I've had four separate people call this week with the exact same error which seems to be stemming from Adobe Acrobat v25.001.20531 (specifically the paid version, not Reader). Nothing in particular seems to trigger the error, it seems completely random, happening about 3 times a day, sometimes triggered by opening or exporting PDFs, but otherwise I've been unable to find a direct cause or trigger, other than being related to Adobe. Option to hide the floating toolbar
Who at Adobe thought that it would be a good idea to have a floating toolbar that the user cannot dock, cannot flip horizontally, and, critically, cannot choose to hide? It blocks readable document content and is very annoying.

24.002.21005 Font read bug from PDF-Printer
With the latest update, not all PDF files are displayed correctly.
Problem occurs with me and our end customers under Windows.
The fonts are no longer displayed correctly in terms of character spacing and font size.
The same PDF files worked before the update and continue to work in other programs for displaying a PDF.
The EDocPrintPro PDF printer is used in my case, but I cannot rule out that other PDF printers are affected.

Error message accessibility check document name
When a document name is entered for an accessible PDF in InDesign under File > File Info, it is automatically included in the PDF.
When checking accessibility in Acrobat, an error message is generated if a document name is missing.
If you change the title in File > Document Properties and save the document, the problem will be resolved. This also applies if you subsequently restore the original title.
It appears that the title from InDesign is not properly embedded in the PDF or is not correctly recognized by Acrobat.1 vote
