Outlook is unresponsive while Adobe is open
Outlook is unresponsive while a page is active in an Adobe Acrobat window. I am unable to navigate my outlook, send an email or open emails. This is very difficult since I need to reference select items from my Adobe window while writing an email. This forces me to have to print the documents while referencing the collective data which is counteractive to a paperless job.

Spellcheck
Could you please make a spellcheck a feature!
We review PDF's frequently and I would love the ability to easily highlight spelling errors and send the file back to the user.2 votesHi,
I have forwarded the request to the higher management. Currently we don’t have any plan to implement it but we have kept it in our radar and will implement it in future release.
Meanwhile to see spelling errors, open Edit PDF and click on inside each bounding box one by one to see if there is any error in each paragraph. Please confirm if this resolves your issue.
Thanks

Feature to set guides at a specific coordinate
Hello everyone,
I think it would be very beneficial to be able to set guides at a specific coordinate. This is a feature I wish I had in Acrobat Pro many times. It would be nice for editing and quality checking PDFs. Thanks!

Admin Console Enhancement - Admin Permissions
Giving administrators full system access just to be able to delete a user is not practical. if an admin user is able to create a user, assign products and remove products for the user then logically they should also be able to delete the user from the console if the user is terminated, to keep the management console clean otherwise you will end up with hundreds of terminated users with no products assigned, this does not seem logical.

Password set via third party application through an XML file does not propagate throughout the document
We have a business need to completely secure our invoice PDFs when the file is created. We are able to set a password when generating the PDF through a third party application which prevents editing via the Tools, but it doesn't get applied to File > Properties > Security > Change Settings. It allows you to go into Change Settings without the password, cancel out, after which the PDF can be edited. Is there a way to apply security during document creation to prevent Change Settings access as well?

Sliding Scale
It would be great if users could insert a sliding scale field for range questions (like a 1-10 question) in the same way that we can insert a checkbox or text field when creating a form. I have to create employee appraisal templates and I need to include a slider scale. I have attached an example of a sliding scale.

Auto Border Detection for PDF Scans
The auto border detect function that is in the Adobe Scan app needs to be incorporated into Acrobat DC. I have thousands of multi page scanned files that need to the auto border detect/auto border crop done to them. This feature would be very helpful having it on the desktop version of Acrobat DC. Also, there is no way to batch auto detect borders on all pages on a specific PDF file in Adobe scan. That would be extremely helpful as well.

Offer feature that allows reducing file size of PDF document
When I finished creating PDF using my HP Printer/Scanner for my tax support documents, the file was too large to send through my email. Because this is tax info I did not want to send it out on DropBox or other clouds. If you had a feature that could reduce the DPI and therefore, the file size, that would be handy.
Of course, I could start over and rescan everything in lower DPI, but that is time consuming. An EDIT TO REDUCE FILE SIZE OFalready created PDF file would be a time saver, especially when you don't realize the size of the file till you're done. Feature Request : Assessment Tool
I am a Lecturer and I regularly mark scripts. It would be great of we could assess (mark) online on a pdf. There is not many online assessment tools out there. Learning is fast moving to the online space and being able to mark a pdf document will be excellent. I attached a file explaining detail of how it should work

Bug: Exiting Read Mode Traps Search Bar + Hides Scroll Bar
Could not find this bug,
To reproduce:
1 Enter Read Mode in any document (had it on numerous .pdfs)
2 Exit Read Mode, and try to search or find the scroll bar
3 Search bar trapped halfway into document/under UI, scroll bar gone (another though less annoying consequence is the lack of automatic reformatting of the page when opening the left navigation tab e.g. bookmarks)
4 Note: search function and scroll bar are present and functional when going back into Read Mode
The problem arises when trying to use these functions after EXITING Read Mode.
Environment:
-Lenovo Yoga 720 (13")
-Windows 10 Home (update settings untouched)
-Google Chrome, Notepad, Microsoft Word mainly in background
-.pdfs vary from well-optimized documents with only text, to bloated documents full of layers and images, experienced in all kindsExpected result:
When leaving Read Mode, search function and scroll wheel appear as before entering Read Mode.Could not find this bug,

PDF3D Textures
Nowadays there are many of us who make 3D models. In many cases they are very heavy models that are currently unfeasible to insert in a PDF. However, there are visualization tools that allow to lighten the geometry of the object without losing quality in the visualization. This is done by loading textures such as normal, roughness, etc. that currently cannot be loaded into the PDF. If they could be implemented, in my opinion it would give a good boost to the use of PDF, both for publications and for sending files. It would be very interesting to implement them in the Adobe Acrobat program.

It is essential for the user to be able to disable the default view settings that were set by the creator of the document (often stupidly).
It is essential for the user to be able to disable the default view settings that were set by the creator of the document (often stupidly).
In 35+ years of using computer software, this is the dumbest default setting I have ever seen, and it creates serious usability issues for those wishing to use Acrobat for business purposes (i.e. not graphic design/web design/desktop publishing/etc)
Please IMMEDIATELY ASAP fix this so that the user can disable these default settings and thus view documents effectively instead of spending loads of time fixing display *****-ups caused by the content creator's clumsy use of default parameters.

Tool to Delete Multiple Files from 'Shared for Viewing'
It would be extremely useful to be able to highlight and delete multiple uploads from the 'Shared for Viewing' page. It's very time consuming having to delete individual files to create space for new uploads.
Please look into this.
Thank you.

Right-Click to open Properties Bar in Acrobat DC Pro
Within PDF's we often create notes and comments. The text font and size sometimes needs adjustment. Having used MS Windows all our lives we are conditioned to simply highlight the text, right-click and a pop-up box appears with "properties" listed. Unfortunately with Acrobat DC Pro "properties" is not an option. Now we must navigate 4 layers deep into the menu: View > Show/Hide > Toolbar items > Show Properties Bar
The right-click for properties feature is widely adopted by third party software companies that want to create a seamless experience for the user within Windows. It is a necessary productivity improvement that millions of users will be thankful. As it stands now it is extremely frustrating. Please focus on substantive UI improvements with new releases.
Being able to dock it in a toolbar is okay, but that space is limited and valuable. It is best for productivity and simplicity to add right-click menu features.
