  1. Malicious behavior of the Search box

    From initial versions of Adobe Reader, its search box behaves (in Windows) a different way than any other dialog box.
    When I try to select part of the searched text to change it, it lets me select it, and only when I release the mouse button, it selects everything.
    It is not possible to accustom it, because the whole Windows environment behaves different way.
    So it makes me angry every day for decades!
    I suppose there is not any settings or workaround for this problem, so this behavior should be changed.
    BTW, I do not understand why this was made…

  7. Restore importing of image without this Adobe Express

    This new import image with the Adobe Express is not working. I am unable to resize an image on the pdf, now I have to edit image in Adobe Express. Additionally, when I shrink an image in Adobe Express the quality of the image deteriorates. Fix or revert back to old add image.
    This adding image is basically unusable, will need to replace adobe with another pdf software.

    Why doesn't Gmail work now?

  10. PDF icon on the desktop shows white background

    The title and the attached picture show the problem. I use Windows 10 with 64-bit and Acorbat Pro. Everything is up to date. I have tried everything I could find on the www, but to no avail. Preview pane and everything else works fine, just the desktop icon looks ugly. Even if it is a cosmetic problem, I wonder why it worked with 32-bit and why it seems to work with Windows 11, at least on my wife's notebook.
    It just doesn't look nice with the white background.
    Maybe it's quite easy to fix by Adobe programmers. Would you please…

  14. Acrobat Pro Not Releasing Documents

    1. You close a PDF.
    2. You try to rename or move the PDF.
    3. Acrobat Pro is not releasing the document when it's closed.
    4. "Clear Recent" does not release the document either.
    5. To rename or move the PDF, you have to close Acrobat completely.

    Hi Team,

    We need a new feature in both adobe acrobat and reader which is to make the reason filed mandatory in the digital signature and users should not be able to proceed if the reason is selected as none. or, if none is selected, if the users are signing the document the reason field should be there in the digital sign appearance with none as a reason if user selects nothing in the reason tab.

  16. Bug: Read out loud reads incorrectly

    Read out loud reads document starting from the bottom rigth towards left and up. And yes; I have checked that in the "Preferences/Language" page "Enable right-to-left language options" is unchecked.

    Accessibility->Fix reading order shows the reading order to as it supposed to be; starting from the left top towards right and down.

  18. Edit in Photoshop

    Hi,

    So, I work with Acrobat Pro all day, and I find myself having to waste a lot of time trying to edit docs.

    I am looking to either have a feature that will content aware remove content that I need to remove from a page, or a "right click > edit in Photoshop" for individual pages in the Organize Pages module.

    What happens here is when I click to Edit a document, and the text is now placed in a text box, things get jumbled up. We have documents that were marked with a pen and then scanned back…

  19. Silently convert into PDF files and merge

    When converting many files, like we have 170 excel files that we want to convert into pdf files, every single file is opened in a new tab, making pop up the windows o acrobat. Like that its not possible to use the computer, as any open window gets unfocused by acrobat. It would be great the have it running in the background
