  2. When creating office documents that involve questionnaires, there is a need for those fillable spots to still be made fillable while locking the rest of the document so the "original" words don't get changed.

  3. Please allow us to select different types of underline (dotted, dashed, double) and to select underline and bold colors. Comparable to Word so I don't have to waste time on page replacements when only 1 word needs editing!

  5. Introduce the option to Pin the Page Thumbnail Pane open to view all pages as in previous versions. This should be a setting that is used whenever you open a new file.

  6. Opening a document I get an error "Cannot find or create the font 'ComicSansMS'. Some characters may not display or print correctly.

  7. When designing new fillable forms the signature fields should allow the designer more options and the ability to specify defaults. For example, I am creating a pdf fillable form using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to replace a form that had been printed blank. Then customer using an ink pen would write on the printed form and sign the form at the bottom on the signature line. The completed form would then be processed by a clerk who would key the hand written information and scan the completed and signed form to store with the customer records. I can do everything…

  8. Website is untruthful, I canceled the all APP's plan because it only allows 2 simultaneous users. All we actually use is Adobe Acrobat Pro. I looked at the $14.99/mo plan and it says 4 user, so I canceled the big plan. Then once subscribed I was told it's only one user. Now I have to look at some team plan. I then find out for team users it's $16.99/month, not the $14.95 plan. Your online help refuses to tell me why everything is different in practical use. Pretty sad that your company feels compelled to lie. Maybe make your website…

  11. I've been using digital signatures in Adobe Acrobat for YEARS. Just got a new PC for work and digital signatures are not working properly or consistently. Documents that need signatures always need two. The second person (no matter who it is) always has problems and the experience changes each time. Sometimes, the certification toolbar won't come up. Sometimes the visible signature option is not available. Sometimes the software goes completely black. There is never any error message. The software just doesn't work for the second signature.   12. The idea is to change or allow highlighting area around a piece of text instead of the text itself. So I recently started using Adobe with High-Contrast colors and I prefer to see yellow text on black. But when highlighting in this mode, I barely see a difference in not highlighted text and highlighted text. This can be seen in the pictures attached. You can see that I have highlighted a piece of text but it's hard to tell unless you can notice the color difference (shades of yellow). However in the second picture it's standing out and can be…

  13. Using templates is an extreme time saver. However, you should be able to edit the template text before sending for signature. Adding things like pertinent dates and names to documents is essential.
    If this feature were available, I'd be able to use 20 templates opposed to the current 5 that don't need to be edited first.

  14. Whenever a client signs a contract with Adobe Sign, we're no longer able to counter-sign without saving as a png, and then reconverting back to a PDF.

    Apparently, Sign defaults to "No changes are allowed", even if the document still needs to be signed by a 2nd party. We have to jump through ridiculous hoops just to get a counter-signed agreement. Please prompt a user to allow for further signatures, or not.

  15. We used to see a blue banner in Acrobat Pro which contained the Microsoft AIP setting for the document (when applied). Now we see only the lock icon in the upper left. I have confirmed the registry setting per the attached instructions is in place. Has this banner display been removed from Acrobat Pro?

  17. Adobe Sign has a standard description of a document sent for signature as "Agreement". "Open Agreement", etc. Not all documents being sent via Adobe Sign are legal agreements. This makes the process a bit unprofessional to those sending other documents, such as a CPA sending a tax return for signature. (recipient says: "It's called a tax return, right?"). The description of the document should be simply "Document" or something applicable to any industry.

  18. When sending a sharable pdf document to several people so they can edit it we need to have access to all editing tools. Currently, when you open a regular pdf, there are 13 editing tools available. When you open the cloud-based sharable document, there are only 5 tools. We used to be able to have a shareable pdf AND access to all tools but no longer.

  20. Is there a way to determine product utilization. By this I mean can I tell the last time a user used their assigned product?
    For example if a user has not used their Acrobat for six months they probably do need a license
