When creating xdp files and saving them as static pdf's from AEM Designer, the Form Title is getting cut-off and is inaccessible when you open the file with Acrobat. Please see the screenshot of the issue attached to this post.
Replication steps:
1. Open designer and create a new XDP
2. Open Form Properties and enter a Title longer than 400 characters under the Info tab
3. Save file as Static PDF
4. Open pdf with Acrobat and Click Menu > Document Properties

Next time you allow someone to redesign your product, please DO make sure it is done by someone that actually is using the product/software. The latest adobe acrobat update that started dropping about a month ago is shite beyond belief, and I can easily tell it was done by someone trying to suck up to his superiors and probably has a photoshop background, well done adobe you suck!!!

I cannot use the new mode. I cannot find the updater. I had to reinstall Adobe Reader. The new mode is intolerably difficult to use and needs a rocket scientist to find anything.

Straight line with highlighter and drawing tools
Make straight lines with the highlight text tool and drawing tools by holding shift, just like holding shift with the draw line tool. PLEASE.
Maybe also give the highlighter the clickable option to choose between freehand highlight, straight line highlight, and recognizable text; and lock the option preference until we manually change it.4 votes -
Remove blue SHARE button
I am not sure what the point of this "feature request / bug report" is. I am trying to "provide feedback". In this case, I would like to complain about the big blue share button that is disallowing me from seeing the tool items that I actually need to see and use. Instead I have to see this big useless blue share button. If I want to share, there is a tool for that, and if I wanted that tool, I would have added it to my toolbar.

Menu Too Collapsed
The new menu set up is more cumbersome than the old one. It now takes me 4 clicks to just be able to rotate my view as well as just navigating through the menu. Ideally, I'd like to be able to add items to the tool bars for quick access. The current set up is very irritating. Additionally, the new floating toolbar is annoying. PostScript distiller ignores clip after charpath
Sometimes, clip after charpath is ineffective in Adobe Distiller 20.0, 20.005.30635. PostScript files cannot be attached, so code follows. Obviously, if Adobe’s software does embarrassing line wrapping, unwrap.

Form Fields
Acrobat take so long to delete form fields when multiple fields are selected. It depends on how many form fields are selected across opened Documents. In other words, if you have an opened document with 2 or 3 form fields selected while you are deleting form fields on a different one (another one), it will take 5 to 10 seconds to delete desired form fields (as invoked and desired by user to delete form fields on a document). Add a specific Watermark to toolbar.
I apply watermarks to dozens of documents each day.
In the previous Acrobat Pro I was able to add a specific watermark to my tool bar for one click application of the watermark to a file and then save it.This feature was not carried over to the new Acrobat Pro and only allows the watermark main menu to be added to the toolbar. I then have to search for the watermark in a dropdown, apply it and save the file.
The one click watermark function needs to be added back to the new Pro.

take a snap
I need "take a snap" tool at an easy, immediate, accessible location. Not hidden in a search box!!! this is so annoying. In the old PDF, I can just place it in the custom tool bar. The new custom tool bar is very ****** too. I can't add anything useful at all. It is full of junk tools I can't even remove.

Monthly usage report
I wish I could have a simple usage report.
In order not to damage privacy there could be a tool that indicates the last use with large variables:
less than a month ago;
more than a month ago;
more than three months ago;
more than 6 months ago; etc. as happens with the console of the non-competing software Autocad.

Feedback on new layout
There should be a way to move the tools back to the right, it adds time to my work to keep moving across the screen, why the change? Also what's with the floating tools bar that cannot be hidden or changed? I have no use for it and it's in the way

Request e-Signature custom CC per person
When having multiple signatures, some of these signers may have administrators that manage their documents, and must be CC'd in. This functionality requires each each CC to be custom per person. I want my contracts to to be CC'd in when its flowing around my business, however I do not want the client CC'd in when we are signing.
Also, when you click the "choose where to sign" button the loading screen says "Submitting", it makes me feel like i've accidentally pressed Request E-Sign - this should be updated to "Loading"

PDF exporting XLSX not great
One of the primary reasons I am looking at purchasing Adobe Acrobat is to parse PDFs. Here is an example: https://www.kycourts.gov/AOC/Information-and-Technology/Analytics/Documents/UOR_Description_List_Website.pdf
This contains a spreadsheet. When I use Adobe Acrobat Pro to export an xlsx file from this PDF, it's quite bad. Many records get butchered. Is this a common problem? Or is there something particularly problematic with this file?2 votes -

Bring back disable tab option
I would like to retain the ability to disable tabs, so that each file opens in a new window. It's so important in my job, I want all the pdf view in each separate window. I really hate the new version who don't be able to disable the tabs, all pdf are in a same window, it's so annoying and non productive. Bring back the option for giving the possibility to separate tab in many window for people like me who NEEDS in many windows.
