2. Allow using applicable editing keyboard shortcuts from AI or PS.

   Keyboard shortcuts for many AC-DC editing features already exist in IN, AI and PS, (like send forward or backward), and would be super helpful timesavers.

   Also all of the votes for improved keyboard shortcuts are related, and point to an OVERWHELMING case for better keyboard shortcut functionality. Compare to the keyboard shortcut requests for other Adobe products.

3. Compare Files - Adobe Sign Documents

   Currently, the "compare files" function on Acrobat DC does not work if one/both of the file(s) to be compared is/are Adobe Signed/ digital signed document(s).

   Since the comparison itself does not affect the contents of the document(s) that has(have) used the Adobe Sign/other digital sign tools. I hope Acrobat DC/Adobe Sign Team will solve this problem in the near future.

4. Be able to zoom in and out with the mouse wheel like Dynamic zoom, then grab the page with the left mouse button

   When using the Dynamic zoom tool, you cant grab the page to move it unless you switch back to the hand tool. The left mouse button also zooms in and out. It could be used instead to grab the page to navigate around. This would make Adobe Acrobat Pro DC more efficient for Viewing large documents like architectural plans. The pages are so big that the current zoom options become cumbersome.

5. Improve your subscription pricing, trial and cancellation policy for individuals

   Please consider updating the pricing, trial and cancellation policy for your product subscriptions. Your monthly subscription fees are way too expensive for individual customers, with one exception - your photography plan. Your photography plan is a great value. Why can't your other plans be like that?

   Also, who can remember to cancel within 7 days? When you start charging monthly fees for a yearly plan so quickly, and then charge a ridiculous amount (50%!) for your cancellation fee, it makes me feel like you couldn't care less about your customers - you just want to make a buck. Is that really how you want to be perceived? Why can't you just let your customers' trials lapse, and then send marketing offers to get them to sign up?

   Please consider updating the pricing, trial and cancellation policy for your product subscriptions. 7. split signed document

   It would be very helpful if there's an option for sender to receive the signed documents in individually uploaded files. For example, I send 3 words documents for signing, after signed, it came back as 1 pdf, because of the certified signed, I'm unable to split the documents in 3 pdf.
   DocuSign already have this function, hope you can add on the same function to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Adobe Sign. Thank you.

8. Spell check as you type

   I'd like to have spell check AS I TYPE while writing post-it note comments in Acrobat. Every other form field in the world checks spelling as you type...but not Acrobat. Why? This is a ridiculous product limitation!

9. Autosave fail

   I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2019.021.20061 on a MacBook Pro with Catalina version 10.15.04. In the Adobe Acrobat preferences I have autosave set to every 5 minutes. However, when Adobe Acrobat decided to restart for me to agree to some updated user terms all my comments on the document disappeared. From a quick google search it is clear that this is a common problem and that the autosave feature is not working, or at least only occasionally.

11. Horizontal scrolling of all pages in a .pdf to view multiple pages

    Often, I need to view certain successive pages side by side.
    However, Acrobat will only allow two page view to view pages 1 & 2 or 3 & 4. It will not allow viewing 2 & 3 side by side. (Imagine a user manual that has a two page chart on pages 2 & 3.) (This makes sense because page 1 is often on the right side of a book, making 2 & 3 open next to each other.)
    It would be helpful to stack pages horizontally and scroll continuously through them.

    Hi,

    Can you please provide the following details :

    1. Does the app freezes when you try Fill and Sign with all PDF files or specific PDF files. If possible can you please share a sample PDF.
    2. Did you try using Comments/Edit after opening the PDF?
    3. Once the application freezes, open task manager and go to Acrobat.exe process, right click and create a process dump. Kindly share that with us.

13. Ability to Resize Signatures on e-Signed Documents

    When using the online e-sign feature, my clients' drawn signatures are formatted in super tiny font on my documents. In addition, if I use the Document Cloud to e-sign documents, my saved signature is super small and barely visible.

    Either when creating templates or when a person is creating a signature using the online Adobe Sign process, it would be WONDERFUL for us to be able to set the size or space size for signatures. Or, even if the document owner had the option to resize the signatures, this would be so helpful. Again, this has not been a problem for me when I use the Fill & Sign option in Pro DC - but it is a problem when using the online Adobe Sign program.

15. Multiple Custom Tool Sets with Same Tools - Different Properties for Each Tool

    For work I use multiple tools to add comments to PDFs. I have created a custom tool set with the tools I need to use the most. We are required to use specific colors depending on what we are commenting on. It would make it so much easier if I could make custom sets (all with the tools I use) and have each one be different color schemes.

    A few examples of this are below:

    Custom Tool Set #1
    Highligher – Color/Green
    Text Box – Border/Red; Fill/Green; Text Color/Blue
    Arrow – Color/Green
    Rectangle – Color/Green

    Highligher – Color/Yellow

16. IDP initiated SSO Authentication

    Currently Adobe only supports SP initiated SSO authentication. We would like our users to be able to go directly from IDP initiated. This is a basic feature of most IDP services and would be great to have.

17. Adobe Protect Security Features are Disabled when opening with Chrome PDF Viewer

    When implementing all Adobe/Protect security features to prevent printing, copying, or editing a secured pdf, the PDF can still be edited, copied or printed when opened by the Chrome Document Previewer. With the print option reenabled in the previewer, you can print the secured document as a PDF and save to a file directory and upon opening the saved copy, all security policies have been removed. After discovering this, I researched to see if there was an oversight on my part and stumbled across an article on WikiHow titled, "How to Unlock a Secure PDF File" which outlines a similar process which anyone of the billions of users utilizing Chrome can use to remove the security policies from any Secure Adobe PDF. This should be considered a Zero Day Exploit because all sensitive shared data in Secure Adobe PDF's can be compromised by anyone.

18. Enable Google Shared Drives via Acrobat DC

    Access to Google drive is enabled via ADC--great! But please add shared drive access as is possible with DropBox to allow collaboration not just work flow signatures.

    Right Click Look Up Words for their Definition

    The option to search for the definition of the word just by selecting then right-click to chose Look Up is very helpful; though I wanted to report a small problem.

    If a word has a period (.) behind and you select it, it will search the word in dictionary.com to include the period. For example, if I want to search for a word that is the last in the sentence i.e. the word [questionable.] it will look for that word and the period.

    This does not happen with words that have a comma (,) behind. If you Look Up for the word i.e. "later," including comma, it will look for the word "latter" without comma in dictionary.com. This problem does not happen with words have have colon, semicolon, or apostrophe, besides those that have period (.) in the end.
