  2. Ability to rename a scanned document while in Preview Pane

    I would love the ability to rename my scanned documents while viewing them in Preview Pane in my Explorer folders. I currently need to preview them, remember detailed information, close that view, then rename the document -- hoping I remembered my information correctly. It would save a TON of time and make us more efficient. Thanks!

  3. Sending unsaved PDFs

    You've removed the ability to directly email a PDF from adobe without saving. That needs to come back. I don't always have the ability to save a file before emailing. Microsoft does it.
    And when I tried to save, it didn't save, and added about 10 steps to save it.

    Fix it please

  4. Email from PDF

    Why can't we email from the PDF like we use to. If I pull up a PDF and want to email it to another person it does NOT give me access to our Outlook email contacts to select a person to choose from. It only give me our internal email addresses. No Bueno. What am I doing incorrectly if it is still an option.

  6. Sending PDF from Adobe

    Bring back: File, Send.

    The new Share File, then you have to select the 'Send at Attachment' and wait for ages for an Outlook Mail box to open is ridiculous and time consuming.

    Also, if you make any changes to the PDF, ie 'highlight' a word, then you MUST save the file BEFORE you send it. Again, ridiculous. We DON'T always want to save the change.

    If it aint broke...

    It would be so cool to have LaTeX support in the comments. So that people can jot mathematical notes for themselves while reading.

  8. single user disc and license

    Involuntarily upgraded to W10. Now, my older Acrobat versions no longer work.

    Current Win version: 10.0.17134 Build 17134

    Am now retired but MANY pdf files/documents from years past that are no longer accessible.

    Need a single user disc and license for my single computer. NOT CLOUD -- internet not stable.

    Sharing, collaboration, team stuff totally not needed.

    Too old for school discount and my military access ended with retirement.

    Is there a simple solution, relatively inexpensive solution for those of us who still need your product?

    Since the update this past week (October 2018), Adobe has made it harder to find things that used to be easy to find, and now it takes forever or completely lags when I try to find whether I have sent something to someone using the interface on my desktop for the old Send and Track feature (which apparently is now called 'Share' another renaming that threw me off this week).   10. Fit page to window

    New update moved the fit page to window button to a hidden drop out floating toolbar. I use this tool and family of tools every time I am in Acrobat I should have the option of making always visible is the top docked quick tools toolbar like it was in the previous versions just the other day.

  11. Bug in Output Intents after upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC 2019.008.20071

    Hello,

    a few days ago, Acrobat Pro DC was upgraded to version 2019 a

    today I found that it shows the wrong CMYK values for Output Intents.

    To calibrate RIP, I have created in Adobe Illustrator PDF-X4 file with CMYK values. I checked out that Acrobat showed me poor CMYK values.

  12. Acrobat text-edit comment functionality improvements needed

    Three problems with the new update on Acrobat, all relating to text-edit comments. 1) Underline, strikethrough, replace, and insert are now represented only by arcane symbols in the comment pane. Before, there used to be the actual words "underline", "strikethrough", "replace", or "insert." Such text labels are gone, and they don't even appear with a mouse-over. This is awful. I work a lot with clients who are less familiar with Acrobat comment functionality, and this only makes it less clear for them.   14. Add option to print using system dialog by default

    In my office we have user codes we use when printing. The code is saved into the print driver of each user. When printing from Adobe we are forced to click "properties" before every print, even if we don't need to make any setting changes. If you do not click properties, the user code embedded into the driver is not sent with the print job and it fails with an authentication error at the printer.     Hi Drew,

    Thank you for reporting this bug. Could you clarify what difference does clicking on “Properties” button makes?

    Also please mention the printer driver and printer model your are using.

  15. I've been using Acrobat for a number of years and I HATE the new revision!

    Seems I'm not alone. I guess if Adobe is bent on forcing this down our throats we'll have to look for alternatives.

  16. Highlight Tool should allow override to text recognition

    Your Highlight Tool tries to be smart by automatically switching from freehand to text select when the document recognizes text. There should be a keyboard shortcut (i.e., hold down Ctrl while using the highlighter tool) to override this and use freehand. Text recognition is buggy and leads to weird performance when trying to highlight recognized text.

  17. Loop video

    When inserting a video with Acrobat Pro, allow an option to have the video loop (by default when played).
    The video players should also be updated with a loop option that can be changed from the default by the PDF reader.

  18. copy and paste

    I have a problem, I have PDF pro and I have edited a pdf document, and saved it, then when I copy and try to paste to another pdf document it will not carry over my edited additions to the document. but when i go back and see my edited document my additions are still there, it just wont copy an paste the complete new document

  19. insufficient data for an image.

    I have PDF's open and they work fine until I undock my laptop. The tab I have active will continue to work sometimes, but when i click to the other tabs I see a blank form and the error given for the title. adobe acrobat pro dc continous release verison 2018.011.20058

  20. Open multiple files from Recent list at the same time

    When opening Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, it shows you a list of Recent Files that you have used; however, you can only open one of these files at a time. Similar to the ability to select multiples files in other programs of holding the Control key to select more than one file or holding the Shift key to select a range of files, it would be useful (and a standard Windows function) to be able to select multiple files and open them all at the same time.     You can select multiple files also from the recent list, by clicking on the checkbox and also by holding the control key to select more files.
