  2. I was printing from Adobe fine all day and then suddenly I started getting a blank preview screen and blank printouts. I'm not sure what is up. I updated to the newest Adobe DC, restarted my computer, and I still have the problem.

  3. Please create a lite version. This program is so heavy with all the unnecessary tools. I just need to edit a PDF and it's been an hour I am downloading and installing it.

  4. I have imported a pdf into Acrobat to create a fillable form. It "prepares" the form for you once you choose "prepare" form. When you have so many cells that need the same formatting, there isn't an option to copy and paste the same formatting. Being able to choose your cells then open the FULL properties box will give me that option to make ONE change with MULTIPLE cells. Right now you have to go into each cell which is extremely time consuming. This would be amazing if you could change this!! Thank you.

  6. Acrobat DC keeps getting stuck in - "This operation not allowed, since scanning is in progress" - mode. Cannot clear it. Cannot perform any additional functions. Have to force shutdown.Seems to happen with certain acrobat created files but not others when I attempt to recognize text or run the enhance file feature of Acrobat.
    Windows 10 OS.

  7. All latest Adobe Acrobat versions (DC, Pro, Reader) for Mac OS X crash when running the attached file. The crash occurs either when switching between the pages or after video restart. However, Reader XI still works. Some older versions may work as well. Please fix.

  8. Acrobat DC Standard 2015 updated to v2015.006.30505. Following this update, portfolio files open in a very small window regardless of the size of the Acrobat window. Have to resize window every time a portfolio is opened in order to view it. Problem only affects portfolio files, regular pdf's are not impacted.
    Portfolio properties are not set to Resize to Initial View.

  9. As an enterprise customer would like to have the ability to create an installer package for latest version of Acrobat. At times there are delays of several weeks or does not become available at all if the latest version includes an "optional" update or patch.

  10. There are 9 administrators in our enterprise using the Adobe Admin Console, any of them can just Removed license from a user then Assign it to other user. Is there a way we can track those removal of licenses? Who's removing which license from who's user....

  12. For many years I have been programming Acrobat forms for my employer as a non-IT specialist.
    I have put a lot of private money and free time into programming.
    Now my employer will no longer provide Acrobat Pro on a rental basis due to your too complicated licensing model. Please offer computer licenses for purchase again.
    Otherwise we will have to switch to another PDF software.

  13. After downloading a password-protected document (with password protection but authorization for form processing and saving) can only save once.

    When trying to save the document a second time (also under a different name), the error message appears:
    "The document could not be saved.
    The file is either read-only or used by another user.
    Save the document under a different name or in a different folder. "

    Unfortunately, the document can not be saved under a different name and / or folder.

  14. In the Home tab there should be the following main tools listed:
    - Open (Document)
    - Create PDF
    - Combine files

    Those are what we use the most.

    My Home is showing Organize Pages, Fill & Sign, and Protect.I don't use those.

    Or, you can add the tools bar to the Home so I don't have to switch to the tools tab.

  15. Given the amount of money that US government agencies undoubtedly pay for Adobe Reader DC licensing, Adobe should consider offering a reduced cost DC license for home use for military and federal employees.

    Consider following Microsoft's example.

  18. It would be helpful if the Adobe Admin Console had an area where you can see when an account is created or deleted. We have Enterprise licensing and i'm surprised that this info is not available, especially for audit purposes.

  19. Setting a reminder feature is helpful, and sometimes we have the need to update the reminder schedule (ex: the reminder is set for every other day and we want to update it to once per week). I contacted support and they said I could try cancelling a document and resending it with a new reminder schedule. Is there a way to update the reminder schedule without cancelling the document? This would more user friendly for the sender and receiver of the document.

  20. The first document uploaded in about 15 seconds. Have tried multiple times to upload another. One finally uploaded after about 30 minutes. Current document has been hung over an hour. Been on hold for non-existent tech support over 40 minutes. Is there any management at Adobe anymore? Seems like the support dept is making no effort whatsoever and I find WAY more bugs now than in the past.
