  2. Auto Update Portfolio PDFs with most current versions

    When you create a PDF Portfolio, you're basically bringing in multiple files into one location, correct?

    It would be great if the portfolio automatically updated when one of its' linked files was updated.

    For instance, let's say I made a Portfolio of 12 different PDFs. I make an edit to one of those individual PDFs. The next time I open the portfolio, Acrobat automatically updates the portfolio with the updated PDF.

  4. Not happy with the update, snapshot copy gone

    For some reason, after many years of working with Acrobat Pro, they removed the photo snap shot option. This was extremely valuable when you just want a section copied and pasted in to a Word document. Now, there is no way of doing it. I now use the Windows SnipIt to get what I want. The other way is to export the page, crop it, then save it. I purchase the full Adobe suite at several hundred dollars a month and this is a good deal breaker.   5. Customize Shortcuts on Home Screen

    Customize Shortcuts on Home Screen • I would like to be able to select or "Pin" the tools I actually use to the top of the Home Screen. Acrobat selects the tools at the top of the Home Screen, but the default choices (which change from time to time) are NOT based on my actual usage. For example, I have NEVER used "Request E-Signatures" or "Protect PDF" yet these are currently the first two options.   6. Save login information

    I would love it Adobe would save my username and password information when I login to CC services on my Mac and Macbook Air. No other native application I use makes me enter my credentials every login attempt.

  8. BUG - acrobat does not allow blank option in dropdown and request signatures

    Sometimes 'Blank' IS the right value for a dropdown list. I do not understand why a user cannot request a signature when the form has been designed with an option in a dropdown field that has a blank value. This error occurs even if the user has selected a value other than 'blank'.

  9. Change format of Highlight Current Bookmark feature

    The "Highlight Current Bookmark" option currently makes the outline of the bookmark icon a little darker or bolder, but I can barely tell the difference to see which is highlighted. Could the "highlighting" be changed somehow to make it stand out a little more? Maybe the fill color for icon of the current bookmark could be a different color or darker shade.

  10. Text embedded in decorative shapes in PowerPoint should be tagged as artifact when converted to PDF

    When PowerPoint files are converted to PDF, all shapes containing embedded text that were excluded from reading order in PowerPoint are being tagged inappropriately during the conversion to be read by assistive technology anyway. Tagging and reading order as specified in PowerPoint should be carried over to Adobe PDF, and if text is marked to be excluded from reading order because it is actually decorative, this should be honored in the conversion process. For example, we use callout markers that consist of a solid circle with a number embedded in it (1, 2, 3, etc.). The numbered circles are excluded…

    Please allow a setting for a default colour in the editing section! This such a pain in my butt to have to change every single time I enter my data!! this surely cannot be that hard a problem to fix & there is many people looking for the same result as me, why are you not solving this??

  12. split PDF by bookmark level of choice

    At present it is only possible to split a PDF by top level bookmark; it would be great to have the option to choose the bookmark level (e.g., if there are nested bookmarks in a document). There are PDF editors around that do have this option.

  13. dark mode hidden in Accessibility is inconvenient

    Dark mode hidden in Accessibility is inconvenient. To get a proper dark mode, currently I think the only option is to go to 

    Edit menu > Preferences > Accessibility

    And then you have to activate "Replace document colors".

    This is inconvenient in case you need to quickly change switch off settings. Would be nice to have a quick button for this.

  15. Quick tool icons are TOO BIG

    Quick tool icons are TOO BIG - In Adobe X I was able to fit ALL of my Quick Tools across the top, now you've apparently optimized the program for tablets and there is no way to make the Quick Tool icons small enough which creates TOO MUCH UNNECESSARY CLICKING. WHY do you assume that everyone needs these GIGANTIC icons? Why can't we reduce the size or the "padding" around them? It's beyond annoying.

  19. Adobe Sign needs to have a document edit function

    We've used docusign in the past and have often gone back into our documents to edit them once they've been created/sent. It's extremely useful and time saving to be able to click edit on any given document to change what fields need to be signed or filled out without having to start the whole document over. The fact that adobe sign doesn't have this will end up being the reason my company ends up using hellosign over adobe sign. Super surprised Adobe hasn't integrated this into their software.

  20. Tab Highlighting

    Having multiple tabs open at time it is hard to correctly organize them into things I already have read, things I need to go back to, or things that I have yet to look at. As a student it would be nice to have and easy way to organize them. My thought is if you could right click on a tab in the header and select a color scheme for it. Right now it only has the option to 'Close Tab' or 'Reopen Closed Tab.' Adding a simple color scheme here with possibly a sort function would allow those of…
