  1. Most of my customers need to code invoices, the open text option doesn't allow for the enter key to add additional lines. It would be awesome for them to either fill in a preset 'stamp' or add comments with more functionality

Allow signer to add custom text option to the Request E-signatures feature

  3. When you use Always show document page size option in Page Content and Information section of the Page Display panel of Acrobat Preferences, the Acrobat display CropBox size. For press ready PDF with printing marks or for a PDF file with a bleed defined and visible, the CropBox size is not useful information for checking the correct format of trimmed / final print product page.

Please add to preferences an option to display TrimBox size instead of CropBox. Ideally there could be visible TrimBox size, BleedBox size, CropBox size and PDF/X standard variant with Output Intent information.

  4. When sending a document to someone using the eSign digital signature feature, they have the options "Type" "Draw" or "Image". I request that we as the sender have the ability to remove the "Type" option. A typed signature on the resultant signed pdf file is not suitable for legally binding documents. I want to the ability to restrict the recipient to the "Draw" and "Image" options so that a real signature is captured on the document.

  5. We would like to use Adobe Acrobat and Teams integration. However, this stores the copy of original document (PDF) on Adobe document cloud for 24 hours (which is a transient copy). We would like a feature update so that transient data is not sent to the Adobe cloud.

  6. Bionic reading is a new method facilitating the reading process by guiding the eyes through text with artificial fixation points. As a result, the reader is only focusing on the highlighted initial letters and lets the brain center complete the word. In a digital world dominated by shallow forms of reading, bionic reading aims to encourage a more in-depth reading and understanding of written content.

  7. The device limitations (can't have two or more devices per account) is not feasible for an agency with devices at a time. I spoke with someone from Adobe, and they said we could up just Adobe Acrobat and that would solve the problem. But we're still having to kick off devices.

We need to have a solution so more than two people can view PDF's at one time.

  8. In Adobe DC Pro, the Java Script Debugger window can be resized, but the internal sections cannot / do not scale to the proportions of the overall window size.

The internal sections should be movable / scalable to allow all parts to be viewed, with scroll bars, for the overall window size chosen for the main debugger window.

Very frustrating that the contents do not fit within a normal 1920 x 1080 monitor on my system.

  9. When filling out forms for e-signature we need a way to favorite our commonly used fields. For example if I need to access signature, print name, and date for all of my documents I should be able to have them in their own section so I don't have to toggle back and forth between sections each time.

  11. When you create a PDF Portfolio, you're basically bringing in multiple files into one location, correct?

It would be great if the portfolio automatically updated when one of its' linked files was updated.

For instance, let's say I made a Portfolio of 12 different PDFs. I make an edit to one of those individual PDFs. The next time I open the portfolio, Acrobat automatically updates the portfolio with the updated PDF.

Short of that, it would be nice to be alerted that one of the PDFs (or whichever file types are used) has been updated and you can click to…

  13. For some reason, after many years of working with Acrobat Pro, they removed the photo snap shot option. This was extremely valuable when you just want a section copied and pasted in to a Word document. Now, there is no way of doing it. I now use the Windows SnipIt to get what I want. The other way is to export the page, crop it, then save it. I purchase the full Adobe suite at several hundred dollars a month and this is a good deal breaker. Why purchase the program when the standard free version and SnipIt can do…

  14. Customize Shortcuts on Home Screen • I would like to be able to select or "Pin" the tools I actually use to the top of the Home Screen. Acrobat selects the tools at the top of the Home Screen, but the default choices (which change from time to time) are NOT based on my actual usage. For example, I have NEVER used "Request E-Signatures" or "Protect PDF" yet these are currently the first two options. However, I do use "Combine Files" literally several times daily, yet this almost never appears on my Home Screen. How can I customize this section of…

  18. Sometimes 'Blank' IS the right value for a dropdown list. I do not understand why a user cannot request a signature when the form has been designed with an option in a dropdown field that has a blank value. This error occurs even if the user has selected a value other than 'blank'.

  19. The "Highlight Current Bookmark" option currently makes the outline of the bookmark icon a little darker or bolder, but I can barely tell the difference to see which is highlighted. Could the "highlighting" be changed somehow to make it stand out a little more? Maybe the fill color for icon of the current bookmark could be a different color or darker shade.

  20. When PowerPoint files are converted to PDF, all shapes containing embedded text that were excluded from reading order in PowerPoint are being tagged inappropriately during the conversion to be read by assistive technology anyway. Tagging and reading order as specified in PowerPoint should be carried over to Adobe PDF, and if text is marked to be excluded from reading order because it is actually decorative, this should be honored in the conversion process. For example, we use callout markers that consist of a solid circle with a number embedded in it (1, 2, 3, etc.). The numbered circles are excluded…
