  1. I use Acrobat DC fillable to sent to clients a form via AdobeSign with all my section prefill with format, check boxes, and radio buttons but I’m having a hard time with condition fields. For instance, I have a radio button with choices “Yes” or “No” and a field that has to be filled only if the answer is “Yes”. I have no problem setting it up when in the AdobeSign fillable page (just before sending) but I would like to be able to prefill it in Acrobat DC fillable PDF so it already have this condition set up.

  2. Hi! It would be amazing to the workflow if you could add the option to set specific keybinds to change the hightlight text color before actually take the action or using the mouse to manually select the color you want.

    For example: I'm using "green" as standard color but as i'm reading i decide that for that line of text i would rather choose "red" cause it is important. I would love to have the option to press -for example- "1" and automatically change the hightlight color to "red".

  3. I need one particular form to be filled out continuously: 165 people, some will fill it 10 times a year and some will fill it 200 times a year. However, some users may be uncomfortable with e-signing. Some may have to route the form to another colleague for information or verification before sending. Or, a different person other than the one filling will be signing. In these instances, it would be nice for there to be an option to print the blank form or fill and print and then sign a 'wet signature' and send back. Otherwise, I need to…

  4. Please add the information when sharing via the cloud was started. Neither in the browser, nor in the program is this apparent. Currently, only the date of the last change is displayed to the initiator.

  6. I connect my two offices with gotomypc. my home office has Acrobat DC version 2022.002.20191.

    When I attempt to print to my remote printer It is printing blank pages with the message "the document could not be printed" then an error occurred while printing the document"

    not sure who is at fault here, but I have been using this for several years with no prior issues.

  7. The Dropdown Scrollbar size doesn't adjust when you adjust the window size. It's an appropriate size when the window is maximized, but stays so large when you shrink the window to a smaller size, that it looks strange and cuts off the text in the list. To have the scrollbar automatically adjust size with the size of the window would be very helpful.

When I click the comment icon pointing to the spot on the pdf and look in the right hand comments column to see what the comment is, it is impossible to see what item is the one I just clicked on. There is a very faint grey background that is very hard to see. Can you make it more obvious which comment is the one I clicked on?

  10. OS: Windows 10
    Acrobat Pro DC v2022.002.20191 | 64 bit

    Steps to reproduce:
    - open a PDF form with custom JS for textfield calculations
    - activate form tools
    - select a textfield and open properties / calculation
    - JS is at the custom field (bottom)
    - close the dialoge window
    - repeat it with other textfield (open/close)
    - repeat it with the first textfield
    - (optional) repeat it multiple times

    observed result: with a ~50% chance the (saved) JS code is gone
    expected result: JS code should be not deleted

    looks like a windows problem, no problems on MAC so…

  11. Here's why there was a problem that consumed an inordinate amount of time today. I could not enter my Adobe password to eSign. Using your Tech Support's suggestion of configuring a new eSignature, I had to enter an Apple password. I did so. When I attempted to eSign I ran into the same problem using my Adobe digital signature password. THEN, I used my Apple password and got in. Adobe is guilty of requiring an Apple password but not specifying that. Please get the Adobe website software fixed to give the correct prompt. Your BS password process below won't work…

  12. I have just upgraded to Monterey and Adobe Pro DC hangs within 2-3 seconds (whirly) and needs to be closed using Force Quit....the error report is massive.....at present the app is not usable in any way....

  13. Allow simple comments and notes to be added (like instructions). I want to add a simple comment (instruction) that are not under discussion. I don't want the option to reply to the comment and do not want the 'reply' box to appear under the comment.

  14. When I double click he text in a text box that I added, in order to change the font size or color, the editing widget covers up what I'm trying to edit. I'd like to be able to move that widget somewhere else on the page while I'm editing so I can see what I'm editing. Otherwise, I have to move my textbox, edit it, then move it back.

  16. When selecting text in Acrobat, it defaults to selecting the entire word, so that editors must routinely deselect text Acrobat has included in error. I understand from past comments that Adobe has no intention of changing this behavior.

    But could you at least not consider adjacent punctuation to be part of the word?

    If I want to select a word at the end of a sentence, I very rarely want to select the period, too. If I do, I can drag a little further much easier than carefully dragging back just one character to undo Acrobat's mistaken selection.

  17. There's no option for email or communication in this so i picked one of the products we pay for.

    When we receive emails related to billing issues the link to "Update your Payment" is broken. It appears to link to a staging environment. (https://stage.adminconsole.adobe.com/) which doesnt load (as i would expect).

    If i remove "staging." in the URL i get to the proper adminconsole.

  18. The application uses both spellings of canceled / cancelled at different times. It would be more consistent to use the same spelling throughout. (Example, when looking through all agreements, you see "Cancelled/Declined" but when you are emailed about the same agreement, the email header reads, "Agreement Exchange Canceled."

  20. I need my clients to sign a document in 5 different signature boxes and to be legally acceptable, they have to be taken separately so that they dont appear to be the same and a copy of each other.
    At the moment its only possible if I send 5 Mails and then my client can sign the first box, finish the document and then send it. Afterwards he gets another mail with the request to fill out box 2/5 and so on and so forth. This should be possible to change in the settings so that one can do 5…
