  2. When I clicked on my PDF it came in backwards. Had to rotate it. But when I hit print it printed a blank page. Have no idea why.

  4. Can you please help remove the Navigation Pane by default after creating pdf file on more than 2 pages documents? I had been using adobe to print/create my excel file, and each time print out 2 or more pages, and the Navigation Pane with the Bookmarks keeps pop up, which I have to close in order to read the main document, thank you.

  5. I currently have a standard form I use for signatures that has to be signed twice but at different time points (primarily used for goal tracking). After it is signed the first time, I am unable to send the form for the follow-up several months later to the same recipients. It would be nice if some type of feature could be added to allow this.

  6. Functionality of Header&Footer is poor comparing to NitroPro software. Nitro has ability to create hyperlinks in header/footer. In addition I can give any title to this hyperlink. It's very useful. I include screenshot in attachment. I would to have this function in Acrobat.

  7. Adobe Customer Care recommended I post the request here. It might not be a problem with Acrobat per se, but a lot of people seem to have the same problem. Standard Python libraries for automating the filling of fields work fine--when the pdf is opened with some other viewers. But in Acrobat the field content does not display until the field is clicked. Marked checkboxes are also not displaying. The issue is explained partly at the links below, but solutions do not seem to be reliable:

  10. Reviewers on separate forms, comments can:
go to ... > Set Status > then select Accepted, Cancelled, Completed, Rejected.
Reviewers in share mode are even more limited:
    ... > Resolve
These are inconvenient paths to say you agree with something, also all these words imply finality rather then collaborative thinking.
Option 2: Reply by writing out the words.
When going over a 100+ page document with as many comments writing a full reply is time consuming.

Adding a thumbs up emoji/icon or even give a stamp option inside of the reply that says agree (regardless of the review type) would…

  11. No matter how I put the info the simplified field notation I can not get the calculation to run. Tried adding a new text box, changing the names to be one continuous name, minimizing the name, and etc. I need help in to determine what's wrong so I can use Forms in DC Pro 2020.013.20074.18474.

  12. Hi,

Every time I open my Adobe Acrobat DC software it seems, I have to sign in to the Adobe Account. Every, Single. Time. It's annoying. Please make that go away.

  13. This is a bug report. It starts as soon as you enable thumbnails in Acrobat DC (or earlier also). Explorer.exe starts crashing. Screenshot attached. Removing thumbnails fixes the issue.

  15. The Publish Online dashboard is great, but it looks like the analytics are for all documents published. Is there a plan anytime soon to add to the analytics capabilities for each document? I would love to know how each document did once published instead of a whole group. Thank you!

  17. Please let me get rid of 5 buttons on the right that are wasting space.... you can put that stuff in the menu instead of taking space on the toolbar that I can use for useful things. I attached a picture in case you don't know what I am talking about.

  18. While the fill and sign function has the wonderful option to sign from a mobile phone (using the fill and sign app) - it doesn’t have an option to protect the signature with a password. Luckily the “certifications” function has a digital signature option that IS protected by password, however unfortunately there is no way to use this function from a cellphone - only from a computer , which is a shame. Many people prefer to quickly and easily sign things on the go using a cellphone, while protecting their signature with a password. some food for thought. Thanks

  20. I am in the UK where the standard page size is A4 - longer than the US standard of 8.5x11 inches. Scanning has no way of explicitly setting the page size and it obviously defaults to 8.5x11 inches because the last portion of a document is cut off. This only happens in the Adobe App, so it isn't the scanner. There should be a way to set the page size so longer pages aren't cut off when scanned.
