Bug Report: Acumin Pro Condensed Semibold font not showing up when Word doc exported as PDF.
Environment: PC running Windows Pro 10. OS Build: 19045.3086
I am running what I believe Is the current Office version (not sure where I find the Word version). Acrobat Pro is 2023.003.20215.
The problem occurs whether I open a Word file from within Acrobat, use the Create PDF button the Acrobat menu in Word, or use the Save As option in Word - the exact same problems happens in all instances.
When I export the document, any text using the Acumin Pro Condensed Semibold font is turned into Times-New Roman and the letters are squished together as if there was a negative tracking value.
The problem does NOT occur with text using the Acumin Pro Condensed or Acumin Pro fonts - only the Semibold variation has the problem.
All three of these fonts are not on my computer but instead are activated using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Note that this is a recent problem - the last time I edited this document was in February of 2023 and this issue did not occur.

BUG: Password not working on Apple Silicon
This bug is very repeatable. It affects Acrobat Pro on all M1 and M2 macs.
If you turn ON "Enable native OS mode for optimal performance" (under Preferences > General > Application Statup), you can't read a password protected PDF. You are prompted to enter the password, but it behaves as if you have typed in an incorrect password.
Turn it OFF and Acrobat Pro will accept passwords perfectly.

'Enter' to save to recent folder instead of defaulting to documents
In the previous version of Adobe, after hitting 'Ctrl-S' to save, you could then hit 'Enter' on the popup window to then open the most recent folder you have been saving to, now, unless you click the folder with your cursor, 'Enter' defaults to opening Documents as your save destination.

Music Font/Staff Recognition/Scanning Acrobat OCR
- The Ability To Scan & Recognize Sheet Music (Fonts, Dynamics, Staff, etc.)
- Example: Avid's Neuratron Photoscore or Finale's ScanScore 3 Professional. However, Their OCR Recognition is Terrible, always with numerous mistakes.
- Adobe Acrobat will attempt to Scan/Recognize, but replace the Music Fonts with System Fonts, Recognize the Staff as Underline, etc., and Ruin the Music Score. I have experienced this while editing/creating Music Books with Sheet Music Professionaly.

The split option in the "Organizes Pages" is HORRIBLE!!!
This new STUPID version of Adobe and the split option is horrible! I put all the correct information in, i.e., split the documents by top-level bookmarks, use the names for files, and put the documents in the folder I chose on my computer. It takes AT LEAST 3 times before it splits the PDF splits correctly. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

Bring text to front
At the moment, I'm trying to mark an X in a box on a form. But, the letter keeps being hidden behind the box. I am trying to bring the letter to the front. Or send the images to the back. But, it's not working. And, in Googling for a solution, I have found complaints on this very topic dating back to at least 2010 (and continuing year after year after year...!) To be clear, if I play around with this particular form, I can find a work around. And I'm guessing I'll find a work around next time, too. But, being able to quickly send what I select to the front should work every time on every form. How in the world is this not a thing in 2023?!!

car insurance Secure Your Ride with car Insurance
Car insurance is a financial contract between you and an insurance company that protects you from financial losses in the event of an accident or other covered event. It can help cover the cost of repairs or replacement of your car, as well as medical expenses and other costs associated with the accident.
There are two main types of car insurance:
Third-party liability insurance: This is the minimum level of car insurance required by law in most countries. It covers your liability for injuries or property damage caused to others in an accident.
Comprehensive car insurance: This type of insurance provides more comprehensive coverage, including coverage for your own car in the event of an accident, theft, fire, or other covered event.
In addition to these basic types of coverage, there are a variety of add-on options that you can purchase to tailor your policy to your specific needs. Some common add-on options include:]]https://dev.capitaledge.in/service/insurances
Collision damage waiver (CDW): This covers the cost of repairs or replacement of your car if it is damaged in an accident.
Comprehensive coverage: This covers the cost of repairs or replacement of your car if it is stolen, damaged by fire, or vandalized.
Rental car reimbursement: This covers the cost of renting a car while your car is being repaired or replaced after an accident.
Medical payments coverage: This pays for the medical expenses of you and your passengers if you are injured in an accident.
Uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage: This protects you financially if you are involved in an accident with a driver who does not have car insurance or who does not have enough car insurance to cover your losses.
When choosing a car insurance policy, it is important to compare quotes from different insurance companies and to choose a policy that meets your specific needs and budget. It is also important to read the policy carefully to understand what is and is not covered. Here are some tips for getting the best deal on car insurance:

Install onder versions
Why can't I install older versions?
Yesterday Acrobat decided to start lagging and crashing every time I open a document. So I decided to donwgrade to an older version and, guess what, I can't. Now I'm stuck with this version that lags and crashs every single time I open a PDF. Everything was working just fine two days ago. Nothing changed on my system.

Bug: selection of text to be corrected produced erroneous selection.
1) Read in the attached file "bug.pdf"
2) Push "Scan & OCR"
3) Push "Correct recognized text."The resulting screen capture for me is shown in the attached file "a.jpg." To create this weird selection, I had toggled on "Review recognized text" then double clicked on "Guide-" which is in the upper right corner of the red box (as currently seen). Notice the text that was recognized was "Cnicl?b". I had hope to replace that text, but making the selection area so large seems nonsensicle.
I'm running on Windows.

Bug: export of plain text file produces nearly empty file
1) Read in the attached file ("a.pdf").
2) Select "Export a PDF>text (plain)" and save to the file "a.txt"For me, the file is nearly empty, 14 bytes in size (see attachment). a.pdf has plenty of OCR text and cut-and-paste copies plenty of good-looking text. I don't know how a.pdf was originally created, but in any event export of text should produce something better than this I think.

Split File Errors
This is a bug that I am able to reproduce every time I run this report. It worked before you changed the interface just fine. In this new version, I have to use the split files function several times in a certain order to achieve the correct result. I've made a video of the exact issue and process it takes to get the tab names onto the files when I split the PDF into separate PDF's.

exception report for signed documents (sent using Acrobat Pro license)
It would be great to have an exception report in Acrobat Pro containing all signature requests made to email addresses not pertaining to the domain - @abccompany.com (ie. the organization that owns the licenses)?

pinning marquee zoom
marquee zoom is a critical tool that should be accessible from the quick access tools or pinned somewhere on a tool bar. in the new update on windows 11 this is not possible and marquee zoom can only be activated from the drilling down through the drop down menu each time you need to use it, which is constant for me. in general this release makes it very difficult to set up the interface for efficient use in different work flows. other tools like the print snapshot seem to just be gone. print snapshot is another very useful tool that should be able to be pinned somewhere.

Bug: OCR: removal of erroneous space within word doesn't work correctly
1) Read in the attached file "bug2.pdf"
2) Push "Scan & OCR"
3) Push "Correct recognized text". You should see the views shown in 1.jpg and 2.jpg.
4) In the "Recognized as" text area, notice there is a space after "pach." Delete the space and push "Accept."
5) Click the "OK" button of the message dialog window.
6) Toggle on "Review recognized text"
7) Double click on "pach" in the document, notice that despite the space having been removed, it still recognizes "pach" as a separate word from "ypus." See 3.jpgIt should combine them together into the single word "pachypus." As of now, I have to save the file, read it back in, go through the "Correct recognized text process" again, double click on "pachypus", then push "Accept." It will only then combine the two parts into a single word.
1) Read in the attached file "bug2.pdf"
