Bug: A comment containing only a space character cannot be posted
When adding a comment that contains only a space character, the comment cannot be posted. This means that it is impossible to mark up changes that involve inserting a space, or replacing another character with a space in an 'import PDF comments' (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/indesign/using/import-pdf-comments.html) workflow in InDesign.

How to Recover Deleted Files in Outlook?
Outlook users often find themselves struggling with the loss of important data, especially if emails or contacts are accidentally deleted. While manual methods offer some degree of recovery, they often fall short when trying to restore deleted files from corrupted or damaged PST files. The DRS Softech PST Recovery Software offers a more effective and reliable solution to recover deleted files in Outlook.
The manual recovery process for deleted Outlook data often includes searching in the 'Deleted Items' folder, attempting to repair a PST file using the built-in Inbox Repair Tool, or restoring from a backup. However, these methods have their limitations, such as being unable to recover deleted items after a certain period or struggling with corrupted PST files.
DRS Softech PST Recovery Software overcomes these limitations by offering a powerful scanning engine that identifies and restores deleted files, even from damaged PST files. Unlike the manual method, which can result in partial or failed recovery, this software restores everything from emails to calendar entries with precision and speed.
With its user-friendly interface, the software ensures that both novice and experienced users can recover deleted Outlook files in just a few steps. Moreover, its advanced features provide a deeper recovery process, ensuring the retrieval of even the most complex data.

Latest user interface
Bring back the interface where all tools are at the top. In the latest interface various functions are spread out amoung the upper left corner, the top right corner, the bottom left corner, and then some more in the menu bar at the top. Um, who thought this was a good idea?

Hide top right Icons in toolbar
The sharing, feedback, tutorial and notifications icons in the top right don't seem to have a way to hide them and free up the real estate for more useful icons. The is especially important when using a single monitor with two documents side by side. I need to be able to see the page forward and back buttons

Freedom of information Act - Ireland
Similar to the US FOIA and US Privacy Act options already available for marking up a redaction mark in Adobe with the reason (section of the Act) that was used to justify the redaction, would it be possible to either
a) add something similar for the Irish FOI Act 2014 (Exempt Records section is Part 4 https://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/2014/act/30/enacted/en/print.html) or
b) allow for a user to add in the text they would like to appear over the redaction mark manually, without having to create a text box and move it over the mark.

Multiple issues with new Acrobat Standard 2024 operation
I have a new Dell Precision laptop and installed the newest version (2024) of Acrobat Standard. It does not function properly.
- Sometimes printing a pdf it does not like the fonts and defaults to a .log file.
- Trying to print an existing pdf double sided, it only flips on the short side no matter how it is configured.
I figured that the installation was corrupt, so I attempted to 'Repair'. However the repair fails and gives Error 1311 stating that the "source file not found. Verify that the file exists and the you can access it." The stated source file is present and I can access it.
I am forced to uninstall and reinstall. However, there does not appear to be a S/N, and the Adobe account page has no convenient means of installation, only invoicing info.
I am a long-time user of Adobe, but it seems to have gone down hill.

"New" interface is terrible
The "new" interface in Acrobat is horrendous. Shame on every single person who helped implement this appalling design. Adobe needs to remove it entirely and actually listen to user feedback.

mostra interfaccia utente dello scanner
Grazie
Hello, I would like to know why in Adobe Acrobat Pro when scanning a page put the check mark on "show scanner user interface"; an action that would allow you to crop only the part of the document that you actually want to scan. Thank you2 votes -
Bad design
You have to ask, Who is in charge?!
Why does Adobe try their utmost to make their programmes so counter intuitive. Global industry standard since day one has been basic commands in the top LH corner. Not now, this backward programme stuffs them elsewhere, or completely hides/removes them.19 votes -

Recent update is one big bug basically
Trash the entire new system and go back to the previous version immediately. This is not a case of people needing to get used to it. It is fundamentally flawed in so many ways that I can't even list them. You can easily find them from anybody else who tries to use your software daily. The last major update prior to this was pretty poor, but this one is one of the worst interface updates I have ever seen for any platform. Ever.

Customization
Your new interface update is horrible. I understand the need for simplification the attempt to make things easier for the end user, but not every one has the same needs. I don't NEED a tool bar that I can't get rid of or at least customize for my needs. I need a program that will give me the option to select and de-select the functions I use on a daily basis. I don't care about e-sign, but I would like to have an icon to organize pages with out having to go through two or three menus.
Yes you made changes, but let me set up my space to make my work more productive. This may mean I want my icons like page counts and zoom at the top or bookmarks and thumbnails on the left. I still can't find things I use on a daily basis. PLEASE, allow customization of the interface without resetting every time it's open. Reinstate the ability to not only to add icons, but to get rid of icons we don't need or use. I thought only Apple did this, but it looks like Adobe has taken a page from their playbook.

Inconsistent behaviour on XFA forms filled data between Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro
We have clients reporting an issue that causes an inconsistant behaviour and user experience opening PDF files that contains LiveCycle XFA forms.
Our users receive PDF generated files from government containing those XFA forms with filled data. If user open that PDF file on Adobe Reader, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or any other PDF reader other than Adobe Acrobat Pro, they see filled data regarding "person A". If they open the same file on Adobe Acrobat Pro, as Acrobat Pro can identify that LiveCycle XFA form, it shows different filled data "person B".
As you expect, this causes different user experiences and misinformation as our customers (which are lawyers) need to process that data and they have different experiences.
As a workaround we thought of having both adobe reader and adobe acrobat pro installed but since Adobe doesn't provide that option anymore we couldn't provide that workaround.
Another workaround would be to have by default opening PDF files with Microsoft Edge and then when the user needs, they "open as" the file they want to get Adobe Acrobat Pro functionalities, which is also not ideal.
Please note users with Adobe Reader won't suffer this issue of XFA forms since Adobe Reader doesn't provide advanced features (XFA dynamic form processing).
Our suggestion would be to provide an user interface option like having those XFA forms disabled by default and showing a warning if user want's to have that feature enabled so the user could have that feature enabled. This behaviour would work very similar like Microsoft does with macros on the documents (by default they come disabled and if you want, you need to allow it to work).
This way you keep the functionality present and let the user sets the behaviour they want and you guarantee that user only need Adobe Acrobat Pro by default.
Alternatively to our suggestion would be to allow to have both Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro installed. This scenario would work but isn't also the ideal solution.
I think having a control switch would be the perfect option as you won't require to have two pieces of software doing the same thing.
