Include user status field in Export users list to CSV functionality
Include user status field in Export users list to CSV functionality on Adobe Admin console. Currently we need to manually browse through admin console pages to get users with 'disable' status; which is not a feasible task for large organization who needs to manage 100000 users

Cancellation fees
The cancellation fees are extremely excessive! I used this product scarcely as part of a free trial. I found I did not have any reason to continue using this product long term, and therefore chose to cancel it. However, I am now being asked to pay for almost 6+ additional months of additional services, despite only minimal use of this product! This is extremely disappointing. I would caution any potential customers to read all of the fine print of any contract, as this company will entice you with "free trials" then force you to pay hefty cancellation fees if you aren't satisfied with or don't have a use for their product!

Bug: Windows 11 - latest acrobat reader - # char in path causes windows previewer bug
To reproduce: using fully patched Windows 11 (@today) and latest acrobat DC.
Create a folder in windows explorer (eg C:\files\acrotest) and place a pdf in it. Enable preview pane - works.
rename c:\files\acrotest to c:\files\acrotest#\ - preview no longer works instead displays "File not found" message.
rename c:\files\acrotest# to c:\files#acrotest\ - preview now shows HTML directory listing of c:\files

Cannot Install Reader DC and Acrobat Pro DC so as to Preview Forms
Our Enterprise Developers use Acrobat to create and publish forms. In order to verify the forms before publication they used to use Reader so they could see the form as a user would see and interact with the form, making adjustments as needed. They can no longer do this as Acrobat Pro DC prevents the installation of Reader DC. This needs to change ASAP

Tab Highlighting
Having multiple tabs open at time it is hard to correctly organize them into things I already have read, things I need to go back to, or things that I have yet to look at. As a student it would be nice to have and easy way to organize them. My thought is if you could right click on a tab in the header and select a color scheme for it. Right now it only has the option to 'Close Tab' or 'Reopen Closed Tab.' Adding a simple color scheme here with possibly a sort function would allow those of us doing research to easily keep numerous tabs open and straight.

Redacting PDFs
Acrobat seems to have changed the options when a user tries to Save and there are existing markups on a document to prompt the user to Save&Apply or to Save. The Save&Apply is the default option. It would be helpful if Save was the default option so that users don't accidentally Apply redactions and lose the original version.
As far as I can tell when Save&Apply is selected, it only saves a version with the applied redactions, rather than the original and the redacted version.

clipboard functionality
Just as I can save a signature and insert into the signature field. I would like to be able to save other information (address, phone, fax, etc) and be able to insert into those fields. Essentially you need a clipboard within Adobe to store text that is commonly used.

Multiple Tag creation
Hi Team
To whomever may be competent to solve the problem....
There are several incomprehensible bugs with accessibility in Acrobat.
- We can't create multiple tags in Tags pannel. Please create option for creating multiple tags just like when we create forms there is an option for do you want to create multiple forms. Screenshot pdf attached for your reference.
- We cannot delete Tag ID under Object properties at once. Some time its client requirement that they dont want ID, IDs come when we autotag the document.
- While working on a big files and creating tags, tags wont come in sequence, they go under some other tags. They should come just under last or atleast on the root.

Request for Pessimistic Licence Model
Is it possible to request an enhancement in a future product structure that would allow us to operate a more pessimistic model - one where we can "prevent" cloud access for a given user by putting them in a profile or licence explicitly for that purpose that isn't then overridden by them being added to a profile that grants cloud access? The current licence model sees the combination of an Enabled and Disabled profile resulting in that user getting Enabled cloud access. We would like to see that being an option to allow the client configuration to determine whether an Optimistic resolution or Pessimistic resolution takes place should a conflict arise.

Place multi-page documents on layers with one click
We create patterns for sewing and want to put a multi-page pattern in A4 format for each size on one layer. A document sometimes contains up to 80 pages per clothing size. A pattern has in the cut up to 11 sizes.
Wish: The document should be able to be placed on a layer with one click. Until now, each page has to be assigned individually! to the respective target page of the respective layer - we are talking about 880 pages that have to be assigned manually.

Font Issues
When I use the Raleway font, Adobe Acrobat will only recognize it as Raleway Thin. Even though all the Raleway fonts are visible in the drop down menu, it will only display the font as Raleway Thin. This should be fixed. Support sent me here as they couldn't fix the issue.

Control Speed of Automatic Scrolling
I am a slow reader. The speed of automatic scrolling is too fast for me.
I want to be able to slow the speed down so that I can read to my audience in a video conference. This will allow me to use automatic scrolling like a teleprompter.2 votes -
Overriding Adobe Preference of showing comments pane when a PDF with comments is opened
We need a way to automatically hide the Comments pane that pops up on the right-hand side of a PDF with comments without asking users to manually change their Adobe preferences.
I create PDF deliverables for a living and there have been situations where a client wants me to embed documents in a PDF via the Comment Tool, but they don't want the Comment pane to open when their employees or customers open the PDF.
I have attached a screenshot of the Adobe Preference window. The preferences outlined in red are the ones that control the Comment pane pop-up. I want the ability to lock these preferences so that even if a user has these preferences enabled on their machines, the PDF I provide them overrides their preferences.
