BUG: Adobe Acrobat Reader does not recognize local Auto-Complete setting
Depending on whether you're logged into Adobe account or not, there are 2 places where Auto-fill entries are saved:
1) If you're logged in, the setting is stored in the cloud, and you use the web interface to change the preference.
2) If you are NOT logged in when using Acrobat Reader, the Auto-fill entries are saved LOCALLY in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security and is controlled by Edit -> Preferences -> Forms -> Auto-Complete
HOWEVER, Auto-Complete is usually OFF by default, hence the reason for this bug - Acrobat Reader is STILL saving Auto-fill entries on the local machine if the user is not signed into Acrobat account.

Using existing E-sign templates on different PDFs without creating a new template
Add the ability to apply the existing E-sign template to a PDF on the editing menu.
So if I have similar PDFs with minor changes- we won't need to create a new template for it, just to apply an existing one.By using the existing E-sign template it will add all the Fields from the template & will let us do some editing at the preparation stage.
Even software like DocuSign has this kind of feature...

Convert Oultook Email Attachments and their emails into PDF
We have a critical inquiry from one of our clients into whether the MS Outlook Acrobat PDF Converter Plug-in can convert both the emails and any attachments into PDFs. Currently, the Outlook Plug-in only converts the email attachments into Hypher Links inside the emails-converted PDFs, where the users have to open the PDFs and click open the attachment links with whatever supported programs (word, excel, etc..) exist on their systems. We are looking to have everything (emails and attachments) turned into PDFs. Is this something the Adobe Acrobat Team is working on?

Highlight Text Using Liquid
Love Liquid...EXCEPT the most obvious problem, which I'm guessing you know about: you can't highlight/underline/etc. using Liquid! Uhhh, what?
It literally defeats the purpose of making reading easier if we can't annotate AT ALL in Liquid mode.
Until this is a feature, Liquid is a pure waste of a feature.

Unknown characters in Read Order, fine in main text (Hindi)
There seems to be a bug with unknown characters in the Read Order tab. Issue with Hindi described here, but I've seen it on other languages (Khmer).
The read order tab has multiple unknown characters for each text block. The main text appears fine visually, but screen readers have the same issues and cannot read the same certain characters (NVDA speech viewer screenshot included).
What's the issue here? Are there any answers or workarounds?
This is from an Word export (NVDA reads all characters perfectly fine in Word), and I'm on the latest Acrobat Pro DC (though the same issue is seen in Pro X).

Ability to change "default" settings at the User level for Adobe Sign
As of right now, if I want to change the "default" setting for "Signing Order" to "Recipients will sign in any order", but a user on our account would like to have that setting default to "Recipients will sign in the order they are entered" for themselves (at the user level), this is currently not possible as confirmed by Adobe Support a few minutes ago. It would be helpful for users to be able to change some of their own default settings rather than only having account-wide default settings for every single user. This is also true for setting a default "Reminder" interval such as "every business day". It seems like an easy fix to allow users to set their own default settings for simple features like these.

[Bug] Text Box Resizing on 4K Screens
I am on Windows 10 64-bit, on a Dell XPS 15 9500 with a 4K screen.

While on DC Pro, the cursor switches between "Move" and "Rotate" more often than land on "Resize". Some times I need to zoom in to 150% or 200% just to be able to nail the "resize" tool.
As you can see in the attached photo, my cursor is hovering over the resize dot in 200% zoom, but it is still on "rotate". This is very counter-intuitive and time wasting.When I am creating a large form entirely within DC Pro with multiple boxes, this adds up quickly and becomes very time consuming.
Again, refer to the above-linked video where in MS Word, hovering my cursor on a resize dot almost immediately changes to resize, while on Acrobat DC Pro, it takes a while to get the resize tool.
Again, all this time wastage 30 seconds at a time adds up on larger documents.I see that a user named Alexandre brought this issue up on 4th October 2017, and 5 years later it is still not addressed.
Now that 4K screens are almost a norm on mid-tier to high end laptops, this issue is very easy to replicate.
To replicate:
Edit PDF in Acrobat Pro on a 4K display with default display scaling
Add text box
Type a long sentence
Resize to make it a single or 2-line text boxIn comparison, try the same operations on a different word processor.

using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I save pdf documents from emails to folders on my C Drive. I have to always browse to find the right folder as I do not want to store in my windows Downloads folder. Ideally there would be a setting to default the Save As to the same folder as the last saved pdf. This is because when saving many pdf documents they often will go into the same folder as the last pdf saved. At least this way around 50% of times, the folder will be the correct one. If people always use the same folder then it will be correct 100%.

Allow Bates numbering of digitally secured documents
My organization has to produce administrative records for court filings, and has to Bates number the documents. Many of them are digitally signed, and we have to break the digital signature (by printing to MS XPS and back to PDF) to be able to Bates number them. Considering that Bates numbering simply adds numbers to the pages but doesn't otherwise compromise the digital signature, please consider developing a way to add Bates numbers to be applied to digitally signed documents.
