Adobe Acrobat - Confusion due to too many magnifying glass icons
There are too many icons in Adobe Acrobat that use a magnifying glass. As a result, I can't find the important/most commonly used icons like zooming in/out and the 'Find' option. Are that many different zoom options really needed, and if they are then maybe do a better job of using a variety of icons and hide the lesser used ones by default. Another option would be to provide one zoom icon on the toolbar and then when you click on that button, it provides a drop-down menu, to choose which specific zoom. There definitely needs to be a clearer representation between the Zoom & Find buttons.

Remove Sign On Screen For Adobe Pro
I work at a Library and we just purchased Adobe Professional for our public computer lab. Unfortunately, I was just told by support that there is no way to use Adobe Pro without having to sign in. We do not want to have to sign in for each user that needs it plus I do not want to stay signed in with my user name. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no work around or a registry edit that would allow the sign on screen to be removed. Surely, we are not the only ones where having to sign on each time is not practical.

Automatically add a document to multiple PDFs at one time
One document needs to be added to a lot of other documents, say 20-100 documents.
They all need to be placed in the same location - Before First Page, After First Page or After Last Page or Before Last Page as your other tools allow.
Allow the selected document(s) to be added to the 20-100 documents without the user having to open every single PDF to insert the additional page(s).Now, it is a manual process and a painstaking process.
Please add this feature.

Incorrect Adding on rounded numbers
I talked to support today about this issue and they too could not explain it. Fills forms being rounded and added together is a crucial part of my job and I'm finding that oftentimes the rounding is incorrect by .01, often because is was incorrectly added after the rounding process.
I know Adobe has the ability to round numbers in the fill forms to a specific number of Decimal places, but what I am sort of seeing is that it doesn't matter what rounding you use, Adobe adds the raw numbers (Which defeats the purpose of rounding).
I have attached a file that contains an example of the incorrect addition based on the rounded values. the 2 top fill forms in the red box add together in the last fill form in the red box. If you checked the addition manually you will see that the addition is off by .01. But, if you add together the raw values (Unrounded) that is technically the correct value rounded.
No one can explain to me why this is off by .01 when it very clearly should be adding the rounded values instead of the ungrounded raw values.

checkboxes on comments are broken
Since a few Versions, we (on macOS) cannot check the checkboxes on comments. When we do, another comment appears (each time we click) stating that the checkbox has been checked (but it does not show ith checked).
When working with hundreds of comments, often using from different computers, it is imperative to know, which ones have been dealt with and which ones have not.
Please fix the checking of the comments (and have a look into why those only work for the computer they have been checked and are not being displayed correctly on other machines!).1 vote -

Let dropbox host shared reviews
I want to do a Shared Review, but I do NOT want to use Document Cloud to do it because the commenting functions are so limited.
Why not revamp the Send for Shared Commenting to include Dropbox/Box/Google Drive?
The original Send for Shared commenting including WebDav, Network folder, and Sharepoint, but it was designed about a decade ago, long before cloud storage services became so popular.
Since Dropbox lets multiple users have read/write access to a folder, it would be great to incorporate that functionality into Acrobat Shared Reviews. Users can already open and save files to and from a dropbox folder, so why not let them host reviews there as well?
The current Send for Shared Reviews is a NIGHTMARE to work with. Since Acrobat.com was abandoned, I've never been able to utilize Send for Shared Review.
Please give us a better solution.

Acrobat forms in French - date picker in French, number formatting for French
I need to create French versions of forms where there is an option to format numbers as 44 534,41 $ rather than $44,534.41
When adding a date field to a form, I also need a French date picker, so the French users see the calendar in French.

Circle option isn't a circle and can we have option of its color?
We use to have the option to change the circle tool color to red and now I don't see it. Also, the circle is now more like a rectangle with rounded edges? I use this option a lot.

Wrong interpretation of EPS / AI / SVG file when creating a PDF from Word.
See the attached files for more info, the dev team surely has more knowledge on the file structures than I do, and the parser for whatever format is involved.
I have an Illustrator file, created out of an old EPS one. Works fine in Illustrator and everything, exporting to PNG, for example, is no problem.
However if the drawing gets pasted in Word (365, 64-bit 16.0.14228.20288) and one tries to create a PDF out of it using the COM Add-in the drawing isn't interpreted correctly leading to a garbled mess.
Office's internal PDF exporter does a better job, but you can also see how it fails to interpret the drawing, for example in the right side of the images the leaves are not fully covered; but at least it's good enough.
Would it be something that could be addressed in a newer release of Acrobat, or is it a limitation inherent to how it interfaces with Office?
I zipped it all to be able to upload the original EPS, Illustrator's file and an SVG conversion too as well as the Word base file and the two PDF files mentioned, but ZIPs are not allowed.
Just in case I left it all in a ZIP file too (Original EPS included): https://web.tresorit.com/l/gLy71#ARJV94hEWRaqCljglmEwnQ
PS. Could you add EPS and SVG to the mask of approved file types? At least SVG is common enough to be allowed I'd say.

HOME/TOOLS startup screen disable request
Please allow diable of the HOME/TOOLS startup screen. I have disabled it in the preferences and it is still there on launch. This is a very unprofessional looking feature and is extremely annoying to professional users like me.

Print-Append
Its understood that a Print-Append feature would allow printing directly to a file without saving having to save the file first (as a separate file). The Print-Append feature would be a great advantage and essential to our company, and we are requesting that this be seriously considered:
- We are wishing for the soon plans for this feature to be implemented?
- Alternately could there be an add-in option of sorts created for this feature?

Zoom Tool: Please add additional default zoom percentages
Please add additional default zoom percentages for 15" and 17" laptop screens. BACKGROUND: As a college student, I read a lot of academic articles and PDF textbooks. However, I get a little irritated every time that I have to manually type in a zoom percentage of 250% or 270% because the default percentages jump from 200% to 300% (which is TOO much)! I know. It's a menial request. But it would make a HUGE difference for someone in my situation. Thank you!
