  1. Consistently having a problem with Acrobat. Randomly I will be signed out and the program will close. Sometimes it will ask if I want to save before I close, but only some times.

I sign back in, and within a minute or two I am signed out again.

  2. This is an Enterprise Admin Console suggestion. Please find a way for an admin portal user to determine how many "activated" licenses the end user (email account) has used and which device(s) the activation has occurred on. Nice to have the device name, tag number, or serial number. In addition, if a user has lost his device or it has been stolen (computer, for example), how can the license activation be disabled for that device? Thank you. Mike LaPolla

  3. Currently, Adobe Acrobat only allow users to add headers to "all pages in range", "to even pages only" or "to odd pages only". It'll be great if Adobe Acrobat can add more flexibility and allow users to specify single pages and pages in range in the same window.

  4. I get the following error after specifying were the recipients should sign:

    "Could not Send"
    "an invalid JSON was specified"

It works when I send it to my personal email but doesn't work when i send it to the intended recipients.

I also tried to change the language and removed the special characthers and it didn't work.

    Please help me with this.

    Thank you

  5. I am a PhD student and have switched to Adobes pdf viewer because I think it is the best one (google and edge do not offer the same accessibility for mark up etc.) The one thing that I love about google and edge is that you can set them to open the previously viewed document. I read a lot of articles and use the tabs as a sort of reading to-do list. But when I close adobe (or my computer restarts) that list disappears, I have to either remember them or go to the recently opened files to open them…

  6. Acrobat Pro used to be seamless, easy to use and efficiently laid out. Now it looks like some child's puzzle game where you have to access numerous screens to accomplish what you used to be able to do from ONE PLACE.
Maddening, dumb redesign that apparently was done for what? Tablet use? Why ruin something many of us use in professional settings so students and casual users can play around with their school prom flyer on mom's ipad?
It is ugly and not at all intuitive. Clearly the project team didn't have anyone with institutional knowledge involved.

  7. Steps to reproduce - Click sign in top right corner of desktop app
OS - Windows 10 home build number 19042.685 Acrobat version 2020.013.20074
Expected result - give a dialog to sign in
Observed result - shows watch for a few seconds, then does nothing.
When I go into help, it says I'm logged in however I still see sign in button on right side and I can use request signatures. It shows authentication failed as shown in screenshot.
Signed in with email 24sabadenilay@iusd.org not the one I am providing for response

  8. Hi,

I've been on with adobe remote as I was having problems when I share my catalogue links with clients - they were going out of order. We've came up with a way I can get around this but it's temporary and this takes time. They told to contact you as they believe it's a bug. Everything looks ok on my work space and catalogue but when I make it public and click on the link, they all go out of order. Like I said, the remote team told me to contact you as they couldn't fix it but managed…

  11. When uploading a pdf file Adobe Sign recognizes fields but none of them are required fields. There should be a way to switch them all to required or import them all as required as the default setting. I uploaded a pdf that has about 50 fields that are required and only a few that are not required. I have to click 4 times for each field to make them required so I am looking at 200 mouse clicks to fix the form.

It would save so much time to give a choice on the status of the recognized fields. Being…

  12. I frequently open PDFs from a web browser and have no idea where they actually live in a temp folder and would use File > Save As to save it somewhere I would recognize like OneDrive or the Desktop. This option seems to be gone. I can export it in any format under the sun except save it as another PDF. Even a right-click > Show in File Explorer would be useful. Thank you.

  14. Hello,
many modern and productivity mouse have dedicated back/forward buttons. Could you please add support for mapping those buttons to previous/next view in adobe acrobat that would be very helpful for increasing productivity when navigating documents. Thanks.

  15. How TF can you not allow undo ANYWHERE in ANY application! The year is 2020! Why are computers great? Many reasons. One of the biggest? UNDO.

WHY CAN I NOT UNDO WHEN I MAKE A MISTAKE FILLING A DOC IN FILL + SIGN MODE, WHEN I'M THE CREATOR OF THE DOCUMENT?! Every time I try to use Adobe's half-assed software (Premiere [the worst of all], Audition, Acrobat), I want to pull my f&*%ing hair out because you fools either altogether left out a VERY common and important feature, or you included a broken version of it! And when I say…

  17. I don't understand why I have to sign in every time I want to view a document or why it will not keep me signed in. It is horribly inconvenient to have to sign in every day, just to view pdfs.

  18. Everything works fine when I create a droplet, but if I edit a droplet in the Preflight window, the droplet becomes corrupted. When I execute the droplet, I get an OS error "You can’t open the application <droplet name> because it may be damaged or incomplete."

I investigated via Show Package Contents in Finder, and found that the directory structure in modified droplets is different from the directory structure of a non-modified droplet – see attached screenshots.

I'm running the latest Acrobat (20.0) on macOS Mojave (10.14.6), and I also experienced the same problem a few months ago on High Sierra,…

  20. Read out loud to end or read this page only: The ability to start from anywhere (make option available using right+click from selected area of the document). It's maddening to have to listen to the document over and over and over and over and over and over and over... when troubleshooting order errors. TIA
