  1. There should be an option to scale multiple pages per sheet when printing.

    Without that, the text will be too small to read.

  2. When using Prepare Form for making a pdf fillable form, you can copy and paste multiple fields by selecting over.

    Now, if you try to do it, unless you're zoomed in, it will automatically change to text edit. This needs to stay in prepare form mode...

  3. We need 3D capabilities in PDF form, so we can create brochures, e-books with 3D models that potential clients can observe the products in 3D.
    Having the capability of checking the products in more dimensions would help people acquiring either model is being marketed

  4. After the update, no longer able to change font settings of comments (ie font size, font color, etc.). After reaching out to help desk, it was indicated that this can only be done in the "Edit pdf" tool which only works once comments are embedded in the document. This does not make sense as I still need the comments to be "live" so that further edits can be made in the future. This is especially upsetting as I work on pdf's that are 24X36 and need the comments to stand out but the size is so small, it gets lost…

  5. Since I upgraded acrobat Pro DC to version 19.021.20048, when I opened the software, it always stuck and couldn't be used at all. My computer system is macOS 10.14.6. I have tested two Macs (macOS 10.14.6) that also have this problem. What's the matter, please? Please resolve as soon as possible.

  6. My pdfs do not print centered, even though I have "auto portrait landscape" clicked. they print left and down on the page. I can print correctly from any other program. What is wrong with Acrobat!!!???

  7. SharePoint - Checking in Signed Documents
    Acrobat Pro DC allows the user to link to their SharePoint account and check in/out documents. There is a disconnect when the document becomes "secure" after receiving signatures and the document is unable to be checked in once it's been signed. Please allow the functionality to check in the secured signed version of the document as a new version (still unable to edit).

  8. When adding Radio Buttons on forms, users need options for "Open Square" and "Open Circle" Button Styles. The inside/middle of the button should be transparent, so that users can easily see the text behind their underlying choice. This would simulate users circling a choice with a pencil/marker rather than completely "filling in" the circle or square.

    Additionally, it would be nice to be able to change line color and line thickness of the "open circle" or "open square". Currently, users can only change the border color and line thickness of ALL radio buttons, regardless of whether the button is selected…

  9. the addition calculations are wrong . See attached Picture. How can the total be 11 instead of 12. I even set the default values in the fields as 0, and still junk calculation.

  10. Make it easier to TURN OFF the CC connection. I have a paid annual subscription; I want Acrobat on my computer, so I can use it on my computer, and save files QUICKLY on my computer. After 1 month I am so sick of CC churning away in the background and trying to load files or my license through often-weak wifi.

  12. Serious freeze-on-startup problem with Acrobat Pro DC--it seems to be completely broken. (I've stopped using it and have reassigned Acrobat XI Pro as default pdf application. Though Pro 11 is no longer supported, it's at least functional.)

    • App version: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 19.012.20040
    • System: 2016 Macbook Pro, OS 10.14.6; 2.7GHz Intel i7, 16GB RAM.

    • First observed on Mac OS 10.13.4 (High Sierra) and corrected by updating to OS 10.13.6.
    • Problem resurfaced with OS 10.14.6 (Mojave).

    Note: uninstall-reinstall attempted with no improvement in both old and new operating systems; also tried restarting the computer.

  14. When creating a pdf from a Word file, it would be useful to be able to set the default zoom of the file.
    From posts on other platforms, it appears that some get random default zooms on their files.

  15. Hello. I regularly use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for reading PDFs for school. With some kinds, I can just highlight the text normally, and that works great. Congratulations and great job! However, sometimes my professors simply photocopy pages from a book, and I have to draw on highlights. Does that make sense? Now, here's the issue. Sometimes, when I draw it in a straight enough line, it automatically makes it straight. That's nice, HOWEVER, sometimes it doesn't follow the line of the text and doesn't match up with the way the text is on the page. I've attached a sample…

  16. I am over Europe and Asia and must convert PDF's for many languages. I now have to use google translator and its 1000 word limit.I need a module cloud based, server on PC based that we can utilize. I would think in today's world this would be a big selling feature

  17. When I drag a box around the text Adobe isn't marking it as a reading order item. Sometimes if I drag it a second time it works, but sometimes it doesn't.

  18. As an enterprise customer would like to have the ability to create an installer package for latest version of Acrobat. At times there are delays of several weeks or does not become available at all if the latest version includes an "optional" update or patch.

Many corporations use One Drive in conjunction with Acrobat and Adobe Scan - currently to move an Adobe Scan PDF to One Drive, a user first saves to their default Adobe document cloud account, and then has to download to their computer, and then re-save to One Drive, which is not a bit user/ customer friendly

  20. In the Home tab there should be the following main tools listed:
    - Open (Document)
    - Create PDF
    - Combine files

    Those are what we use the most.

    My Home is showing Organize Pages, Fill & Sign, and Protect.I don't use those.

    Or, you can add the tools bar to the Home so I don't have to switch to the tools tab.
