  2. The Export PDF via Adobe Clouds PDF Pack uses a slider to select the Image quality when converting an Image to PNG, JPG, or TIFF. However, regardless of the setting, it outputs a low quality 792X1024 image. Whereas, Adobe Acrobat Pro can output 5100X6600 PNGs.

    If due to subscription, the PDF pack is not able to output different quality Images, there should not be a setting for quality and it should be noted in the subscriptions comparison table.

  3. Please add the ability to differentiate between ENGLISH and MULTILANGUAGE subscriptions on the Adobe Admin portal for each subscription/User. It is impossible to manage hundreds of subscriptions used over Europe without knowing who has an ENGLISH subscription and who has a MULTILANGUAGE one.

  4. Acrobat pro 2017 randomly crashes after scan during OCR and Optimization. It happens on win 7 win 10 on 3 different computers with 8 and 16 gb using fujitsu 6130 and fujitsu 7160 Scanner works fine with foxit phantom and paper stream capture. I have tried running as administrator, with acrobat elevated, with other programs shut off at startup, internet access shut off, virus programs not running etc. I have seen that I am not the only one experiencing this problem across all version of windows and various scanners and from Acrobat xi through Acrobat DC.   5. Apparently not a new request/idea. But, many of us use the same tools on most of our documents, but whenever we close the window, all the sidebars get closed, and have to be reopened again, often requiring 2 clicks or more to get back to tools we were just using seconds ago. I am specifically needing the page thumbnails to nearly always be open. It does seem as if each document can remember this setting after it has been open, at least for a while, but new docs open with the sidebars closed? I have not found a setting in…

    We need more information on steps to be able to reproduce this issue.

    Please share the version of acrobat you are using. You can do so using the link -helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product..

    And also share the test PDF file using forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 for us to investigate further.

  7. Recently when I edit a PDF the first time, the fonts are fine. It is only after I have saved the PDF to my computer and then tried to reopen that same PDF to edit. This is where the problem occurs. I am only able to add text in some jibberish language and not the Arial font already set on the PDF. What is the fix to this as it's very frustrating??

    Another issue is after making substantial edits to the doc, the system then crashes and the file has to be closed and reopened in like a save mode.

  8. Your entire user experience is complete ****. When trying to uninstall an app it opens Creative Cloud and it forces you to update and then it has to use CC to uninstall it.

    To remove subscriptions I had to ******* call to get something removed as there was no button to do so.

    You guys are a huge company and don't give a **** about the way users actually want things done and just make it really hard to get rid of your ********* products.

  9. Would like to be able to select open tabs and combine/save them as one pdf rather than go out to the combine pdf function and drop/select them. Since they are already open and have been updated, now want to combine the tabs and not save the files separately and then use the regular combine function.

  10. During a full text index of over 2,000 files, a number of them are skipped. The error briefly appears in the index window, but when the process is complete that window only shows the last part of the processing and truncates the earlier messages. I turned on the preference to log errors to a file, but DC does not output those errors to a log file. How am I supposed to know which files were not indexed?

  12. After splitting a document by top-level bookmarks, file names do not match bookmark names.

    Bookmark names are all capital Greek without periods, underscores or other characters. I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and Windows 7 Professional.

  13. My experience with Adobe’s support staff has been frustrating. Often, no matter how carefully I ask, there appears to be poor understanding of my question. And the staff seems to produce formulaic responses, imstead of specifically addressing my issues. For example:

    I have repeatedly asked what computer configurations can best and most quickly handle time-consuming Adobe Acrobat tasks: OCR, placing duplicate buttons on multiple pages, etc.

    I’ve specifically asked whether more RAM, or multicore, or other configurations would speed up OCR of scanned documents.

    Adobe has not yet provided a coherent response to the above question.

  14. I have purchased two perpetual and one subscription to the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. But Adobe acts as if I only have a single license,

    When I go to my next computer, Adobe i forms me that I must unload the software from another computer to use the current one, even though I installed a separately purchased software on both computers.

    Please credit me with having purchased what I paid for, instead to treating me as if I only have a single license.

  15. In some rare scenario one might want page scrolling to jump to next page like it does by default, but it is an annoyance in the most common context of reading a text document. While there is a way to change this setting, general people cannot be expected to understand that this is done by changing "Page Layout" to "Single Page Continuous" under "Page Display" from "Preferences" under "Edit" menu. Please beef up your UX team!

    Hi,

    You can always set the continous scolling as your default view.
    Here s how you can do this :
    1) Open preferences dialog (Ctrl+K) and go to Page Display tab
    2) under “Default Layout and Zoom” select the Page layout as Single page Continous and saveit
