2. Option to Default - Delete Pages After Extracting

   It would be nice to have the option to "default" the deletion of the pages I'm extracting instead of clicking this option every single time. :(

   Whenever I extract a page or pages from what I scanned in bulk, I don't need to keep the bulk pdf, so I delete the pages as I go to finish saving them as pdfs individually.

3. Quick tools does not stay on the bar

   Every time i restart Adobe my Quick Tools dissapear and I have to customize them all over again. How do I make them stay permanently?

5. Text can still be copied after setting PDF Protect to Content Copying: Not Allowed.

   When I have PDF security set to Content Copying: Not Allowed in Acrobat DC but allow low-resolution printing, I can still copy text from the PDF in Apple Preview. If I also set printing to Not Allowed, then copying of text is disabled. It's a both or none situation. I need to allow low-resolution printing, but not allow content copying.

6. Keep tool bars permanently open when Adobe is opened. Every document that is opened needs the comment tools to be opened manually.

9. Exporting Formular Data to CSV-File don´t work correctly

   We have to use the function for exporting PDF Formular Data to CSV-File. The function works well if you need it for only a few files but if you use it to export more than 500MB -750MB of files the export produces only an empty csv. That is quite a big problem for our company because we need this to export up to 3GB of PDF Formulars as part of our workflows and it is not very handy to export just parts and put them together in time consuming steps

10. Text Editing Color Palette Color Changes Need To Be Permanent

    When text editing a PDF, and the user changes the color of the text font in the color palette, if the user moves to another word, sentence, or paragraph, even next to or on the same page as the original text edit, the color of the color palette reverts the editor back to "black" text. The user then must open the color palette AGAIN and chose the color wanted for subsequent text editing. If there are hundreds of text edits in the PDF, the user is forced to open the color palette hundreds of times to change the text editing font.

    Make the text editor color palette color change permanent until the user changes the text color again. Similar to highlighting or the pencil tool.

12. Downloading multiple documents under review

    Hello,

    it would be great if I can download multiple documents at once, which are under review. It would be even better if I can download a document. Instead I have to open every single document and save it. Makes documentation difficult.

13. Duplex, collate, odd-numbers of pages, and not-useful printed results

    Synopsis:
    A) Please fix duplexing such that page one of a document always begins on the front of a sheet of paper. This means a the back page of an odd-numbered document should be blank.

    B) Please let the Collate button both be visible regardless of the number of copies and let it have a default and/or remembered setting. The combination of it being initially invisible and the defaulting to the less-desirable setting results in wasted printed material.

    Detail:
    This is a consistent problem that sprung into existence about a year ago, near as I can tell on both Acrobat DC and Reader for Mac.

    OS: It occurs on every install I have (4 different Macs, various versions of OSX but reasonably updated over that timeframe).

    Printers: this occurs on every printer in the organization. All are Brother laser printers. At least 5 different models.

    Duplex printing generates output that is unexpected, and unworkably so, in these situations.

    Odd number of pages. Say you print a 3-page document, Copies = 2, Duplex on, Collate on.

    Sheet: front page/back page. Expected output from the printer:

    Sheet one: 1/2
    Sheet two: 3/blank
    Sheet three: 1/2
    Sheet four: 3/blank

    Actual output is:

    Sheet one: 1/2
    Sheet two: 3/1
    Sheet three: 2/3

    Why anyone would actually want this output is beyond me. That said, even if it was somehow desirable, why would it be the default. The only workaround I have found is to either add a blank page to the document to make it an even number of pages, or to print 1 copy many times. This is woefully inefficient.

    Collation also causes this problem. Specifically, the Collate checkbox does not appear until the number of copies is increased beyond 1. Then the Collate box appear, but always unchecked. If you do not notice this, then your duplex output will be:

    Sheet one: 1/1
    Sheet two: 2/2

    Also a wasteful default behavior, both in terms of paper and ink, but also in terms of time.

    While there might be some sensible reason for both of these behaviors, I cannot fathom it. What I do know is that they product unexpected default results that are different than how other programs print and different than how Acrobat behaved until about 1 year ago.

14. Allow documents sent for signature to be modified

    Why can't I edit a document that has been sent for signature without cancelling and starting over. This is SO ANNOYING!

15. Accessibility Enhancement

    List labels are rarely get tagged which make the tagging extremely tedious. Tables, underlines, links always leave pathing tags which need to be manually removed from the content, again making the process of creating accessible files extremely tedious. There has got to be a better way.

17. Enterprise License Activation Configuration Options

    Please enhance Named User licensing to better accommodate enterprise needs.

    We only issue Enterprise / Federated ID to our users, they will never have a personal AdobeID.

    Please enhance the licensing to:
    Enable a way to suppress the Sign in screen which requests an Adobe ID.
    Automatically select the Enterprise ID sign in screen.
    Prevent the appearance of the Adobe/Enterprise ID selection screen.
    Alternatively, allow background (registry / preference file) population of enterprise ID credentials so that all of the options are pre-filled and the process can be automatically attempted without user intervention. Only if the sign in fails should a user be prompted for credentials.

    The current process of navigating a user through these four screens is causing user heartburn. Users are:
    Mistakenly creating Adobe IDs when they don't need one (and aren't allowed to use it).
    Missing the option to choose Enterprise ID
    Are confused once they're selected Enterprise ID why they being prompted to choose again between Personal / Enterprise IDs

    For enterprise software deployment, minimizing user interaction to activate software is highly preferred.
    All of this is currently possible with serialized installs.
    Please add these to make the user (and enterprise management) experience more seamless

18. Difficulty getting form to calculate

    If there was a refresh button maybe that would help. As it is now, I have to get into to Form setup and back out again, or keep on clicking on various fields until the correct values show up.

19. The ability to connect you Adobe Pro Subscription iOS iPad App with OneDrive or SharePoint

    Right now your Adobe Cloud or DropBox are the only way to save your edits to a PDF on your iPad. I need a way to save the Adobe PDFs from my Adobe Reader (Pro Subscription) to any kind of shared drive. Microsoft is best.

20. Add To, join or Merge

    It should be possible, to have an ADD TO, JOIN TO or MERGE command to integrate a PDF file into another one, directly from the File Menu applications.
    As an example
    1. Attached on an email I receive a PDF file containing the instructions to pay my Car Insurance.
    2. I save this PDF as “Car Insurance 2019.pdf”
    3. A few day later I pay this insurance thru Online Banking
    4. I save the proof of the payment as “Payment House Insurance 2019.pdf”
    The new command
    a. Besides the SAVE or SAVE AS - creating another PDF file, it should be possible thru the FILE MENU to ADD/JOIN this new PDF file into the another PDF file already existing, for example add/join “Car Insurance 2019.pdf”, as mentioned on 2, saying that this new PDF file should be added/joined as first pages, second, thirth, last, etc… order
    5. A few days later, by email I received from the Insurance Company the receipt of the payment made, on PDF format. As mentioned before, it should be possible do ADD/JOIN this new PDF into the file “Car Insurance 2019.pdf”
    With this new tool I think we can keep related PDF files in a single one.
    This function should be available on ADOBE ACROBAT apps, if possible in MS OFFICE apps, etc…
    Well that’s and idea and a PDF user needs.

    You can already achieve that by using Tools > Combine Files options in Acrobat that allows you to merge multiple PDFs and non-PDFs into single PDF file.
