  14. When copying and pasting a comment I made from one page to another page of a PDF, the comment gets rotated - https://www.screencast.com/t/nso1JyUv7FtG

    This rotation is unnecessary (not good)
    Furthermore, there is no obvious way to fix the rotated comment by rotating it back.

  16. hello. for PDF files that were uploaded into Microsoft Sharepoint, when there is an API call error, it tells the user to contact Adobe support. However... Adobe support says this is a Microsoft error and contact should be Microsoft.

    Probably need to have Microsoft fix this on their side. And also have Microsoft not have contact be Adobe (though... from what I can tell it's an Adobe Document Cloud error page)

  17. Your SAAS model is a crock, but your persistent tracking is worse. It is absolutely offensive that you will charge me again and again while simultaneously disabling the program because I don't want to sign in again and again. I've started looking for your replacement.

  18. Currently the Adobe Acrobat add-on for Microsoft Outlook leverages the "received date" to timestamp the messages. It would be nice to have the option to use the "sent date" of the message instead for the timestamp. There are instances during email migrations where the top level received date header gets updated to the new mail system it got migrated to. When that happens, the received date changes on the message in Outlook.   19. If I want to CROP a page, I can do so by simply right-clicking the page under "Organize Pages." Resizing the pages should be just as simple; it should not require a visit to pre-flight or other hoop-jumping.

  20. We would like to have the possibility, just like with OneDrive 4 Business, to restore deleted files for a User or by a User if deleted in the Document Cloud.

    At this moment, as soon as the file is deleted in the document cloud there is no turning back.

    It would be great if there would be such a feature enabled like lets say save deleted data for 30 days in a trashcan were users can restore it if deleted by accident.
