Edit formatting for multiple form fields at once
Since there's a push to make publically available PDF's meet ADA accesibility standards, we've been creating the base form fields in inDesign and then doing finishing touches in Acrobat Pro. It's annoying enough that you can't set formatting in the base doc (ie if it should be a number, date, percentage etc). The fact that there's no way to format multiple fields at once is worse. If more than one field is selected, the "format" tab literally disappears from the properties menu.
I'd just copy the original fields to preserve their settings, but then I'd have to do a lot to get it to read properly in the order in order to meet accessibility standards. It works much better to set the order by using anchored form fields in the inDesign doc, but then all the formatting has to be done manually in inDesign. That's a pain when there's 300+ form fields in a doc.

Acrobat 18.011.20058This began with an OS system update a couple months ago. No PDFs will open in Acrobat, only in Preview.

the indexed searching is not working anymore in newer acrobat versions...it worked in older versions..why is that...
the indexed searching is not working anymore in newer acrobat versions...it worked in older versions..why is that?..it embeds , it saves....but the search is just ordinary......I used to get results of word searches within milliseconds in the previous versions with indexed searching...(OS-Mac)

Change colors in Compare Mode
In previous versions of Acrobat (CC2015 era) you could adjust the Color Legend when running the Compare tool.
This feature is now missing from current iterations of Acrobat.

New E-Signature Format
Recent changes have altered the format completely. We loved the old format and now it appears "messy" and more complicated. Would like it to go back to the way it was.

Unable to draw shapes
When reviewing existing PDFs I am unable to draw shapes such as rectangles or lines. I have checked the properties and they show 1pt red color selected. This has not been a problem until recently, I've been able to do this on PDF files for the past 15+ years. I have no problem using the yellow highlighter on text, however, just the shape tools. This problem occurs on most PDFs but not all.

adobe acrobat 9 pro version 9.5.5 suddenly slow to open
Am running Acrobat 9 Pro, 9.5.5 on Mac OS Mojave, and it's suddenly become slow to open and open PDF's -- long lag time before it opens the doc and/or opens up. Was working fine until recently.

User- Friendly Accessibility Tagging
Please change the way Adobe Acrobat does the reading order so that the tags in the tags pane will automatically correspond to the order in the Touch- up reading order pane.
Also please make it easier to tag links - when I try to tag links it doesn't work right. Please consider creating a version of Adobe Acrobat that makes it easy to comply with Section 508 as described at Section508.gov. Dealing with the tags pane is a nightmare and also the unmarked annotations issue and other issues are a nightmare and don't fix easily. Please make this easier to use so the people will be more cooperative about complying with Section 508. Not everyone is a PC literate. hanks to Acrobat's recent push it has severely handicapped my ability to use at least 4 devices. These are older 4-8year pcs. Thanks to Acrobat in unison with M/S and others are responsible

Feature request: keep originals unaltered & Change file name FILL & SIGN
Using the iOS app Adobe Fill & Sign it is impossible to change the name of the file. I hate that my original is forever ruined because you don’t ask me how I want to save the newly filled out file. Please fix app to ALLOW file name change & KEEP ORIGINALS UNALTERED.

Redaction Should be Allowed even when "Changing the Documents" is "Not Allowed".
Hello there.
The Redact feature need to work with all kind of files, even the ones where in the document security settings "Changing the Documents" is "Not Allowed" or with the files where "Document Assembly" is "Not Allowed".
Think of this application in litigation, where we have to redact privilege and PII before sending it out to the opposing counsel.

Adobe Acrobat DC Pro - Permanently close Tools Pane
I would like to permanently close the tools pane. 'Remember current state of Tools Pane' option is not available for Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.

Setup multiple pens
A customer described how he uses multiple colored pens to mark up printed drawings and wants to be able to do something similar with the Acrobat commenting tools. He requested the ability to setup multiple pen thicknesses and colors for easy access, similar to the way PowerPoint allows the creation of multiple pen styles (see attached).

BUG - Converting emails to PDF does not include jpg attachments
I updated to Adobe Pro 2017 and using Outlook 2013 with all current updates. When I use the Adobe PDF Maker in Outlook it will not include any jpeg files. I have verified the conversion settings are correct, I have even tried dragging a group of emails into "combine files" in Adobe 2017 but regardless the jpeg attachments to not transfer.
PLEASE HELP - I need the complete emails with all attachments for a legal case. I even purchased evermap to convert the attachments in a portfolio to PDF so they can be bates stamped. BUG: Can't resize a PDF in one dimension.
BUG: Can't resize a PDF in one dimension, keeping the other as is. When changing only one dimension it scales the whole pdf proportionally. I want to squash the height or length ONLY without scaling the whole PDF.
