  1. Set Defaults For Output Options When Splittings PDFs

    Each and every time I split a PDF, I must manually set the folder I want the files to save to. I should be able to set the folder path one time and Acrobat will default to that same folder next time I split a PDF. This goes for all the settings whenever splitting a PDF. It would save me time if Acrobat remembered what options I used last when splitting a file. For instance, if I split a file and used the "Use top level bookmarks" option, the next time I go to split a PDF I shouldn't…

  2. Adobe Pro crash - while making bookmarks

  3. View Bookmark and Page Thumbnail at the same time

    I saw this was declined before due to lack of comments or feedback but i think this is good for a second round to try again. When i am revising documents for my projects, only way i can drag and drop is through page thumbnails but sifting through hundreds of pages is quicker when i can access bookmarks and click on the page to bring me to the right page i need to replace or modify. If both of the Bookmark and Page Thumbnails are able to viewed at the same time, it would make it more efficient to work…

  4. Option in Preferences - when a pdf is created with attachments - autodetect & change default opening view property

    Please add a default option in Preferences that auto detects that a created pdf has attachments and sets the opening property to show attachments...

    Same for bookmarks... If the native record has bookmarks for sections, have a property option to auto populate bookmarks in the pdf and set default property to open showing bookmarks

    Instead of a default property to either show attachments or bookmarks upon opening, create an option to show both bookmarks and attachments contemporaneous upon opening, if the native document has attachments and bookmarks.

  5. Remove buttons on (left) Navigation Pane

    It is very easy to add buttons to left Navigation pane. However, you cannot remove individual buttons.

    The only option is to Reset the pane returning the three original buttons (thumbnails, bookmarks, attachments).

    It seems there should be a way to remove individual buttons at will (not just reset).

  6. Give option to revert to classic page view

    Hate this new format. The sidebar icons are too small. The quick tools is not intuitive. Why was it necessary to move the pages and bookmarks to the right when we are accustomed to seeing them on the left. Really frustrated that I can't revert to classic layout or rearrange the tool bars to my preferences. I also don't like that I can't remove drawing and signing from the quick toolbars. I rarely use those features. Just a really poor update with no recourse for the user.

  8. New page layout format

    The latest page layout is so confusing. Why did you do this to us?! It's one thing to update looks and add/subtract features. But you swapped sides. Now all editing tools are on the left and navigation (bookmarks etc.) are on the right. Why do this? That just slows us down and confuses us when we are used to it being editing on the right and navigation on the left. There doesn't seem to be a purpose in swapping them except to torment us. Perhaps you can add a preference in settings where we can make the layout as…

  9. The new layout with for Adobe Pro is much harder to navigate

    The new layout with for Adobe Pro with the tools on the left and the pages/bookmarks on the right is much harder to use. After so many years, why were they switched around? Please bring back the search field so that I can find tools. Everything I use is now hidden under layers of menus and really small icons.

  10. Looks like Garbage, Painful to Use

    Your new interface is complete garbage. I have been using this software for years, and while I have been able to adapt to a lot of changes, you swapping the location of the bookmarks and tools is completely unwarranted and terrible. This is literally painful to look at. Who ever thought this was a good idea should go live in computer purgatory with that stupid Microsoft paperclip.

  11. FEATURE REQUEST: A command to copy / pdf the bookmark structure of a PDF / PDF Binder file.

    Actual "Print Page" Fixture dont do it; it only print the linked page / pages associated with selected bookmarks, but not the bookmark names /structure as a list itself.

  12. Scrolling and Autoscrolling for Adobe Digital Editions

    These options can allow for a smoother reading experience. Also, a good chunk of the population has neck and shoulder issues, and autoscrolling allows one to read without constantly having one arm curled forward on the mouse or keyboard.

  13. How about making it possible to bookmark a page. Doesn't work and no help!

    I have a document opened, and would like to add a bookmark. I have the bookmark panel open and I have the left pull down icon f"Options", another icon labelled "Find Current Bookmark", but its grayed out, (no bookmarks yet). What am I missing?

  14. Page position and bookmark error when closing multiple documents

    BUG.

    If you open several documents in Acrobat Pro and close them all using X button in top right corner of the window (which closes all tabs at once), page position and bookmarks are not saved properly.
    Page position and bookmark position is applied according to document which was in an active tab when you closed the window.

    Example.
    Open doc1 at page 10. Open doc2 at page 20. Both are opened under different tabs in one Acrobat window.
    Close the window using X button. Prompt will asks if you want to close all tabs. Confirm and close.
    Now open…

    Worst user interface in the world and ever.

    Why the **** can't your filth software adhere to it when a PDF is supposed to open with the bookmarks pane?

  16. [Bug report] Comments auto scroll multiple windows

    When scrolling the pdf, the comment pane scrolls accordingly. This is expected behavior and a nice feature. However, when viewing multiple pdf files in separate windows, scrolling in one window will also scroll the comment pane of the other windows. This is not expected, scrolling in one window should not scroll the comment pane of other windows.

    Installed: Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) (25.001.20435)
    OS: Windows 11

  17. Copy and Paste Bookmark List to Plain Text

    it's frustrating to 'see' the list of Bookmarks that I cannot export or copy into plain text. I need to search each of those items in our image database and I'm forced to do them one-by-one. Why can't I just copy/paste? I can 'see' exactly what I need, but I can't copy it and use it in a timely manner. One-by-one is AWFUL.

  18. Page navigation GONE

    The new user interface does not allow for page navigation using the page numbers, and does not allow for bookmarks and comments to be open at the same time. It really is NOT user friendly for efficiently.

    The most recent update to how pages function is not user friendly. The scroll bar has virtually disappeared. I must continually re-enable it for every document. Very frustrating.

  20. Link to a specific page in a PDF on my filesystem

    Create external links to specific pages in PDF files on my file system, such that directory shortcuts or external links from other programs can be made.
